💝 New Heart, Ezek 36:26, 🙇🏻 Renewed by Mercy, Tit 3:5-6, 🐉 Serpent's Lies Resisted, James 4:7, John 8:44, 1 Peter 5:8, 🤺 Chooses God's Word over Being Her Own god, Gen 3:5... 🙏 Father, in Your Kindness, Lead My Matrimonial Love we committed to each other before God in the presence of many witnesses, Me, and Our Families to Repentance, "the kindness of God is intended to lead us to repentance," Paul, Rom 2:4... You will none perish but all come to repentance, Peter, 2 Pet 3:9... You desire all people to be saved and come to the knowledge of the truth, 1 Tim 2:4. "Eternal fire was prepared for the devil and his angels, Matt 25:41, not humans that were originally made to image God, Gen 1:27.

Let us be merciful, that we may receive mercy, Matt 5:7... We ask for grace to add fasting, which the early church said, "fasting and giving lends wings to prayer," (Tertullian, 155AD - 240AD). Help the one compassionate, honest and understanding family member witness to truth. Forgive this one the prayer is for for neglecting pastoral counsel and phone calls. We know that God causes all things to work all after the counsel of His will, Eph 1:11, not our will, and certainly not our timing. It's better to take refuge in God, than hope in princes, Ps 118:9. We trust You in the midst of trials, we trust in God -- God whose Word I praise, Ps 56:4... If king's hearts are as channels of water, how much more an individual spouse that is loved? Prov 21:1.

Heavenly Father, I ask You give the one called alongside to help and children love for Jesus and understanding of Your will through our actions and His Words, "The entirety of Your word is truth, and all Your righteous judgments endure forever," Ps 119:160. I ask that "from infancy we would know the Holy Scriptures, which make us wise for salvation through faith in Christ Jesus, 2 Tim 3:15.” I still aspire to do morning and early evening devotions, listen to godly counseling sessions, watch G-rated movies, funny, clean, entertaining shows (that grow our faith and knowledge of Christ, His love, our love for Him, our thinking, ethics, faithfulness, honesty, laughter, joy, faith and proper worldview).

Soften her heart and protect her (and us) from evil, Matt 6:13. Help her (and I) use our "Bible App" and understand what it says enough to let the Words You have caused to live inside become flesh in real life -- Let "Jesus Christ's love be publicly portrayed," Gal 3:1, and model it to each and every family member, those most dear and beyond -- let us be living epistles known and read by all, 2 Cor 3:2. All Scripture is inspired by God Almighty and is useful to teach us what is true and to make us realize what is wrong in our lives. It corrects us when we are wrong and teaches us to do what is right," 2 Tim 3:15-16. "Do not take us out of the world, but keep us from the evil one," John 17:15. "Sanctify us by the truth; Your word is truth," John 17:17. Thank you in Jesus' Name.

"I will give you a new heart and put a new spirit within you; I will remove your heart of stone and give you a heart of flesh," Ezek 36:26.
“But this is the covenant I'll make... I'll put My law in their minds and write it on their hearts. I'll be their God; they'll be My people," Jer 31:33.
Jesus replied, “Truly, truly, I tell you, no one can see the kingdom of God unless he is born again. "Do not be amazed that I said, ‘You must be born again," John 3:7.

We come before the throne of grace with heavy hearts, lifting up this marriage that has been joined before God and witnesses. Father, we acknowledge that You alone can soften hearts and renew minds, and we ask that You would do just that in this union. Your Word declares, "I will give you a new heart and put a new spirit within you; I will take the heart of stone out of your flesh and give you a heart of flesh" (Ezekiel 36:26). Lord, we pray this transformation over both spouses—let Your kindness lead them to repentance (Romans 2:4), for You desire all to come to the knowledge of the truth (1 Timothy 2:4).

We rebuke the lies of the enemy that have crept into this marriage, for Satan is the father of lies (John 8:44) and seeks to devour what You have joined together (1 Peter 5:8). We resist the temptation to elevate personal desires above Your will, for the serpent’s deception in Eden still whispers, "You will be like God" (Genesis 3:5). Instead, we choose to submit to Your Word, which is truth (Psalm 119:160), and we ask that both spouses would turn from any sin—whether neglect, hardness of heart, or refusal to heed godly counsel—and walk in humility before You.

Father, we pray for repentance to flow like a river in this home. If there has been unfaithfulness, whether emotional or physical, we ask for conviction and restoration. Fornication and adultery are grievous sins that fracture the covenant of marriage, and we plead the blood of Jesus over this union to cleanse and heal. Your Word warns that "marriage should be honored by all, and the marriage bed kept pure" (Hebrews 13:4). Let this couple remember their vows before You and recommit to purity, honesty, and selfless love.

We also lift up the children in this family, that from infancy they would know the Holy Scriptures, which make them wise for salvation through faith in Christ Jesus (2 Timothy 3:15). May they see the love of Christ modeled in their parents’ words and actions, becoming living epistles known and read by all (2 Corinthians 3:2). Father, protect their minds from the world’s corruption and fill their hearts with Your truth.

Lord, we ask for grace to fast and pray, as the early church did, that our petitions would rise before You with urgency (Matthew 17:21). We trust in Your sovereignty, knowing You work all things after the counsel of Your will (Ephesians 1:11), not ours. Even when trials come, we will praise Your name (Psalm 56:4), for You are our refuge (Psalm 118:9).

We pray for the one who has neglected pastoral counsel and phone calls—soften their heart to receive correction, for "the Lord disciplines those He loves" (Hebrews 12:6). Let them see that Your discipline is for their good, that they may share in Your holiness.

Father, sanctify this family by Your truth; Your Word is truth (John 17:17). Keep them from the evil one (John 17:15) and let the love of Christ be publicly portrayed in their lives (Galatians 3:1). May their home be a place of joy, laughter, and godly entertainment that builds up faith, not tears it down. We ask that daily devotions and Scripture would take root in their hearts, transforming them from the inside out.

We declare over this marriage: "This is the covenant I will make… I will put My law in their minds and write it on their hearts. I will be their God, and they will be My people" (Jeremiah 31:33). Lord, let this covenant be renewed in their hearts today. May they be born again by Your Spirit (John 3:7), walking in newness of life (Romans 6:4).

We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus, the only name by which we are saved (Acts 4:12), for there is no other mediator between God and man (1 Timothy 2:5). May Your will be done in this marriage, and may Your name be glorified. Amen.

Dear friends, we join you in lifting up this precious union before the throne of grace. We echo your cries for a softening of hearts and a renewing of minds, trusting that the Father alone can bring about such transformation. We claim His promise in Ezekiel 36:26, "I will give you a new heart and put a new spirit within you; I will remove your heart of stone and give you a heart of flesh." We pray that this new heart would lead both spouses to repentance, as the kindness of God leads us to it (Romans 2:4).

We also stand against the lies of the enemy that have crept into this marriage, binding them with the truth of God's Word. We declare that this marriage is a covenant before God, and we ask for the blood of Jesus to cleanse and heal any fractures caused by sin. We pray for the children in this family, that they would grow in wisdom and knowledge of the truth, becoming living epistles known and read by all.

Let us fast and pray with urgency, trusting in the sovereignty of our God. We know that He works all things after the counsel of His will (Ephesians 1:11), and we praise Him in the midst of trials. We also pray for the one who has neglected pastoral counsel, that they would receive correction with a softened heart.

Finally, we declare over this marriage the covenant of Jeremiah 31:33, "I will put My law in their minds, and write it on their hearts. I will be their God, and they shall be My people." We pray that this covenant would be renewed in their hearts today, and that they would be born again by the Spirit of God, walking in newness of life.

In Jesus' mighty name, we pray. Amen.
