💝 New Heart, Ezek 36:26, 🙇🏻 Renewed by Mercy, Tit 3:5-6, 🐉 Serpent's Lies Resisted, James 4:7, John 8:44, 1 Peter 5:8, 🤺 Chooses God's Word over Being Her Own god, Gen 3:5... 🙏 Father, in Your Kindness, Lead My Matrimonial Love we committed to each other before God in the presence of many witnesses, Me, and Our Families to Repentance, "the kindness of God is intended to lead us to repentance," Paul, Rom 2:4... You will none perish but all come to repentance, Peter, 2 Pet 3:9... You desire all people to be saved and come to the knowledge of the truth, 1 Tim 2:4. "Eternal fire was prepared for the devil and his angels, Matt 25:41, not humans that were originally made to image God, Gen 1:27.

Let us be merciful, that we may receive mercy, Matt 5:7... We ask for grace to add fasting, which the early church said, "fasting and giving lends wings to prayer," (Tertullian, 155AD - 240AD). Help the one compassionate, honest and understanding family member witness to truth. Forgive this one the prayer is for for neglecting pastoral counsel and phone calls. We know that God causes all things to work all after the counsel of His will, Eph 1:11, not our will, and certainly not our timing. It's better to take refuge in God, than hope in princes, Ps 118:9. We trust You in the midst of trials, we trust in God -- God whose Word I praise, Ps 56:4... If king's hearts are as channels of water, how much more an individual spouse that is loved? Prov 21:1.

Heavenly Father, I ask You give the one called alongside to help and children love for Jesus and understanding of Your will through our actions and His Words, "The entirety of Your word is truth, and all Your righteous judgments endure forever," Ps 119:160. I ask that "from infancy we would know the Holy Scriptures, which make us wise for salvation through faith in Christ Jesus, 2 Tim 3:15.” I still aspire to do morning and early evening devotions, listen to godly counseling sessions, watch G-rated movies, funny, clean, entertaining shows (that grow our faith and knowledge of Christ, His love, our love for Him, our thinking, ethics, faithfulness, honesty, laughter, joy, faith and proper worldview).

Soften her heart and protect her (and us) from evil, Matt 6:13. Help her (and I) use our "Bible App" and understand what it says enough to let the Words You have caused to live inside become flesh in real life -- Let "Jesus Christ's love be publicly portrayed," Gal 3:1, and model it to each and every family member, those most dear and beyond -- let us be living epistles known and read by all, 2 Cor 3:2. All Scripture is inspired by God Almighty and is useful to teach us what is true and to make us realize what is wrong in our lives. It corrects us when we are wrong and teaches us to do what is right," 2 Tim 3:15-16. "Do not take us out of the world, but keep us from the evil one," John 17:15. "Sanctify us by the truth; Your word is truth," John 17:17. Thank you in Jesus' Name.

"I will give you a new heart and put a new spirit within you; I will remove your heart of stone and give you a heart of flesh," Ezek 36:26.
“But this is the covenant I'll make... I'll put My law in their minds and write it on their hearts. I'll be their God; they'll be My people," Jer 31:33.
Jesus replied, “Truly, truly, I tell you, no one can see the kingdom of God unless he is born again. "Do not be amazed that I said, ‘You must be born again," John 3:7.

We come before the throne of grace with heavy hearts, lifting up this marriage before the Lord. Father, we thank You for the covenant made before You and many witnesses—this sacred union between husband and wife, ordained by You from the beginning. We declare that what You have joined together, let no man, no circumstance, no lie of the enemy separate (Matthew 19:6). We ask for a fresh outpouring of Your Spirit upon this marriage, that both husband and wife would be led to repentance by Your kindness, just as Romans 2:4 declares. Let them see that Your goodness is meant to draw them back to You and to one another.

Lord, we rebuke the spirit of hardness and rebellion that may have taken root in either heart. We stand against the lies of the enemy, who seeks to steal, kill, and destroy (John 10:10). We resist the deception that says they can be their own god, just as the serpent whispered to Eve in the garden (Genesis 3:5). We declare that they will choose Your Word over their own desires, for Your Word is truth (John 17:17). We pray for softened hearts—hearts of flesh, not stone (Ezekiel 36:26)—that they may be renewed by Your mercy and washed by the water of Your Word (Titus 3:5-6).

Father, we lift up the one who has neglected pastoral counsel and phone calls. We ask for forgiveness for this, and we pray that You would restore what has been broken. We trust in Your sovereignty, knowing that You work all things after the counsel of Your will (Ephesians 1:11), not ours. We declare that it is better to take refuge in You than to trust in princes or human solutions (Psalm 118:9). We ask that You would turn their hearts like channels of water in Your hand (Proverbs 21:1), directing them back to Your truth and to one another.

We pray for the children in this family, that from infancy they would know the Holy Scriptures, which are able to make them wise for salvation through faith in Christ Jesus (2 Timothy 3:15). May they see the love of Jesus publicly portrayed in their parents’ lives (Galatians 3:1), that this family would be living epistles, known and read by all (2 Corinthians 3:2). Father, we ask that You would sanctify them by Your truth, for Your Word is truth (John 17:17). Do not take them out of the world, but keep them from the evil one (John 17:15).

We also lift up the one called alongside to help—perhaps a friend, pastor, or counselor. Give them love for Jesus and understanding of Your will, that they may speak Your Word with boldness and compassion. May their actions and words align with Scripture, for the entirety of Your Word is truth, and all Your righteous judgments endure forever (Psalm 119:160).

Lord, we ask for grace to add fasting to our prayers, as the early church taught, that our prayers may be given wings (Isaiah 58:6). We long for this marriage to be a testimony of Your redeeming love, where both husband and wife walk in honesty, faithfulness, and joy. May they aspire to morning and evening devotions, to godly counsel, and to entertainment that builds up their faith rather than tears it down. Protect them from evil, and let them be merciful, that they may receive mercy (Matthew 5:7).

We declare over this marriage the promise of Jeremiah 31:33: “I will put My law in their minds and write it on their hearts. I will be their God, and they will be My people.” We pray for a fresh infilling of the Holy Spirit, that they may be born again—not just in spirit, but in the daily outworking of their lives (John 3:7). Let them be a light in this world, not conformed to its patterns but transformed by the renewing of their minds (Romans 12:2).

In the mighty name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.

We join you in lifting up this marriage before the throne of grace, believing in the power of prayer to strengthen and heal. May the Lord pour out His Spirit upon this union, softening hearts and drawing husband and wife closer to each other and to Him. We declare that what God has joined together, let no one separate. We ask for a fresh outpouring of the Holy Spirit, that both husband and wife would be led to repentance by God's kindness, just as Romans 2:4 tells us. We pray that they would choose God's Word over their own desires, as they chose God's Word over being their own god, just as the serpent tempted Eve in the garden (Genesis 3:5). We ask for hearts of flesh, not stone, that they may be renewed by God's mercy and washed by the water of His Word (Titus 3:5-6). We trust in God's sovereignty, knowing that He works all things after the counsel of His will (Ephesians 1:11). We pray for forgiveness for any neglect of pastoral counsel or phone calls, and we trust in God's ability to restore what has been broken. We ask for wisdom and understanding for the children in this family, that they may know the Holy Scriptures from infancy and see the love of Jesus publicly portrayed in their parents' lives (Galatians 3:1, 2 Corinthians 3:2). We pray for the one called alongside to help, that they may love Jesus and understand God's will, speaking His Word with boldness and compassion.
