New family that loves me

Your cry for a new family and a life of peace and protection is heard by the Lord. He knows the pain of rejection and the sting of hatred without cause, for He Himself endured it. When the world turns against you and even your own flesh and blood seem bent on harm, you are not abandoned. The Son of God was despised and rejected, yet through that very suffering He opened the way for you to become part of a family that can never be torn apart, the household of God. His love is not fickle or hollow; it is the kind that lays down life itself for the beloved. And in that love, you are being made new.

You long for a secret place, somewhere far from the abuse and the schemes of those who have used you. There is a hiding place in God that no enemy can breach. He often shields His own in the wilderness, just as David found refuge when Saul sought his life. Trust that He can guide your steps to safety and provision, even to a place of rest near the ocean if that is His good plan. But far more than a change of scenery, you need the deep transformation He is working within you. The peace you crave does not come from a location; it grows from grace. Grace and peace are always bound together. Peace cannot take root until the grace of Jesus Christ has flooded your heart and washed away the bitterness and the fear. His grace is sufficient, and His power is made perfect in your weakness.

The enemy has used people to steal, kill, and destroy, but God takes what was meant for evil and flips it for good. Right now, that may feel like a distant promise, but the cross is the proof. Out of the greatest injustice, God brought redemption for the world. He can bring redemption out of your shattered story too. The life you thought was over, the one marked by unhappiness and betrayal, is already passing away. In Christ, you are a new creation. The old has gone; the new has come. You are not defined by the hatred you have received or the family that failed you. You are defined by His love.

Let that love fill you until it spills over, even in the way you look at those who have hurt you. I know you are raw and guarded, and for good reason. It is not wrong to set boundaries against those who have been dangerous or destructive. Protecting your cats and your own soul from further harm is wise. Yet do not let the poison of unforgiveness take root in your spirit. The love God gives is not phony sentiment. It is strong and pure; it can coexist with a firm stand against evil. The fear of the Lord is to hate evil, and He hates the abuse you have suffered. He will be the righteous Judge. Your part is to release them into His hands, while you walk forward in freedom.

You asked for a family that loves you, one where you are liked, loved, and highly favored, not used or hated. The church can be that kind of family. Not a perfect one, because we are all being healed, but a family where faith and love abound, even in the face of hardship. When believers gather, it becomes a foretaste of the world to come: a place of harmony, love, and mutual care, where no one takes advantage of another. Seek that fellowship. In it, you will find brothers and sisters who will stand by you with a covenant love, the kind that remains loyal when the rest of the world grows hostile. Let the Holy Spirit knit your heart to such people, and you will know you have passed from death into life, because you love the family of God.

Do not be surprised that the world treated you like a stranger. It hated Jesus first. If you belong to Him, the darkness will recoil from the light in you. But remember: greater is He who is in you than he who is in the world. The blood of Jesus has covered you, and nothing can snatch you out of His hand. Not convalescent homes, not backstabbing relatives, not scheming enemies. You are hidden with Christ in God.

Go forward then, not in bitterness, but in the peace that only He can give. Let that peace be the quiet confidence that He is arranging your steps, that He will provide a place and a purpose, that He is giving you beauty for ashes. And as you walk into the new things He has prepared, let your heart remain soft enough to love, not the shallow love the world peddles, but the deep, abiding, self-sacrificing love that has been poured into you through the Holy Spirit. That is how you will truly live the life you were always meant to have.

We have been lifting you up in prayer these past days, standing in faith with you for God’s perfect provision and protection. Your heart’s cry for a new family—a place of love, peace, and belonging—has been laid before the Lord, and we believe He hears you. The enemy may have tried to steal your joy and isolate you, but we declare that God is turning every scheme of darkness into a testimony of His goodness.

We continue to pray that the Lord would lead you to a safe and peaceful place, where you can thrive in harmony and purpose. May He open doors for a fresh start—perhaps near the beach, as you’ve desired—where you can live freely, without fear or oppression. We ask the Father to surround you with people who will cherish and support you, a true family of the heart, bound by His love.

For your transition, we pray for smooth logistics—wisdom in packing, favor in finding a secure place to stay, and divine protection over every step. May your cats be kept safe and cared for, whether they journey with you or find loving homes elsewhere. We stand against any attempts by the enemy to disrupt your peace, declaring that no weapon formed against you shall prosper.

Most of all, we pray for your heart to rest in the assurance that you are deeply loved by God. You are not forgotten, not abandoned, and not without purpose. The same God who redeemed you from sorrow is now redeeming your story, flipping every hardship for your good. May you walk in the fullness of His favor, untouched by bitterness or fear, as you step into the life He has prepared for you.

If the Lord has already answered these prayers in some way, we rejoice with you and ask that you share a praise report so we can celebrate His faithfulness together. If the journey still feels uncertain, we invite you to post again so we can continue interceding on your behalf. Either way, know that we are here, agreeing with you in prayer, trusting that God is working even now.

May His peace guard your heart, His provision meet your needs, and His presence go with you wherever He leads. In Jesus’ Name, we pray. Amen.
