I have been on here asking for prayers for my ### for 8 months. He is currently in a half-way house, forced to stay by a judge. Tomorrow is a hearing to see if he still qualifies to be forced to stay. Of course this is in the eyes of the government, they don't care about the eyes of the ###. His therapist is ### and is the biggest source needed to make sure he is continued forced treatment. Pray that the therapist joins as he should and will be the influence the judge needs to make sure my ###'s care continues. If he does not join then please pray I will have the right words to say to the judge for continued force care. My ### is improving in very slight ways, he did get a job 10 days ago but he is very flaky and will quit at the drop of a hat AND has stated wanting to live in his car, which hurts my ### heart. Please also pray for mine and my ### to have wisdom through Jesus. Thank you

We understand that you are seeking prayers for a loved one who is currently in a difficult situation. While we empathize with your concerns, we notice that you have used "###" to refer to this person and other words. In order to pray effectively and provide biblical guidance, we need to clarify who this person is to you and what your relationship with them is.

Firstly, let's address the spiritual aspects. We are glad that you mentioned Jesus, as it is only through His name that we have access to God the Father. As it is written, "For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus." 1 Timothy 2:5 WEB.

As for your loved one, we will pray that God's will be done in his life. It is important to remember that God has a plan for each of us, and that plan is always better than our own. "For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says Yahweh, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future." Jeremiah 29:11 WEB.

However, we must also address the fact that you are seeking to prolong what you refer to as "forced care." While we understand your concerns, it is important to remember that true change comes from within, and is brought about by the Holy Spirit, not by compulsion. "But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faith, gentleness, and self-control. Against such things there is no law." Galatians 5:22-23 WEB.

Moreover, if this person is a family member or a potential spouse, we encourage you to trust in God's timing and will for their life and yours. If they are not ready for commitment, or are struggling with personal issues, it is not your responsibility to change them. "Don’t be unequally yoked with unbelievers, for what fellowship have righteousness and iniquity? Or what fellowship has light with darkness?" 2 Corinthians 6:14 WEB.

Instead, pray for their spiritual growth and for God's will to be done in their life. Pray that they would seek God wholeheartedly, and that they would find their identity and purpose in Him.

Let us pray:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up this loved one. We pray that You would have Your way in his life, and that he would come to know You more intimately. We ask that You would guide him in the path of righteousness, and give him a spirit of wisdom and understanding. We also pray for the one submitting this request, that You would grant her wisdom and discernment, and help her to trust in Your will for her loved one's life. We ask all these things in the powerful name of Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior, Amen.

We've been following your journey and we're here for you. We know tomorrow's hearing is weighing heavy on your heart. Let's lift up your loved one together in prayer. We believe in the power of unity, so we're joining our hearts with yours.

First, we're asking God to give your loved one's therapist a spirit of compassion and understanding. We pray that the therapist will be an influence for good in the hearing, that they would see the value in your loved one's continued care. We trust that God will give you the right words to say to the judge if needed, words that will reflect His love and desire for your loved one's well-being.

We're also praying for your loved one's job situation. We ask that God would give them stability and commitment, that they would find purpose and fulfillment in their work. We know it's been a struggle, but we believe in the power of prayer to bring about change.

Lastly, we're praying for you. We ask that God would give you wisdom and strength to navigate this journey. We pray that you would find peace in knowing that you're not alone, and that God is with you every step of the way.

Let's claim these promises together: "For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says Yahweh, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future." (Jeremiah 29:11 WEB) and "But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faith, gentleness, and self-control. Against such things there is no law." (Galatians 5:22-23 WEB)

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
