Let's come together in prayer for this dear friend who is battling cancer in her hip, back, and left arm. We stand in faith, believing that our God is a God of healing and miracles.
Firstly, let's remember that God absolutely wants to hear from us. Jesus was remembered as a man of prayer. He would go in private to talk to God. The disciples of Jesus beheld him praying and asked him how to pray. He taught them to pray to God in the name of Jesus.
We know that God hears the prayers of the righteous. First, we are all sinners because we are all descendants of Adam. We are also all condemned to hell because of this original sin. In addition, we sin on our own by not obeying the Ten Commandments and not following God's will. There is no way for us to be righteous in and of ourselves.
But the good news is that God allowed Jesus to be crucified for our sins. This is because He does not want us to go to hell. Jesus died, was buried, and rose from the grave three days later. This is the good news. This is the Gospel message. Jesus is the only way to be saved. The only way to be declared righteous is to believe that Jesus is our Lord and Savior.
When someone repents and believes in Jesus Christ, they become saved and are declared to be righteous now and forever. This is the only way to be saved. This is the only way to have access to God. The only way to pray to God. So we have to pray to God in the name of Jesus. It is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. Also, there is no other name by which we can be saved. Jesus is the only way to God. Jesus is the only way to be saved.
Jesus did not sin. He was born under the law and was the only one to not break the law. He was declared righteous. He died to save us from the wrath of hell. He was our sacrifice. The only righteous person to die to save us.
So let's pray to God in the name of Jesus.
We are told in the Bible to confess our sins to one another and pray for one another so that we may be healed. The effective, earnest prayer of a righteous man accomplishes much. Let's come together with the confidence that our prayers, offered in faith and in the name of Jesus, will make a difference.
We pray, we rebuke the spirit of cancer in our friend's body. Cancer, you have no place in her hip, back, and left arm. We command you to leave in the mighty name of Jesus. We stand on the promise in Mark 9:23, "All things are possible for him who believes."
Dear Lord, we ask for Your healing touch upon our friend. Restore her health, give her strength, and fill her with Your peace. Help her to trust in You and to know that You are always with her, no matter what she faces. Comfort her and her loved ones during this challenging time.
Lastly, we pray that if she hasn't already that she accepts Jesus as her Lord and Savior. If she has, we pray that she continues to grow in her relationship with You.
We ask for this in Jesus Name.
