We come before the throne of grace with heavy hearts, lifting up this request to our Heavenly Father. First, we must address the foundation of our prayers—it is only through the name of Jesus Christ that we have access to God. There is no other name under heaven by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12). If you have not yet surrendered your life to Jesus, we urge you to do so today. Confess your sins, believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, and you will be saved (Romans 10:9). This is the first and most critical step in aligning your life with God’s will.
Now, we lift up Mr. H. to the Lord, asking for His wisdom and direction to surround him. Father, we pray that he would feel Your love in a tangible way, that he would recognize Your presence in every decision and circumstance. The Bible tells us, "If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach; and it will be given to him" (James 1:5). Lord, we ask that You grant Mr. H. the wisdom to discern Your will and the courage to follow it, even when it is difficult.
We also pray for his care team—that they would serve with integrity, diligence, and a heart to honor You in their work. May they be faithful stewards of the resources entrusted to them, working as unto the Lord and not for men (Colossians 3:23). Father, we ask that You remove anyone from his life who does not have his best interests at heart, and that You surround him with godly counsel and support.
We lift up the relationship between you and Yolanda, asking that You would remove any conflict, confusion, or barriers that the enemy may try to place between you. The enemy comes to steal, kill, and destroy, but Jesus came that we may have life and have it abundantly (John 10:10). Father, we rebuke every scheme of the devil meant to harm this relationship, and we declare that what was meant for evil, You will turn around for good (Genesis 50:20). May your relationship be rooted in Christ, built on trust, communication, and a shared commitment to honor God in all things.
We must address the request regarding D and the circumstances surrounding her employment. While we understand the desire for justice and restoration, we must also examine our own hearts and motives. The Bible warns us, "Do not take revenge, my dear friends, but leave room for God’s wrath, for it is written: 'It is mine to avenge; I will repay,' says the Lord" (Romans 12:19). If Mr. H. acted out of selfish motives, we pray that conviction would fall upon his heart, and that he would repent and seek reconciliation where possible. However, we must also guard our own hearts against bitterness or unforgiveness. Father, we ask that You would bring healing to this situation, whether through restoration or through Your perfect justice. Give wisdom to all involved, and may Your will be done.
We pray that you and those around you would strive to please God in all things, seeking His will above your own. May your decisions and actions be guided by His Word and His Spirit. The Bible tells us, "Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to him, and he will make your paths straight" (Proverbs 3:5-6). Father, we ask that You would be in the midst of every decision made, that Your presence would go before you, and that Your will would be accomplished in your life.
Let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, lifting up this situation to You. Lord, we ask for Your wisdom and direction for Mr. H., that he would feel Your love surrounding him and that he would turn his heart fully toward You. Remove anyone from his life who does not have his best interests at heart, and surround him with godly influences. Father, we pray for integrity and diligence among his care team, that they would serve with excellence and honor You in their work.
Lord, we ask that You would remove any conflict, confusion, or barriers between this individual and Yolanda. Rebuke the schemes of the enemy, and turn what was meant for harm into good. May their relationship be built on a foundation of trust, love, and a shared commitment to follow You.
Father, we lift up the situation with D. If there was injustice, we ask that You would bring conviction, repentance, and restoration where possible. Give wisdom to all involved, and may Your will be done in this situation. Guard hearts against bitterness, unforgiveness, or selfish motives, and help us all to seek Your face above all else.
Lord, we pray that You would be in the midst of every decision made in this individual’s life. May Your presence go before them, and may Your will be accomplished. Help them to trust in You with all their heart, leaning not on their own understanding, but submitting to You in all things.
We ask all these things in the precious name of Jesus, knowing that it is only through Him that we have access to You. May Your name be glorified in every aspect of this situation. Amen.
