Needing a Tenant Attorney on Contingency Immediately for my Appeals Case

Tribe of Judah

Disciple of Prayer
I've been emailing tenant attorneys non stop, many don't reply and some do. I pray in the name of Jesus Christ, that I find a tenant attorney that can take on my appeals case on contingency and I need that help this week. I need my name cleared, I need vindication and justice and protection in everything surrounding my life. I reached out to code enforcement of the city of ###. I pray that the officer can help me get the violation letter I need to present to the Judge and the appeals department. Many attorneys are money hungry, I pray I find one that has integrity and a fierce righteousness to fight fiercely for me. I also need code enforcement to enforce the violations on the property owner for knowingly owning and allowing a property to be rented out illegally for 20 years. The property owner has collected money for 20 years that doesn't belong to him. This violation letter is what I need to help me Overturn this case alongside a fierce attorney. I need miracles desperately in Jesus Christ name AMEN and AMEN!!

We join with you in prayer in the name of Jesus Christ, and we thank you for coming boldly before the throne of grace in His name, for it is only through Him that we have access to the Father and it is in no other name that we are saved. As it is written, There is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus, 1 Timothy 2:5 and In no other is there salvation, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved, Acts 4:12.

We hear the urgency and the weight you are carrying as you seek vindication, justice, protection, and the clearing of your name, and we lift up your appeals case with you. We understand the frustration of emailing many attorneys and feeling unheard, and the longing for an advocate who will fight with integrity and righteousness. We pray that God, who is the ultimate Judge, will be your defender and guide every step of this legal process.

We are reminded that the Lord loves justice and righteousness. He has established authorities and laws for order and protection, as it is written, Let every soul be in subjection to the higher authorities, for there is no authority except from God, and those who exist are ordained by God, Romans 13:1. Code enforcement and the courts are part of that order, and we pray for favor and diligence as you seek that violation letter and as the officer considers your request. We pray also for the judge and the appeals department, that they would judge righteously and discern the truth, for The LORD will judge the world in righteousness. He will administer judgment to the peoples in uprightness, Psalm 9:8.

We pray with you for a tenant attorney who will take your case, and if it is God's will, on contingency this week. We ask the Lord to lead you to a person of integrity, skill, and fierce commitment to what is right, and to open a door that no man can shut. At the same time we encourage you to guard your heart against bitterness, even when you have encountered those who seem money hungry or unresponsive. The Lord sees your diligence and your need, and we are called to Commit your way to the LORD. Trust also in him, and he will do this: he will make your righteousness shine out like light, and your justice as the noon day sun, Psalm 37:5-6. We also remember, Don’t seek revenge yourselves, beloved, but give place to God’s wrath. For it is written, Vengeance belongs to me; I will repay, says the Lord, Romans 12:19. Our desire for justice is right and good, for we are told to Learn to do well. Seek justice. Relieve the oppressed. Defend the fatherless. Plead for the widow, Isaiah 1:17, but we must leave the final vindication and repayment to the Lord, trusting that He is a God of justice, as it is written, Therefore the LORD will wait, that he may be gracious to you; and therefore he will be exalted, that he may have mercy on you, for the LORD is a God of justice. Blessed are all those who wait for him, Isaiah 30:18.

If the property owner has indeed knowingly violated the law for many years, we pray that the truth will be brought to light and that lawful enforcement will be done in an orderly and just way. We pray that you would continue to walk in truthfulness and honesty before the court, for The LORD detests lying lips, but he delights in people who are faithful, Proverbs 12:22 and You shall not spread a false report, Exodus 23:1. Your vindication will be most secure when it rests on truth. We also pray for your protection in everything surrounding your life, for He will cover you with his feathers. Under his wings you will take refuge. His faithfulness is your shield and rampart, Psalm 91:4.

We pray together now for you.

Father in heaven, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ and lift up our fellow believer to You. Lord, You see this appeals case, You know every detail, every document, every violation, and every motive of every heart. We ask for Your divine intervention and miracles where only You can make a way. Provide, if it is Your will, a tenant attorney of integrity and courage who will take this case on contingency and fight fiercely for what is right and lawful. Lead our friend to the right person this week and close the doors to those who are not meant to help. We ask for favor with the code enforcement officer in the city, that the needed violation letter would be issued truthfully and promptly if it is warranted, and that it would be received by the judge and appeals department with clarity. Grant wisdom and impartiality to the judge and to all in authority over this case, that justice would be done and that our friend's name would be cleared if they have walked in truth. Protect our friend in every area of life, guard their heart from anxiety and anger, and fill them with Your peace that surpasses all understanding. Help them to trust You while they diligently do their part, to seek first Your Kingdom and righteousness, and to rest in the knowledge that You are The Rock, his work is perfect, for all his ways are justice: a God of faithfulness and without iniquity, just and right is he, Deuteronomy 32:4. We cast all anxiety on You because You care for us, and we ask all this in the name of Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior, amen.

We encourage you to continue to be diligent in seeking counsel, to also reach out to legal aid societies and tenant rights clinics who may offer low cost or contingency help, and to keep praying without ceasing. In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus, Philippians 4:6-7. Keep documenting everything truthfully, keep honoring the authorities as you seek lawful remedy, and trust that even if the answer does not come in the timing you hope, God is working for your good and His glory. We are standing with you for justice, vindication, and protection according to His perfect will.

We hear how exhausting this has been for you, reaching out to so many attorneys and waiting for replies while your appeal deadline is pressing. Wanting your name cleared and to be treated fairly is understandable, and we admire your persistence in pursuing this the right way.

Contingency help for an appeal can be especially hard to find, since many tenant attorneys handle trial level cases differently than appeals. A couple of practical steps that have helped others in a similar spot are to contact your local legal aid office and the county bar association's lawyer referral service directly and ask specifically about their list for tenant appeals, and to keep a simple written log of who you have contacted, when, and what they said. For the code enforcement piece, it often helps to put your request for the violation letter in writing, keep a copy, and ask the office what their normal timeline is for providing that documentation so you have a clear record to show the court.

We are carrying this with you in prayer.

Father, we lift our friend to You right now. You see the need for wise counsel and for the documents needed for this appeal. We ask for Your guidance to the right help, for integrity in every person involved, for protection and peace in the days ahead, and for clarity about each next step. Lead according to Your will and give strength for this week. In Jesus' name, Amen.

Your cry for justice, for vindication and for protection has been heard, and it is right that you should desire that what is true should be brought to light and that what is lawful should be upheld.

There is a justice which God has already vindicated in the highest degree, not in any earthly court, but upon the cross. There the cloud of justice, charged with fiery hail, spent its fury not upon the sinner who deserved it, but upon the Saviour who bore it in His own heart. Justice was satisfied there, so that when Justice itself looks upon the repenting sinner who trusts in Christ, it says, He must be forgiven according to promise, for his sins have been punished in his Substitute. This is your first and greatest vindication, that through faith in Jesus Christ alone you may stand before the bar of God not condemned, but justified, because He is just and the justifier of him that believeth. No earthly verdict can give what that verdict gives, and no earthly condemnation can overturn it.

Yet God has also ordained earthly justice, and He will not at all acquit the wicked. He is slow to anger, and His lictor carries the axe bound up in rods, giving space for reproof and repentance, but He is not slack concerning righteousness. It is therefore good and lawful for you to seek by proper means that truth should be established, that records should speak plainly, and that those set in authority should do their duty without partiality. To desire an advocate who will plead with integrity and with a regard for righteousness is an honest desire. We have an Advocate with the Father, Jesus Christ the righteous, who pleads our cause where we cannot plead our own, and it is a mercy when He also provides wise and honest counselors upon earth to stand with us in the courts of men.

Concerning protection, remember that the promise of keeping belongs to those who walk in appointed ways. He who travels on the King's highway is under the King's protection, and he who waits upon God for providential guidance, who does not lean to his own understanding nor turn aside to byroads, may expect that angels shall keep him in all his ways. Therefore walk in truth, speak truth, act with a clear conscience, and commit your way unto the Lord. Grapple fast those truths which God has taught you by His Spirit, and trust not in fierce words alone, but in quiet faithfulness before God and man.

Let us pray for you now.

O Lord our God, Thou art slow to anger and great in power, and Thou wilt by no means clear the guilty, yet Thou art merciful to those who put their trust in Thee. We bring this burdened one before Thy throne of grace through Jesus Christ, our only Advocate and our righteousness. Wash away sin by His blood, and give peace to the conscience through His finished work, that whatever be the outcome before men, there may be a settled peace before Thee.

In Thy providence, we ask Thee to direct those who bear rule and those who enforce the law, that they may act justly and without delay, and that what is true may be made plain. If it be Thy will, provide honest and able counsel for this cause, and let not greed nor neglect hinder justice. Give wisdom to judge rightly, and give patience and childlike trust to wait upon Thy guidance. Keep this soul in all appointed ways, and let no harm befall beyond what Thy love permits, but let all things work for good to those who love Thee.

We ask not according to our passion, but according to Thy perfect will and for the glory of Thy name, through Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

Your cry for justice and help has been heard, and I join you in bringing it before the Lord with urgency and care.

It is right to seek justice and to desire that the truth be made clear. Scripture shows us that God Himself loves righteousness and justice, and that He has ordained courts and authorities to reflect His own judgment. When you seek a fair hearing and honest dealing, you are appealing to something God Himself values. At the same time we are reminded that absolute justice belongs to Him, and that we must trust Him even while we pursue what is right through lawful means.

I pray with you now in the name of Jesus Christ, our only Savior and advocate before the Father.

Father in heaven, in the name of Jesus Christ I lift up this need to You. You see every detail of this housing situation, every document, every year of what has happened, and every concern for vindication and protection. I ask that You provide the help that is needed this week. Lead to the right tenant attorney, one of integrity and skill, who will take up this appeals case with fairness and diligence, even on contingency if that is Your provision. Give favor in every email and conversation, and open the door that no one else can open.

Lord, I ask for Your hand upon the code enforcement officer and the city office. Move them to respond with promptness and truth, and to provide the violation letter that is needed for the judge and the appeals department if it is accurate and lawful to do so. Let what is true be made known plainly, and let justice be done without partiality, both for protection and for accountability. Where wrong has been done over many years, bring it into the light according to Your righteousness, not out of vengeance but out of a desire for truth and correction.

I also ask for Your protection over every area of life surrounding this case. Guard from harm, from retaliation, from anxiety and fear. Grant peace that passes understanding, wisdom to act with honesty and patience, and strength to persevere through the appeals process. Provide the miracle that is needed, yet help trust to remain firm even if Your answer comes in a different way or timing than expected.

Continue to do what is right before God and before others as you wait. Keep careful records, speak truthfully, follow lawful counsel, and do not let bitterness take root. God is able to clear your name in His time, and even more, He has provided in Christ the greater vindication of forgiveness and a secure standing before Him. Seek Him first, commit your cause to Him, and ask Him to shape your heart to desire His will above all.

May the Lord grant you wisdom, provision, and a just outcome, and may you know His nearness and protection in the days ahead. In Jesus Christ name, Amen.

Your cry for vindication and protection has been heard, and your desire for justice and for someone with integrity to stand with you is right before the Lord. You are asking for a fair hearing, for the truth about the property to be brought into the light, and for an advocate who will fight honestly on your behalf. Those are good and right desires, because God Himself is a God of righteousness and justice and He wants justice to prevail.

At the same time Scripture is very honest about what we often experience in earthly courts. The prophet described a time when no one was truly calling for justice or pleading for truth, when people trusted in empty arguments and spoke lies, when judgment was turned away and justice stood far off. Truth had fallen in the street and fairness could not even enter. In such a setting judgment and justice should prevail, especially in the judicial system, yet even experienced attorneys will often advise settling out of court because finding true justice there is so uncertain. There is not one law for all in practice, and those with wealth and influence can often secure advantages that others cannot. When judgment and justice become perverted, the very foundations of society are weakened. God sees this. He wondered that there was no intercessor, that no one was crying out against what was wrong.

That is why the call of Scripture is, keep judgment and do justice. God wants His people to live fairly and honestly, not cheating or conniving or taking advantage of others, but doing the right thing. The promise is that the person who walks in that way, who seeks to be fair and just and honest, is blessed of God, especially as we remember that His salvation is near and His righteousness will be revealed.

Your appeal to a higher court is a lawful provision, much like the apostle Paul who as a Roman citizen exercised his right to appeal to Caesar when he faced charges that had no real basis. He was held under guard, yet he used the legal means available to him to ask for a just hearing. The first time he appealed, the charges were found to be baseless and he was released. It shows that God can use even imperfect human systems to provide a measure of protection and a hearing, and it is right for you to seek the proper legal process and to ask those in authority, like code enforcement, to do their duty and document what is true.

Still, even Paul's story reminds us that ultimate justice is not guaranteed in this life. He was later arrested again and put to death. The earthly system, which is supposed to be impartial and not show favoritism or seek to curry favor, often fails. People can be used as political pawns, and true justice can be delayed or denied. That is why Scripture points us to the day when God Himself will judge. He does not pervert judgment and the Almighty does not pervert justice, though His justice is often challenged and questioned by the enemy and by our own pain. When He receives the congregation He will judge uprightly. He will judge the world in righteousness and in truth, and there will be no miscarriage of justice when Christ reigns.

So I pray for you in the name of Jesus Christ, the only Savior, that God will be your protection and your vindication. I pray that the Lord will provide an advocate of integrity who will handle your case honestly and not out of greed, and that He will give you favor as you seek the documentation you need from those in authority. I pray that what has been hidden for so long will be brought into the light according to what is true, and that you will be guarded in every area of your life from harm and from false accusation. Above all I pray that you will keep your heart fixed on doing what is right and just before God, trusting not only in a court decision but in the righteous Judge Himself, who sees all, who loves justice, and who has promised that His salvation and righteousness will prevail. May He grant you peace as you wait, wisdom for each step, and a clear sense of His presence and justice, both now and in the perfect justice to come.
