Still Needing an Attorney to help fight the Wrongful and fraudulent eviction and Overturn this Eviction

Tribe of Judah

Disciple of Prayer
I appreciate the prayers and strong words of encouragement, it's had me in tears, since I have no home church anymore. I went to court to motion for a new trial, and because my case is in the appeals department, the judge denied it, but the look on the opposing party, the attorney had a smile on her face and was gladly thanking the judge for denying me a new trial. I had submitted a writ of superseads, to put a hold on any wage garnishment from the opposing party, and the appeals department denied it. I even showed them that I have Medi-cal. This is not a fair court at All. I have reached out to so many attorneys, and they either don't want to take the case because it doesn't generate them money, or they just don't want to put the work into it. If the garnishing of wages happens, I won't see that money anymore, and as of current, the property still remains unpermitted. The property owner wanted me out so that code enforcement gets off their back. I have cried myself to sleep in so many ways because I'm tired of fighting this battle on my own. I can't seem to get a new job that pays well and I can't seem to land a 1 bedroom apartment in the area I've been looking because they want someone who makes more money. I have been in tears. I reached out to the county board of supervisors to help with contacting the State Bar for attorneys, as I filed complaints of miss conduct against the attorneys of the opposing party and because they have violated so many civil procedures and laws. I filed a complaint to the department of real estate on the property management for lying in court under penalty of perjury, and for manufacturing false ledgers alongside the property owner and their attorneys, and for not being licensed to practice real estate. I don't have a home church to have community and I'm running out of hope. I've stretched out olive branches to only get silence from people. I told the State Bar, if this is happening to me, how much more has it happened to other tenants for exercising their tenant rights?! I need vindication, justice, protection from wage garnishment and thus eviction case to be overturned. And eviction does harm my chances of renting and it's on the record. Also, I need an attorney soon. With so many tears cried, I can make a ocean for myself. Why is God not opening the door for me to find an attorney? I honestly feel tortured and tormented. Every time a court document gets denied, evil dances in joy because they are getting away with evil. All the while, I am crying and wondering why isn't God fighting this battle for me and sending help? I feel abandoned by the Christian community, I feel condemned and judged and less than, like nobody wants to have a friendship with me because of my current situation. It's hurtful. I pray every night, I cry out to God every night, and I'm tired of this season. I want to see hope. I need breakthrough and miracles.

We hear your anguish, and our hearts break with yours as we stand with you in this painful season. The injustice you’ve endured, fraudulent eviction, wage garnishment threats, and the cold indifference of those who should uphold justice, is a heavy burden to carry alone. You are not forgotten, and we refuse to let the enemy steal your hope. The Bible tells us, "The LORD is a refuge for the oppressed, a stronghold in times of trouble" (Psalm 9:9). Even when the courts fail, when attorneys turn away, and when people remain silent, God sees every tear and hears every cry. He is your ultimate Judge, and His justice will prevail.

We rebuke the spirit of oppression and injustice over your life in the name of Jesus. The enemy may dance in temporary victory, but we declare that his schemes will not stand. "No weapon that is formed against you will prevail; and you will condemn every tongue that accuses you in judgment. This is the heritage of the LORD’s servants, and their righteousness is from Me," says the LORD (Isaiah 54:17). The property owner’s deceit, the attorneys’ misconduct, and the court’s unfair rulings are all under God’s authority. He will expose the truth and bring vindication. We also rebuke the spirit of isolation and condemnation that has made you feel abandoned by the Christian community. You are not "less than", you are deeply loved by your Heavenly Father, and He has not left you. "The LORD is near to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit" (Psalm 34:18).

We must address the weight of your question: Why is God not opening the door for an attorney? First, we want to affirm that God is not ignoring your prayers. His delays are not denials, and His silence does not mean absence. Sometimes, He allows us to walk through the fire so that our faith is refined, and His power is made perfect in our weakness (2 Corinthians 12:9). But we also recognize that the enemy wants you to believe God has abandoned you. That is a lie. God is working even when you cannot see it. "For the vision is yet for the appointed time; it hurries toward the end, and it won’t prove false. Though it takes time, wait for it; because it will surely come. It won’t delay" (Habakkuk 2:3). Keep pressing into Him, even when the wait feels unbearable.

We also want to gently remind you that your hope must remain in Christ alone. You mentioned praying and crying out to God, but we did not see the name of Jesus in your request. There is no other name by which we can approach the Father or receive salvation. "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!" (Acts 4:12). If you have not already, we encourage you to surrender your life fully to Jesus, confessing Him as Lord and believing in His resurrection. This is the foundation of all hope and the source of true justice. If you have already done this, we ask the Holy Spirit to renew your faith and remind you of His promises.

Now, we lift you up in prayer:

Heavenly Father, we come before You with heavy hearts, interceding for our brother/sister who is enduring such deep injustice and pain. Lord, You see every unrighteous act committed against them, the lies, the fraud, the denial of justice. We ask You to arise as their Defender and Vindicator. Expose every hidden deceit, overturn every unjust ruling, and silence every voice that has spoken against them falsely. Father, we pray for an attorney, one who will take their case not for money, but for justice, and who will fight with integrity. Open doors that no man can shut, and provide favor in the courts and with those who can help.

Lord, we ask You to protect their wages from garnishment and restore what has been stolen. Provide them with a safe, affordable home and a job that meets their needs. But more than that, restore their hope. Surround them with a community of believers who will love and support them, not judge or abandon them. Heal the wounds of isolation and rejection, and remind them that they are Your beloved child. Let them feel Your presence in the midst of this storm, and give them the strength to endure until Your justice prevails.

We declare that this season of suffering will not last forever. You are making a way where there seems to be no way, and Your light will break through the darkness. We thank You for Your faithfulness, even when we cannot see it. In the mighty name of Jesus, we pray and believe. Amen.

We encourage you to keep fighting, not just in the courts, but in the spirit. Here are some practical steps you can take while you wait on God’s justice:

1. Document Everything: Keep records of all communications, court documents, and evidence of misconduct. This will be crucial if God opens a door for legal help.
2. Seek Legal Aid: Reach out to legal aid organizations in your area. Many offer free or low-cost assistance to those facing housing injustice. The State Bar may also have resources for finding an attorney.
3. Find Community: Even if your former church is no longer an option, seek out a Bible-believing church or small group where you can find support. You are not meant to walk this path alone. "Two are better than one, because they have a good reward for their labor. For if they fall, the one will lift up his fellow; but woe to him who is alone when he falls, and doesn’t have another to lift him up" (Ecclesiastes 4:9-10).
4. Stand on God’s Promises: When despair creeps in, declare Scripture over your situation. Speak aloud God’s promises of justice, provision, and vindication. "This is my comfort in my affliction, for your word has revived me" (Psalm 119:50).
5. Pray for Your Enemies: This is difficult, but Jesus commands us to pray for those who persecute us (Matthew 5:44). Ask God to soften their hearts and reveal His truth to them. This is not for their sake alone, but for your own peace and to align your heart with God’s.

You are not abandoned. You are not forgotten. God is fighting for you, even when it feels like He is silent. Keep your eyes on Him, and do not lose heart. "Let us not be weary in doing good, for we will reap in due season, if we don’t give up" (Galatians 6:9). Your breakthrough is coming.

Thats exactly why I want to buy a used camper and live in a trailer park because I cant afford anything. I cant find a high paying job either with my disability. And I cant afford anything more than to hope to live in a camper. Id ve lucky to have ny own space. My own kitchen. My own bedroom and cabinets. Ive been living with grandparents and family and I dont have room for ny own stuff. Everyone likes to load theyre spaces up with as much junk as possible and they cant depart from any of theyre furniture because its so special. I just want my own bedroom and my own kitchen space. But that's okay. I live with grandparents. Rent free. And I find work despite major disabilities. May Fatger God and Lord Yeshua be with you to give you a new home. And to give you a peace that comes from him. When you oray and worship find peace and comfort that is from the Lord. The most we can hope for no matter ehat our circumstances are in life big or small or terrible of ok the best we can hope for and to expect to achieve is having a good relationship with God. Where we can pray and worship and not sin agaisnt the Lord. Right now because im single it has been the ultimate hard challenge for me to conform to christian standards. I have been going cold turkey from porn 10 years. Last year I relapsed to porn and couldn't get away from it. This year ive been porn free somewhat but I still find it soemtimes and still face temptations. After 10 years of hoping to find a wife. 5 years of praying and 3 years of converting to the bible I haven't found my perfect wife yet. The best we can hope for is just to love God and pray and worship him and to be removed from sinning. Which can seem impossible with the world wide web at your fingertips. I would have to because of my addiction throw away every smart tv. Every computer laptop. Every tablet and every smart phone and switch to flip phones say if it wasnt for family link and purity controls which have helped me curb my impulses. Giving thanks to God and praise to God for that. But I am always trapped between this im going to make God angry at me and suffer major catastrophes and penalties and hardships and this soemtimes its peaceful and okay sowntimes im on his good side constant back and forth between his mercy and peace and his indignation. For me to getbthat perfect mercy and peace from God I need to be permanent delivered from porn. Now this in theory would work if I married and had a wife problem solved for pirn addiction however because my faith isnt strong enough yet I would easily drift from God. So you see theres no other way for me to be both delivered from porn with the blockers and also to grow in my faith in God than to be alone for a long time. And continue to hope in the Lord I can marry and have a wife soundly when my faith is strong enough to handle it. Thank you God. Lord Yeshuas name amen.
