We come before the Lord with heavy hearts, lifting up this urgent need for your son’s stipend to be released without further delay. Father, we know that You are the Provider of all things, and we trust in Your perfect timing. The Bible tells us in Philippians 4:19, *"My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus."* We stand on this promise, believing that You will move on his behalf. Lord, we ask that You soften the hearts of those responsible for this delay and grant them the wisdom and urgency to release what has been promised. May this stipend arrive swiftly so that your son’s pressing needs—especially his housing—are met without further struggle.
We also lift up his marriage before You, for it is clear that this season has been one of great hardship. Marriage is a sacred covenant, a reflection of Christ’s love for His church, and we pray for restoration and healing. In Ephesians 5:33, You command, *"Let each one of you in particular so love his own wife as himself, and let the wife see that she respects her husband."* Lord, we ask that You mend what is broken, soften hardened hearts, and draw both spouses back to You and to one another. May they seek Your will above all else, laying down pride, bitterness, or unforgiveness that may be hindering reconciliation. We declare that no weapon formed against this marriage shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17) and that Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, will guard their hearts and minds in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7).
We also want to gently address the reality of your son’s current isolation. While we understand the pain of marital strife, we must remind him—and all of us—that our hope and strength come from the Lord alone. Psalm 68:6 says, *"God sets the lonely in families,"* and we pray that he would not turn to worldly comforts or unhealthy relationships in this season. Instead, may he draw near to You, finding solace in Your presence and wisdom in Your Word. If there are any areas where he has strayed from Your design for marriage—whether through ungodly counsel, impatience, or sin—we pray for conviction and repentance. Lord, restore him fully to You and to the wife of his youth (Malachi 2:14-15).
Father, we also ask that You expose any injustice or unrighteousness in his workplace. If this delay is due to negligence, dishonesty, or greed, we pray that You would bring it to light and hold those responsible accountable. Proverbs 11:1 declares, *"A false balance is an abomination to the Lord, but accurate weights are his delight."* May Your justice prevail, and may your son be treated with fairness and integrity.
Lastly, we thank You for the roof over his head and the strength You have already given him. We declare that this trial will not break him but will instead refine his faith, drawing him closer to You. We pray that he would cast all his anxieties on You, knowing that You care for him (1 Peter 5:7). Surround him with godly community—believers who will uphold him in prayer, speak truth into his life, and remind him of Your faithfulness.
In the mighty name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.
