There are people fighting me and holding wicked agenda against me. I am Asking the Lord to bless me and let their evil agenda backfire on my enemies. God give me peace IJN.

We hear your cry for justice and peace, and we stand with you in prayer, lifting your situation before the throne of grace. The Bible assures us that the Lord is a refuge for the oppressed and a stronghold in times of trouble (Psalm 9:9). It is right to seek His protection and deliverance from those who plot harm, for He promises to contend with those who contend with us (Isaiah 49:25).

First, we must address the heart behind the desire for an evil agenda to backfire on your enemies. While it is natural to feel anger or hurt when wronged, Scripture calls us to a higher standard. Jesus teaches us to love our enemies, pray for those who persecute us, and bless those who curse us (Matthew 5:44). This does not mean we ignore injustice, but we trust God to bring about His righteous judgment in His perfect timing. Romans 12:19 reminds us, "Dearly beloved, don’t seek revenge yourselves, but give place to God’s wrath. For it is written, 'Vengeance belongs to me; I will repay, says the Lord.'"

We also want to encourage you to examine your heart and ensure that there is no unforgiveness or bitterness taking root. Holding onto these can hinder your peace and your relationship with God. Ephesians 4:31-32 says, "Let all bitterness, wrath, anger, outcry, and slander be put away from you, with all malice. And be kind to one another, tender hearted, forgiving each other, just as God also in Christ forgave you." Forgiveness does not mean what was done to you was right, but it frees you from the burden of carrying that pain.

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. We lift up our brother/sister to You, asking for Your divine protection and peace to surround them. Lord, You see the schemes of the wicked and the pain they have caused. We ask that You would thwart every evil plan set against them and turn it around for Your glory. Shield them with Your angels and let no weapon formed against them prosper, as Your Word promises in Isaiah 54:17.

Father, we also ask that You soften their heart toward those who have wronged them. Help them to release any bitterness, anger, or desire for revenge into Your hands. Fill them with Your peace that surpasses all understanding, guarding their heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7). Lord, we pray for their enemies, that You would open their eyes to the error of their ways and draw them to repentance. Let Your love and truth break through any hardness of heart, and may they come to know You as their Savior.

We declare that our brother/sister is more than a conqueror through Christ who loves them (Romans 8:37). Strengthen them with Your might, and let them walk in the victory that is already theirs in Jesus. Surround them with godly counsel and fellowship, and remind them that they are never alone, for You are always with them.

We thank You, Lord, for hearing our prayer and for Your faithfulness to act on behalf of Your children. May Your will be done in this situation, and may Your name be glorified. In Jesus’ name we pray, Amen.

We encourage you to continue seeking the Lord in prayer and in His Word. Spend time in the Psalms, where David often cried out to God in times of trouble and found comfort in His promises. Remember, God is your defender, and He will never leave you nor forsake you (Hebrews 13:5). Stay rooted in His love, and trust that He is working all things together for your good (Romans 8:28). We hear you, and we’re standing with you in prayer. When you know people are actively working against you, it wears on your soul, and the longing for their plans to fail is deeply real. God sees every hidden thing, and He doesn’t ask you to sort it all out on your own. Right now, while your mind may want to keep replaying the threats, we’re asking Him to quiet your heart with a peace that doesn’t depend on what your enemies do or don’t do. Sometimes the most practical next step is simply to pause and hand the whole tangled mess, every name, every fear, back to the One who judges justly, and then to turn your attention toward something steady and good, like a familiar praise song or a breath of thanks for a small gift in this day.

Lord Jesus, we bring this child of Yours before You now. Wrap them in Your peace that stands guard over their heart and mind. In Your perfect time and way, we ask You to expose and frustrate whatever wicked agenda is circling them. Protect their dignity, guide their steps, and give them wisdom for any action they need to take. Most of all, hold them close and remind them they are never alone. In Your name, Amen.

God, bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, Your righteousness, and to always respect and obey You. Bless me to know You, so that I can trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding. Bless me with knowledge, wisdom, and understanding in all You have called me to do.

God heal me in every area of my life. Deliver and cleanse me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God-conscious-solution-focused-heart-mind-spirit-and-attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. The Lord is the God of peace, and He will bless His people with peace. That peace springs not from seeing your foes cast down, but from your own soul reconciled to God through the precious blood of Jesus Christ. You cry for the wicked agenda of men to backfire upon them; leave that matter in the hands of Him who breaketh in pieces everything arrogant that dares to set itself up against His purpose. From the hour Satan fell, God’s design has been to overturn all opposition, and He will do it in His time and way. But beware lest a root of bitterness spring up in your own heart. Vengeance belongs to the Lord, not to us, and He is far better at repaying than we could ever be. His overturning work is holy and wise; ours would be mixed with sin. Rather, let your prayer be that you may be kept in the perfect peace of those whose minds are stayed on God, trusting that He will lift the poor from the dunghill and bring down the mighty from their seats of pomp when it pleases Him.

What you need is not merely the defeat of adversaries, but the crowning blessing of God’s own presence. He blesses His people with His whole heart and with His whole soul, thoughtfully, eternally, purposefully. Ask Him to crown your life with His goodness, to dry up all that is of the flesh and the creature, and to let His grace reign in you. All spiritual blessings in heavenly places are yours in Christ, according as He chose you in Him before the foundation of the world. Therefore you are blessed already, if you are in Christ by faith. Let that truth steady your soul when men rise up against you. God is not far off; He has not ceased to speak. This very trial is a message from God to you, calling you closer to Himself, where no enemy can reach your spirit.

Seek peace with God through faith in Jesus. The peace the world gives is a false peace, a sleep of death while the strong man guards his house. But the peace of God is a living, holy calm that keeps the heart and mind. It comes from knowing your sins are forgiven, that Christ has borne the wrath for you, and that the God of peace brought again from the dead our Lord Jesus through the blood of the everlasting covenant. O taste and see that this peace is good! It surpasses all understanding and it will garrison your soul against every fear. When you are at peace with God, then even the strife of enemies cannot rob you of your joy, for your life is hid with Christ in God.

I join my prayers with yours. May you feel a deep peace with God, with your own conscience, and with all the world. Grace be to you, and peace, from God our Father, and from the Lord Jesus Christ. He who is faithful will do it. Amen.

You ask for blessing and for the evil agenda of those fighting you to backfire upon them, but consider what sort of blessing you seek. There is a blessing that is carnal, and a blessing that is spiritual. The former cried, "The Lord bless thee, He will bless the fruit of thy body, and thy going out and thy coming in." But now a far greater blessing is proclaimed to those who are sons through grace: "With every spiritual blessing in the heavenly places." You are made immortal, a son, a fellow-heir with Christ. What lack you yet?

They who aim at spiritual blessings cannot attain them unless they first stand aloof from carnal things. Do not ask for the ruin of those who trouble you; this is to be carnally minded, and to be carnally minded is death. Seek instead that peace which is not the absence of conflict, but the cutting off of the diseased and mutinous within your own soul. The war that the gospel brings is a war against the devil, and when you wage that war, you are at peace with God.

Already the victory is won. Fear not; Christ has sat down at the right hand of the Father, expecting until His enemies be made His footstool. Those enemies are not flesh and blood, but all unbelievers, the demons. He delays their final subjection for the sake of the faithful who are yet to be born.

Therefore set your feet with the preparation of this gospel of peace, a most virtuous life, a heart prepared by God. In the season of conflicts they that confess are glorious; imagine what they will be in the season of crowns. You seek peace, but true peace comes when you count it all joy to share in the sufferings of Christ, knowing that your true blessing, like Jacob's, may find its accomplishment not in this world of few and evil days, but in the world to come.

I hear the burden in your words, the weight of people plotting against you, their agenda set on harm. It is right to bring this to the Lord, and we are lifting you up in prayer. But let me gently remind you of a deeper path that Scripture sets before us, one where peace does not depend on the downfall of others but on the steady hand of God.

The Proverbs draw a sharp line between the righteous and the wicked. Blessings rest on the head of the just, while violence and deceit mark the mouth of the wicked. The prayer of the upright is the Lord’s delight; He hears those who walk in integrity. When you cry out to Him, He does not overlook your trouble. Yet, notice how often we are called to be peacemakers, to speak choice silver rather than returning evil for evil. The thoughts of the righteous are right, aligned with God’s purposes, not consumed with the destruction of enemies.

I understand the desire for their schemes to backfire. It feels like justice. But the Scriptures show us something more freeing: the triumphing of the wicked is short, and their light will be put out. You do not need to orchestrate their fall. God’s own eyes run to and fro; He upholds the righteous and breaks the arms of the wicked. The end of the perfect man is peace, while the wicked are cut off from their own path. So instead of longing for their calamity, rest in His promise: “I will give peace in the land, and you will lie down, and none will make you afraid.”

There is a story in Genesis where a mother and son knew God’s blessing was meant for Jacob, but they tried to snatch it by deception. They mistook God’s end for man’s means, bringing needless sorrow. We do the same when we try to force judgment on our enemies in our own time. The desire of the righteous shall be granted, but God’s way is the better way: commit your cause to Him, and He will establish you. He delights in the prayer that seeks His will, not vengeance.

Yes, it is hard when the wicked seem to prosper. Jeremiah wrestled with that too. But look beyond the moment, the years of the wicked are shortened, and their candle is put out. The righteous, though they may have little, possess an everlasting foundation. So, pray not for evil to backfire as your primary plea, but for the Lord to bless you with an upright heart and to shield you. Ask Him to make you a person of understanding who makes peace, not one void of wisdom who despises a neighbor. In doing so, you heap coals of fire on their heads in the best possible way, and you remain in the place where God’s blessing makes rich and adds no sorrow.

He has promised to be your shield and your peace. Five of you will chase a hundred, not because you are strong, but because He fights for you. So we pray that you rest in the shadow of the Almighty, that His counsel guides you, and that the peace of Christ rules in your heart, silencing the turmoil of those who seek your harm. The blessing of Abraham through faith belongs to you, walk in it, and let God deal with the rest.
