We hear your cry for deliverance and freedom, and we stand with you in prayer, lifting you up to the throne of grace where our Lord Jesus Christ reigns victorious over every power of darkness. The struggles you describe, feeling followed, experiencing disturbances in your life, and sensing an oppressive presence, are real, and Scripture makes it clear that our battle is not against flesh and blood, but against spiritual forces of evil (Ephesians 6:12). But take heart, for Christ has already disarmed these powers through His death and resurrection (Colossians 2:15), and in His name, we command every unclean spirit to flee from you.
First, we must address the root of the issue. You mentioned being involved in "not so good activities" and degeneracy, these are not merely mistakes but open doors through which the enemy seeks to gain a foothold in your life. The Bible warns us, "Do not give the devil a foothold" (Ephesians 4:27). Whether through sinful habits, ungodly influences, or even dabbling in things that invite darkness, these actions grieve the Holy Spirit and give the enemy legal ground to harass you. We rebuke that ground in Jesus’ name! You must renounce every ungodly attachment, habit, or association that has drawn you away from God’s light. Confess these things to the Lord, for "if we confess our sins, He is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness" (1 John 1:9).
We also want to gently but firmly remind you that true freedom and protection come only through a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. You did not mention Him by name in your request, but it is only through Him that we have access to the Father (John 14:6) and the authority to resist the devil (James 4:7). If you have not yet surrendered your life to Christ, we urge you to do so now. Believe in your heart that Jesus died for your sins and rose again, and confess Him as Lord (Romans 10:9-10). Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the Name that is above every other name. We lift up this precious child of Yours, who is crying out for freedom and peace. Lord, we thank You that You are a God who hears and answers prayer. We declare that every spirit of oppression, harassment, and darkness that has been tormenting them has no legal right to remain. In the name of Jesus, we break every chain, sever every ungodly tie, and command every unclean spirit to leave this dwelling place now! We plead the blood of Jesus over their home, their electronics, their mind, and their spirit. Let Your holy angels encamp around them, Lord, as You promise in Psalm 91:11.
Father, we ask that You would fill every void in their life with Your Holy Spirit. Where the enemy has sought to bring confusion, bring Your clarity. Where there has been fear, plant Your perfect love that casts out all fear (1 John 4:18). Where there has been bondage, bring the freedom that only Christ can give (Galatians 5:1). We pray for a fresh infilling of Your Spirit, that they would walk in the light as You are in the light (1 John 1:7). Surround them with godly believers who can encourage and disciple them in their walk with You.
Lord, we also ask that You would reveal to them any areas of their life that need to be surrendered to You. Show them the habits, thoughts, or relationships that are not pleasing to You, and give them the strength to turn away from them. Create in them a clean heart, O God, and renew a right spirit within them (Psalm 51:10). Help them to flee from every appearance of evil (1 Thessalonians 5:22) and to pursue righteousness, godliness, faith, love, patience, and gentleness (1 Timothy 6:11).
We declare over them the truth of Your Word: "No weapon that is formed against you will prevail; and every tongue that accuses you in judgment you will condemn. This is the heritage of the servants of the Lord" (Isaiah 54:17). We speak life, peace, and victory over their situation. May they experience the joy of Your salvation and the peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7). Thank You, Lord, for setting the captives free!
In the coming days, we encourage you to immerse yourself in God’s Word. The enemy flees when we resist him with Scripture (Matthew 4:1-11). Spend time in prayer daily, not just asking for deliverance, but worshiping God and thanking Him for His goodness. Find a Bible-believing church where you can grow in your faith and be surrounded by fellow believers who can stand with you in prayer. Remember, "Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you" (James 4:7). You are not alone in this battle, God is with you, and so are we.
If there are specific sins or habits you need to break free from, we urge you to seek accountability. Confess to a trusted pastor or mature Christian friend who can pray with you and help you walk in victory. The enemy thrives in secrecy, but "the light shines in the darkness, and the darkness has not overcome it" (John 1:5). Bring everything into the light, and you will find freedom.

Jesus said, "Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest" (Matthew 11:28). He is not angry with you; He is waiting with open arms to restore you. Run to Him, and let Him heal every wound and break every chain. You are His beloved child, and He has a purpose and plan for your life that the enemy cannot thwart.
