Need of blessings

Father in Heaven! I think you for everything you are doing in my life and the life of others. I pray that you watch over my home and bring favor to my husband and I. We both need jobs and need that extra blessing to help us along the way. My husband has been looking for work and has not been successful so far. He has a calling to help others but have not been selected for a job to help others. I pray that you open doors, windows and hearts for him to get a job doing what he loves to do. Father I also pray that you are with me at my interview tomorrow. This would open new doors for me to help others and people in need. Father, this house is full of your servants and we pray that you show up and show out as you always do. I love you father and pray that you hear my cry. We are faithful and know that you will come through as you always do. In Jesus name I pray. Amen!

We hear your heartfelt cry and stand with you in faith, lifting up your household before the Lord. Your prayer reflects a deep trust in God’s provision and timing, and we join you in asking Him to open doors of opportunity for both you and your husband. The Scriptures remind us in Philippians 4:19, "My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus." We declare this promise over your lives, believing that God sees your faithfulness and will not leave you lacking.

Father, we ask You to go before this dear sister in her interview tomorrow. Let Your peace guard her heart and mind, and grant her favor in the eyes of those she meets. May the words she speaks be seasoned with grace, and may the opportunity align with Your perfect will for her life. For her husband, we pray that You would guide him to the right position, one where his gifts and calling to serve others can flourish. Open the hearts of employers to see his value and the doors that no man can shut. We rebuke any spirit of delay or discouragement that may be hindering his progress, and we declare breakthrough in Jesus’ name.

We also lift up your marriage before the Lord, celebrating the unity and faithfulness you share. May your home continue to be a place of worship, love, and mutual support as you both seek God’s will. Remember, "Unless the Lord builds the house, those who build it labor in vain" (Psalm 127:1). Keep your eyes fixed on Him, knowing that He is working all things together for your good.

Heavenly Father, we thank You for the testimony of faith in this home. Show up and show out, as this sister has declared, and let Your glory be evident in every area of their lives. Strengthen their trust in You, even when the wait feels long, for Your timing is perfect. We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus, the Author and Finisher of our faith. Amen.

We hear your heart, and we’re grateful for the trust you’re placing in God right now. It’s clear you’re leaning into His faithfulness, not just asking for help, but thanking Him ahead of time. That takes real faith, especially when the job market feels closed and the bills don’t pause.

When work is uncertain, it’s easy for anxiety to take over. We think of a young man named ###, who lost his sense of job security and started feeling like everything was against him. What steadied him wasn’t a quick fix, but having people, his pastor, family, and church, walk through it with him. Sometimes the waiting is heavy not just because of the need, but because we feel alone in it. So please don’t carry the weight quietly. Let your church family or a trusted mentor know specifically what’s going on, not just so they can pray, but so they might help open a door or simply sit with you in this. That’s part of how God shows up.

For your interview tomorrow: we’re praying you’ll feel a deep steadiness, not just confidence in your skills, but a sense that Christ goes into that room with you. You aren’t there to earn His favor; you’re already bringing it with you.

Will you both also consider reaching out to a pastor or a mature believer who can help your husband explore his calling a bit more concretely? Sometimes “helping others” takes a shape we don’t expect at first, and a fresh set of eyes can help spot it.

Let’s pray:

Jesus, thank You for this couple’s faithfulness. You see the résumés sent, the doors that haven’t opened yet, and the hopes tied up in tomorrow’s interview. Quiet their fears. Give rest tonight and a clear, peaceful mind tomorrow. Open the right door for the husband, maybe a surprising one, where his heart for others can flourish. Provide for their home, and let them feel Your nearness as they wait. We trust You with the outcome. In Your name, amen.

Lord please dont let go of me. Please let me pray and worship daily. Please let me work and eat. Whole good food. Let me not be anemic. Let me be healthy weight someday. Let me pray and worship. Keep me close to you. Dint ket me go again Lord. Lord Yeshua. Amen.

You feel the weight of waiting, and the door seems shut fast. You and your husband have a shared heart to help others, and yet the path into that very work remains blocked. The days stretch on, and the interview tomorrow carries so much hope, but also the weariness of wondering, "What if this one, too, passes us by?" I want you to sit down with me for a moment and hear something true: the Lord who calls His own by name has not forgotten either of you.

Your husband carries a calling to pour himself out for others. That is no small thing. It is the kind of impulse the Good Shepherd plants in His sheep. And I will tell you something I have learned, when the Lord means to use a man, He often lets the way be hedged up for a season. Not because He is unmindful, but because He is preparing the opening that will be no mere job, but a place of real service. You have knocked on many doors, and they have not swung wide. But behind every door there is a Keeper, and He knows exactly which one must open and when. I cannot promise you it will be tomorrow, but I can say on the authority of His own Word that He who began a good work in your husband will not leave it unfinished. The man who longs to bind up wounds is never finally turned away from the wounded, the Lord of the wounded will see to that.

And for your own interview tomorrow, the hand that unlocks doors for others holds yours as well. Do not think of yourself as walking into a room filled with strangers who hold your future in their scales. No, think of it as stepping into a place where your Savior has already gone ahead. He knows the people you will meet, He knows the words you need, and He knows how to give you the calm and natural kindness that sits so well upon His children. When you sit down, you are not alone. The same Jesus who saw Zacchaeus up in that sycamore tree and called him down by name, He sees you. He has His eye upon you now, and He will be with you in that room. He is not a distant bystander; He is the one who said, "Come unto Me," and He says it still, drawing near when we most need courage that is not our own.

There is an old truth that never grows stale: the sheep hear His voice, and He calls them by name and leads them out. He leads them out, not merely in. Out of the cramped waiting, out of the anxious nights, out of the sense of being overlooked. He leads them into green pastures He has already seen and prepared. You and your husband are not scrambling for scraps from a sullen world; you are waiting on a Father who takes a thoughtful pleasure in giving good gifts to His children. Even now, the provision is on its way. It may arrive wrapped in an envelope you did not expect, or it may come by a road you had never noticed, but it will come.

In the meanwhile, lean hard into the rest Christ offers. The promise is not that every load will be lifted at once, but that in the yoke with Him you will find a strange, quiet sweetness, a rest deep in the soul, untouched by the hurry and the worry. He never turns away a heart that says, "Lord, I am spent, I am heavy-laden; give me Thy rest." Even tonight, you may set your whole perplexity at His feet and leave it there. The interview, the long search, the calling that seems thwarted, all of it is safe with Him.

Let me pray with you now.

Lord Jesus, Thou who art the Keeper of doors and the Opener of hearts, look on this household that desires to serve Thee by serving others. Thou hast planted that desire, and Thou wilt bring it to its proper harvest. Go with this, Thy daughter, into tomorrow’s hours. Put calm in her spirit, wisdom on her lips, and favor in the eyes of those she meets. Open the door that is meant for her, and close all others without a trace of regret. And for her husband, Thou who didst call Thy disciples from their nets and their tax booths, call him now into the labour Thou hast appointed. Let the waiting end in such a way that he sees plainly, “This is the Lord’s doing, and it is marvellous in our eyes.” Until then, be their peace. Bear their burdens, cover their minds with quiet trust, and let them feel the darkness is only the shadow of Thy wing. In Jesus’ name. Amen.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

We are so grateful you entrusted us with the privilege of standing in agreement with you and your husband before our Heavenly Father. It has been our joy to lift up your home, your marriage, and your deep need for provision through meaningful work. We have prayed specifically that the Lord would watch over your household, open doors no man can shut, and fill the hearts of employers with favor toward both of you.

We remember your request for the Lord’s presence at your interview and ask now that you share with us how He showed up. If He has already answered—if your husband has received a call, if you walked out of that interview feeling His peace, or if any other blessing has come—please post a praise report so we can rejoice together. If the answers have not yet arrived, we invite you to post this request again so we may continue praying without ceasing until every door swings wide.

Above all, we pray that you and your husband keep your eyes on Jesus, the Author and Finisher of your faith. May He strengthen your trust, deepen your hope, and remind you daily that He is working all things together for your good. We stand with you, believing that His timing is perfect and His provision is sure.

In Jesus’ precious name we pray. Amen.
