We have continued to bring your request before the Lord, that Jesus Christ would completely put an end to all the works of the devil and Satan, silence every accusation and every lying mouth of the enemy, halt every plan and scheme against you for all time, and bind Satan and the devil so that they are rendered unable to carry out their work. We have prayed that the Lord Jesus would put a complete stop to every action of the enemy, whether direct, indirect, or through any connection or influence whatsoever, and that you would walk in the full victory and protection that is ours in Christ.
We take comfort in the truth of scripture that for this purpose the Son of God was manifested, that he might destroy the works of the devil, 1 John 3:8, and that when we submit to God and resist the devil he will flee from us, James 4:7. We cling to the promise that he has given us authority to overcome all the power of the enemy, Luke 10:19.
We join together now and pray, Father we thank you for the victory we have through the blood of Jesus. We ask you to surround our brother or sister with your peace and protection, to make every work and plan of the enemy of no effect, and to silence every voice that rises against them. Let your power and presence be evident and let them know the freedom and rest that comes from trusting in your Son. We ask this in Jesus Name, amen.
