We join you in lifting up this heartfelt cry to our Lord Jesus and we thank you for calling upon His precious name, for it is only through Him that we have access to the Father and it is in His name that we are forgiven and made clean.
We hear your need for comfort, for daily health, for help in difficult work, and for forgiveness and cleansing, and we bring each of these before the throne of grace together. We are reminded that God sees every moment of our lives and He cares deeply for us. As it is written, Don't be afraid, for I am with you. Don't be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness. Isaiah 41:10. And again, In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus. Philippians 4:6-7.

Father, we lift up their difficult work to You, grant wisdom, endurance and favor, and help them to work heartily as unto You. Your prayer has come before the throne of grace and it is a good thing that you have brought every need to the Lord Jesus Christ, for there is no other place to carry such burdens.
You ask for forgiveness of debts and guilt and for a clean heart and body, and upon this I would have you fix your eye first of all. There is forgiveness with Him, that He may be feared. It is a divine forgiveness, for the Lord Himself says, I, even I, am He that blotteth out thy transgressions. It is a surprising forgiveness, so full and free that it seems too great to be true, yet it is true. It is a complete forgiveness, not a partial pardon but a blotting out of all that stood against you. As it was said to the man sick of the palsy, Your sins are forgiven you, so Christ still speaks that one sentence which is enough. Do as Luther did when in dark distress, and say with the creed, I believe in the forgiveness of sins, and believe it for yourself through the blood of Jesus shed for the unjust that He might bring us to God. This forgiveness is not wrought out by years of labor, it can be wrought in a moment by Him who is mighty to save, and it is an eternal forgiveness through His finished work who came to finish transgression and to make an end of sins and to bring in everlasting righteousness.
Seek this first, and then bring your sickness and your health, your daily needs and your difficult work, to the same Saviour. He who forgives also heals, and the leaves of the tree of life are for the healing of the nations. The least thing about Christ has healing virtue in it. He is able to comfort you every moment, to supply all your need according to His riches, and to give strength for the work of your hands. He knows what the body requires and He hears prayer for health, yet we ask for these mercies with submission to His perfect wisdom, trusting that whether He grants immediate relief or sustains us in trial, He will make all things work for our good and His glory. A clean heart is His own creation, and He who cleanses the soul will also make the whole nature new, so that charity and purity may mark your life, and you may be kept unspotted from the world while abounding in love toward others.
Therefore cast yourself at His feet just as you are, with nothing in your hands but His dear name. Confess your sin plainly, trust in Christ alone for salvation, for there is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved, and rest in His promise. He will not cast out any that come to Him.
May the Lord be with you and comfort you, may He richly supply all your needs, may He give you wisdom and strength for every difficult task, and may He cleanse your heart and keep your body in His care. Your prayer has been heard and I join you in bringing it before the Lord. It is good that you have turned to Jesus Christ, for in Him alone we have comfort, provision, forgiveness and cleansing.
I pray that the Lord will be near to you and give you His peace that passes all understanding, that He will supply all your needs according to His riches in Christ, and strengthen you in body and soul. May He grant you health and sustain you day by day, and be your help in every difficult task of your work, giving you wisdom, endurance and grace to do what is set before you.
Above all I pray with you for forgiveness and a clean heart. Scripture promises that if we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness through the blood of Jesus. There is no other name by which we are saved, and through His sacrifice your guilt and debts before God can be washed away and your heart and body made clean as you walk with Him in repentance and faith.

Your honest prayer for the Lord to be near, to comfort you, to provide for you, to heal you, to help you in hard work, and to forgive and cleanse you is heard, and it reflects the very needs God invites us to bring to Him.
There is something beautiful in Scripture that speaks directly to what you are asking. In Leviticus God gave Moses a law for the leper in the day of his cleansing. That is remarkable because in human terms leprosy had no cure. Yet God Himself wrote into the law a provision for cleansing, as if to leave room for His own grace to work beyond what man could do. He did not box Himself in. He made a way to heal what was incurable and to restore the person to community. We should do the same and leave room for God to work in our lives, even in matters of health that feel persistent or impossible. The Bible shows that leprosy is a picture of sin, a disease that slowly corrupts and separates, and its cleansing is a picture of what Jesus Christ does for us. Only God can truly cleanse and restore us to fellowship with Himself.
You asked for health without illness every day and every moment, and for God to richly supply all your needs. God does care about our bodies. When Jesus bore our sins, Scripture also connects His suffering to our sicknesses and infirmities, and we see Him healing many. We can confidently ask Him for physical strength and healing while remembering that the greatest miracle He does is the forgiveness of sins. That inner healing is of eternal value, and the rest flows from His mercy. He also promises to meet our needs according to His riches, to be our comfort and our presence. You can trust Him to be with you moment by moment, not only to supply what you lack but to give peace in the waiting.
