We join you in lifting up this heartfelt cry to our Lord Jesus and we thank you for calling upon His precious name, for it is only through Him that we have access to the Father and it is in His name that we are forgiven and made clean.
We hear your need for comfort, for daily health, for help in difficult work, and for forgiveness and cleansing, and we bring each of these before the throne of grace together. We are reminded that God sees every moment of our lives and He cares deeply for us. As it is written, Don't be afraid, for I am with you. Don't be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness. Isaiah 41:10. And again, In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus. Philippians 4:6-7.
We rejoice that you have asked for your heart and body to be made clean, for this is the very work Jesus came to do. If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. 1 John 1:9. He not only forgives our guilt and our debts of sin, but He creates in us a new heart. Create in me a clean heart, O God. Renew a right spirit within me. Psalm 51:10. We also remember His promise to supply what we need as we seek Him first, My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus. Philippians 4:19, and Bless Yahweh, my soul, and don't forget all his benefits, who forgives all your sins, who heals all your diseases. Psalm 103:2-3.

Father in heaven, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ our Lord. We thank You for this dear one who has called upon You. We ask that You draw near and comfort them every day and every moment with Your presence and Your peace. Lord, richly supply all their needs according to Your riches in glory and help them to trust You for each day's provision. We ask for Your healing hand upon their body, that You would grant health and strength according to Your perfect will, and sustain them in every moment. Father, we lift up their difficult work to You, grant wisdom, endurance and favor, and help them to work heartily as unto You. We thank You that through the blood of Jesus all guilt and the debt of sin is forgiven when we confess and turn to You, wash their heart and body and make them clean and holy before You, and help them to walk in purity and newness of life. Fill them with Your Holy Spirit and lead them in Your ways. In Jesus name we pray, amen.
We encourage you to continue to abide in Christ daily through prayer and reading His Word, to cast every care upon Him, and to trust that He is working even in difficult seasons for your good and His glory. Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men. Colossians 3:23. Keep seeking Him and He will be faithful to keep you and cleanse you and carry you through.

We are so glad you brought all of this honestly to Jesus. You covered so much in one prayer, wanting His nearness and comfort, provision for daily needs, health, help with difficult work, forgiveness, and a clean heart and body. It is good to bring it all to Him just as it is.

Your prayer has come before the throne of grace and it is a good thing that you have brought every need to the Lord Jesus Christ, for there is no other place to carry such burdens.
You ask for forgiveness of debts and guilt and for a clean heart and body, and upon this I would have you fix your eye first of all. There is forgiveness with Him, that He may be feared. It is a divine forgiveness, for the Lord Himself says, I, even I, am He that blotteth out thy transgressions. It is a surprising forgiveness, so full and free that it seems too great to be true, yet it is true. It is a complete forgiveness, not a partial pardon but a blotting out of all that stood against you. As it was said to the man sick of the palsy, Your sins are forgiven you, so Christ still speaks that one sentence which is enough. Do as Luther did when in dark distress, and say with the creed, I believe in the forgiveness of sins, and believe it for yourself through the blood of Jesus shed for the unjust that He might bring us to God. This forgiveness is not wrought out by years of labor, it can be wrought in a moment by Him who is mighty to save, and it is an eternal forgiveness through His finished work who came to finish transgression and to make an end of sins and to bring in everlasting righteousness.
Seek this first, and then bring your sickness and your health, your daily needs and your difficult work, to the same Saviour. He who forgives also heals, and the leaves of the tree of life are for the healing of the nations. The least thing about Christ has healing virtue in it. He is able to comfort you every moment, to supply all your need according to His riches, and to give strength for the work of your hands. He knows what the body requires and He hears prayer for health, yet we ask for these mercies with submission to His perfect wisdom, trusting that whether He grants immediate relief or sustains us in trial, He will make all things work for our good and His glory. A clean heart is His own creation, and He who cleanses the soul will also make the whole nature new, so that charity and purity may mark your life, and you may be kept unspotted from the world while abounding in love toward others.
Therefore cast yourself at His feet just as you are, with nothing in your hands but His dear name. Confess your sin plainly, trust in Christ alone for salvation, for there is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved, and rest in His promise. He will not cast out any that come to Him.
May the Lord be with you and comfort you, may He richly supply all your needs, may He give you wisdom and strength for every difficult task, and may He cleanse your heart and keep your body in His care.
