Your prayer has been heard and it is good that you have brought every part of your life before the Lord Jesus, your comfort, your health, your work, your debts, and the cleansing of your heart and body.
The foundation for everything you have asked is the grace of God through the finished work of Jesus Christ. Salvation is not something you earn by trying harder or by doing good works to gain favor. It is a gift. God draws you to Himself, He gives the faith to believe in what Jesus has done, and on that basis He forgives completely. The greatest need any of us has is the forgiveness of sins, and when you come to Him in repentance and faith, that debt is fully cancelled. Every offense and transgression is blotted out because of what Christ accomplished. That inward work of forgiveness and cleansing is done by the Holy Spirit in the heart. You cannot see it with your eyes, but God does a real cleansing within when you ask Him.
God also does a refining work in those He loves. He works in you because He wants to work through you. That often means He gently removes what is rough or unhelpful in your character, and that process can be painful and confusing. You may not always understand why He allows a difficulty or why He is shaping you in a certain way. Scripture encourages us to count it joy when we go through hard testing, not because the testing itself is pleasant, but because God is preparing you for the good plan He has for your life. Submit to that work and trust that He is making you more like Christ.
You asked for health without any illness every day and every moment. The Lord is compassionate and He has power over every sickness. The Gospels show Jesus healing the leper, the servant of the centurion, the mother of Peter, and multitudes who were brought to Him. He still heals today according to His sovereign will, and it is right to ask Him for healing. Yet the Bible does not teach that God has promised perfect physical health at every moment in this present life. Even the apostle Paul prayed three times for his thorn in the flesh to be removed, and the Lord chose to answer in another way, showing that His grace was sufficient. The greatest miracle in any life is the forgiveness of sins and the gift of eternal life. That remains true even when healing does not come in the way or time we hope. Bring your body to Him daily, ask for strength and healing, and rest in His wisdom and love whether He brings immediate healing or sustaining grace through the illness.
You also asked Him to supply all your needs and to help with difficult work, and to forgive your debts. God does richly provide for His children, but not because we have earned it by our efforts. We come on the basis of His finished work and we respond with trust and obedience. Any work we offer to God must come from that responsive heart, not as an attempt to buy His blessing. At the same time, God calls us to be faithful and diligent in our daily labor. Scripture teaches that if a person is able to work, he should work quietly and provide for his own needs, trusting God to bless honest effort. Bring your difficult tasks to the Lord, ask for wisdom and endurance, do your part faithfully, and wait patiently for Him to work things out. Impatience often hinders what God is doing, but He is faithful to guide and provide as you walk with Him step by step.
When you ask for forgiveness of debts, remember how great the debt of sin was that God has forgiven you through Christ. It was immeasurable, and He released you from it freely when you asked Him. Because you have been so greatly forgiven, He calls you to forgive others from the heart as well. If there are people you need to forgive, ask Him to give you that spirit of forgiveness, for He will give you the capacity when you are willing. For material debts, bring them honestly before Him too, seek His wisdom for stewardship, work diligently, and trust Him to make a way as you follow His principles.
May the Lord draw you near, comfort you by His Spirit, cleanse your heart and renew your body according to His perfect will, give you strength for each day's work, and show you the full assurance of His complete forgiveness through Jesus.
