We hear your cry for protection and deliverance, and we stand with you in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, who has already triumphed over the powers of darkness. The enemy seeks to accuse, oppress, and deceive, but Scripture declares that "there is therefore now no condemnation to those who are in Christ Jesus" (Romans 8:1 WEB). The blood of Jesus has already broken the power of accusation, for "they overcame him because of the Lamb’s blood, and because of the word of their testimony" (Revelation 12:11 WEB).
First, we must address the foundation of your faith. Have you placed your trust fully in Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior? The Bible says, "if you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved" (Romans 10:9 WEB). It is only through His name that we have authority over the enemy. If you have not yet surrendered your life to Him, we urge you to do so now, for "as many as received him, to them he gave the right to become God’s children" (John 1:12 WEB).
Now, regarding your request for protection, we declare with you that the devil and his demons have no right to accuse or harass you when you are covered by the blood of Jesus. The Word of God assures us that "he who is in you is greater than he who is in the world" (1 John 4:4 WEB). However, we must also examine our lives for any unconfessed sin or areas where we have given the enemy a foothold. Scripture warns, "give no opportunity to the devil" (Ephesians 4:27 WEB). Have you allowed fear, bitterness, unforgiveness, or any form of disobedience to take root in your heart? If so, we must repent and renounce these things in Jesus’ name.

We thank You that [this individual] is more than a conqueror through Christ who loves [them] (Romans 8:37 WEB). No weapon formed against [them] shall prosper, and every tongue that accuses [them] will be condemned.
Lord, we ask You to surround [this individual] with Your angels. Let Your presence go before [them], behind [them], and within [them]. Remember, "the Lord is faithful, who will establish you and guard you from the evil one" (2 Thessalonians 3:3 WEB).
If there are areas in your life where you have strayed from God’s will, whether through sin, compromise, or unbelief, repent and turn back to Him. He is faithful and just to forgive you and cleanse you from all unrighteousness (1 John 1:9 WEB). Do not let shame or fear keep you from running to Him, for He loves you with an everlasting love (Jeremiah 31:3 WEB).
Lastly, we encourage you to seek out a Bible-believing church where you can grow in your faith, be discipled, and find support. You were not meant to walk this journey alone. Let the body of Christ stand with you as you press into all that God has for you.

The victory you long for is not something to be won by your own pleading or striving, but it is already accomplished by the Captain of our salvation. Jesus wins the victory, and He will not enjoy it alone, He will glorify His people. When Jesus Christ, the Head of the Church, was victorious over the foe, every member of His Mystical Body, even the most uncomely, was, virtually, a conqueror in the conquering Head! So let us shout the victory and wave the palm branch, for we are more than conquerors through Him that has loved us! The Seed of the woman has trampled on the serpent, and as the result of Christ's death, Satan's power is broken.
You ask that the devil cannot accuse you for any action in any time or state. Remember, it is written that He put over Him their accusation without any endorsement of His own, the accusation was nailed to the cross. And when the devil comes and says, "Your Father has forgotten you," tell him to begone, you know too much of your Father ever to believe that. Say to him, "Get thee gone! it cannot be; get thee gone, Satan! Tell it to thy own companions, but tell it not to the heir of heaven." What a malicious devil, to shoot his fiery arrows when we are in distress, but he is a coward indeed, he always hits a man when he is down. Yet the clock of mercy struck in Heaven the hour and moment of deliverance, for the time had come! Thus had the eternal purpose of Jehovah decreed it.
The deliverance from the power of darkness is not a future hope alone, but a present reality. He has delivered us from the power of darkness, and translated us into the kingdom of God's dear Son. Sin shall not have dominion over you, for you are not under the Law, but under Grace. You may be in darkness sometimes, but it shall not have power over and enslave you. And as for the devil seeing his failure for all time, he already knows it. There never was such a fool as the devil is, and though he hears us say that now, he knows it! He is already defeated, and the eternal purpose stands: saved from the devil! That deliverance of God is an eternal one, nor shall the infernal lion ever be able to rend one sheep or lamb that the Great Shepherd deigns to keep!

The prayer you are trying to form is understandable, but let me turn it slightly. You are asking for the demons to be absolutely unable to accuse you at any time and to stay away in every state. Scripture does not promise that the enemy will never howl or never shoot accusations. It promises something stronger: in Christ the accuser has no valid case against you, and if you remain on the rock of His teaching, the waves and winds and the plots of devils cannot make you fall.
The devil is called the ruler of this world, but he does not rule heaven and earth. He rules only over those who give themselves to him. That is why the Lord could say, The ruler of this world has nothing in me. Your safety is to be in union with Christ, so that when the accuser comes, he finds nothing of his own in you.
Do not seek a state in which no accusation is ever heard. Seek the state in which every accusation meets the blood of Christ and a good conscience. If there is any real sin, confess it and forsake it. The enemy loves to turn real guilt into despair, but that is a lie, for the Lord receives the penitent. If there is no unrepented sin, then the accusation is only noise. The demons saw their failure at the cross, and they see it again every time a forgiven sinner stands and resists them.
Job received all the assaults of the devil and stood unmovable. The apostles were beaten by the waves of the whole world, by nations and princes and evil spirits, and yet stood firmer than a rock. The Lord does not always deliver us from the lion's presence, but He delivers us from every evil work, and that is the greater deliverance.
So pray this way: Lord Jesus, keep me in Your grace, bring me to true repentance, and let Your cross answer every charge the enemy brings. Let no accusation of his have power over me, and make me stand on Your commandments so that his purposes fail. For then, even if he accuses, he accuses a soul that already belongs to Christ, and his failure is certain.
