We hear your cry for comfort and provision, and we lift you up before the throne of grace together in Jesus' name. The Lord is near to those who are brokenhearted and saves those who have a contrite spirit (Psalm 34:18). He knows your needs before you even ask Him (Matthew 6:8), and He promises to supply every need according to His riches in glory in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:19).
Father God, we come before You as Your children, interceding for our brother/sister in Christ who is seeking Your presence and provision. Lord, we ask that You would draw near to them in this time of need. Comfort them with Your peace that surpasses all understanding, guarding their heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7). Richly supply all their needs, both spiritual and physical, according to Your glorious riches. May they experience Your faithfulness in every area of their life.
We pray for their work, Lord. You have ordained our work and established our steps (Proverbs 16:9). We ask that You would go before them, making their paths straight and smoothing out any obstacles in their way. Grant them wisdom, skill, and favor in all that they do. May their work be fruitful and bring glory to Your name.
In times of struggle, it is easy to feel overwhelmed or forgotten, but we declare that the Lord is our shepherd, and we shall not be in want (Psalm 23:1). We encourage you to cast all your anxieties on Him because He cares for you (1 Peter 5:7). Seek first His kingdom and His righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well (Matthew 6:33). Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways acknowledge Him, and He will make your paths straight (Proverbs 3:5-6).
We also want to gently remind you that true peace and provision come through a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. If you have not yet surrendered your life to Him, we encourage you to do so today. Jesus said, "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me" (John 14:6). There is no other name under heaven given to mankind by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12). If you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved (Romans 10:9).
Let us pray together: Heavenly Father, we thank You for Your love and faithfulness. We ask that You would comfort our brother/sister and meet all their needs according to Your glorious riches. Guide their steps and bless their work, Lord. Help them to trust in You completely and to seek Your kingdom above all else. If they have not yet made You their Lord and Savior, we pray that they would do so today. Fill them with Your Holy Spirit and draw them closer to You each day. In Jesus' mighty name, we pray. Amen.
