We hear your cry for help and lift you up before the throne of grace, where our Lord Jesus Christ intercedes for us. Your request for comfort, provision, and health is deeply felt, and we stand with you in prayer, trusting in the promises of God’s Word.
First, we rejoice that you have called upon the name of Jesus, for there is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12). It is only through faith in Him that we have access to the Father and receive the blessings of His kingdom. If you have not yet surrendered your life to Christ, we encourage you to confess Him as Lord and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead (Romans 10:9). This is the foundation of all true comfort, provision, and healing.
Now, let us pray together in faith:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, our Savior and Healer. Lord, we ask that You draw near to [this dear one] and wrap Your arms of comfort around them. Let them feel Your presence in every moment, for You have promised never to leave nor forsake us (Hebrews 13:5). Father, we ask that You richly supply all their needs according to Your glorious riches in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:19). Whether it is physical, emotional, or spiritual provision, we trust in Your faithfulness to provide.
Lord, we also lift up their health to You. Your Word declares that by Your stripes, we are healed (Isaiah 53:5), and that You desire for us to prosper and be in health, even as our soul prospers (3 John 1:2). We ask for Your healing touch to rest upon them, driving out every trace of illness and infirmity. Strengthen their body, mind, and spirit, and let them walk in the fullness of Your health each day. We rebuke every spirit of sickness and disease in the name of Jesus, for it is written that the thief comes only to steal, kill, and destroy, but Jesus came that we might have life and have it abundantly (John 10:10).
Father, we also ask that You guard their heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7). Let Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, rule in their life, calming every fear and anxiety. Help them to cast all their cares upon You, for You care for them (1 Peter 5:7). Teach them to trust in You with all their heart and not lean on their own understanding, acknowledging You in all their ways so that You may direct their paths (Proverbs 3:5-6).
We encourage you to stand on God’s promises, dear one. Meditate on His Word day and night, for it is life to those who find it and health to all their flesh (Proverbs 4:20-22). Surround yourself with believers who will uplift you in prayer and encouragement, for iron sharpens iron (Proverbs 27:17). Remember that God’s timing is perfect, and His ways are higher than our ways (Isaiah 55:8-9). Even in waiting, He is working all things together for your good (Romans 8:28).
If there are areas in your life where you have not fully surrendered to God’s will, we gently encourage you to examine your heart and align yourself with His Word. Confess any sin, for if we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us and cleanse us from all unrighteousness (1 John 1:9). Let go of anything that hinders your relationship with Him, and press forward toward the goal of knowing Christ more deeply (Philippians 3:13-14).
Finally, we declare over you the truth of God’s Word: "The Lord is my shepherd; I shall not want. He makes me lie down in green pastures. He leads me beside still waters. He restores my soul" (Psalm 23:1-3). May you experience the fullness of His love, provision, and healing today and always. In Jesus’ mighty name, we pray. Amen.
