Thank you for sharing this so honestly and humbly. It takes courage to bring this struggle into the light, and God sees and hears you as you seek Him. We are grateful you reached out and we want to stand with you in prayer.
We hear how deeply this has affected your sense of identity, how you see yourself, how you relate to others, and even how you experience daily life in public and in church. These kinds of confusions and attractions can feel very powerful and disorienting, but Scripture teaches that our true identity is not found in our feelings or attractions, but in Christ. God created us male and female in His image, with purpose and goodness, and He designed marriage to be a lifelong covenant of one man and one woman, with sexual intimacy belonging within that covenant alone. His design is for our good, and when our minds and desires feel pulled away from it, that is not a sign of who we truly are in Him, but a sign of the battle we face in a fallen world.
The confusion you describe does not have to rule you. With God's help the mind can be ordered and renewed so that even when waves and pressures come from outside, there can be inward calm and clarity. This happens as we learn to do all things in the Name of the Lord Jesus, calling on Him before and after every part of our day, whether eating, sleeping, working, walking in the street, or worshiping. Where His Name is called upon with faith, He brings help, cleansing and strength, and He is able to cast out what harms us and to heal what is disordered.
We will pray for your deliverance and renewal, not that God would affirm or bless what is contrary to His word, but that He would set you free and make you whole according to His good will.

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the Name of Jesus Christ, Your Son, through whom alone we have salvation. We thank You for this one who seeks You with a humble heart. Lord, You know the battle with same sex attraction and gender confusion, and how it has touched identity, thoughts, and daily life. We ask You to bring deliverance, clarity and peace. Renew the mind by Your Spirit and Your word, and root identity firmly in Christ. Help to see the body and life You have given as good, created with purpose as male, made in Your image. Guard thoughts, purify desires, and give strength to walk in chastity and holiness. When temptation or confusion comes, whether on the street or in church, let there be remembrance to call on the Name of Jesus and to find calm and strength in You. Lead into fellowship and counsel where truth is spoken in love, and give hope for the future according to Your design for marriage and life. Keep this dear one close, assure them of Your love and forgiveness, and cause them to grow in contentment and joy in Your will. We ask this in the Name of Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen.
