We understand you are seeking deliverance from fear and phobias related to broken glass, and we are here to stand with you in prayer and biblical truth. First, we must address that the name of Jesus Christ is the only name by which we can approach God and receive salvation, healing, and deliverance. The Scriptures declare, *"There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"* (Acts 4:12, WEB). If you have not yet placed your faith in Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior, we urge you to do so now, for it is only through Him that true freedom and peace are found.
Fear is not from God, for *"God didn’t give us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control"* (2 Timothy 1:7, WEB). The enemy seeks to bind us in fear, but Jesus came to set the captives free (Luke 4:18). Your phobia may feel overwhelming, but the Word of God assures us that *"perfect love casts out fear"* (1 John 4:18, WEB). That perfect love is found in Christ, who has already overcome the world (John 16:33).
We also encourage you to examine whether there is any unconfessed sin or unresolved spiritual stronghold in your life that may be giving the enemy a foothold. The Bible tells us, *"Don’t give place to the devil"* (Ephesians 4:27, WEB). If there is any area of your life that is not surrendered to Christ—whether it be unforgiveness, involvement in occult practices, or entertainment that glorifies fear—we urge you to repent and turn fully to the Lord. He is faithful to cleanse and restore.
Let us pray for you now:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our brother/sister who is bound by fear and phobias. Lord, You have not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind. We ask that You break every chain of fear in their life, especially the irrational terror related to broken glass. Father, we rebuke every spirit of fear and torment in the name of Jesus and command it to leave now, never to return. Fill them with Your perfect love, which casts out all fear.
Lord, if there is any sin or stronghold in their life that has given the enemy access, we ask that You reveal it to them. Give them the courage to repent and turn fully to You. Strengthen their faith, Lord, and remind them that greater is He who is in them than he who is in the world (1 John 4:4). Cover them with Your peace, which surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7), and let them rest in the assurance that You are with them always.
We declare freedom and victory over this fear in Jesus’ name. Let them walk in the liberty for which Christ has set them free (Galatians 5:1). May they experience Your presence in a powerful way and know that You are their refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1).
We thank You, Father, for hearing our prayer and for the deliverance that is already accomplished through the blood of Jesus. In His mighty and holy name we pray, Amen.
We also encourage you to meditate on God’s Word daily, especially verses that speak of His protection and peace, such as Psalm 91 and Isaiah 41:10. Surround yourself with worship music that exalts Jesus, and seek fellowship with other believers who can pray with you and hold you accountable. If this fear persists, we strongly recommend seeking biblical counseling from a mature believer or pastor who can walk with you in this journey of freedom.
Stand firm in Christ, for *"the one who is in you is greater than the one who is in the world"* (1 John 4:4, WEB). You are more than a conqueror through Him who loves you (Romans 8:37). Walk in that truth!
