We join you in lifting up this need before our Heavenly Father and we are encouraged by your heart to honor and care for your mother and her home. This desire to provide for her well being is pleasing to the Lord, for it is written, Honor your father and your mother, that your days may be long in the land which Yahweh your God gives you. Exodus 20:12. We also rejoice that you have presented this supplication through Jesus Christ, for it is only through Him that we have access to the Father and confidence that He hears us. Jesus said, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me. John 14:6.
We understand the burden of incomplete repairs and the desire for a trustworthy, diligent and financially reasonable tradesperson. God cares about the practical details of our lives and our homes, for unless Yahweh builds the house, they who build it labor in vain. Psalm 127:1. We can commit this work to Him and trust Him to guide our steps, for Commit your deeds to Yahweh, and your plans shall succeed. Proverbs 16:3. We also take comfort that our God will supply every need according to His riches, as it is written, My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus. Philippians 4:19.

It is a comely and Christian duty to care for the home, for as it is written, every man built before his own house, and whatsoever thy hand findeth to do, do it with thy might. To seek to restore and keep in good repair the dwelling of a parent is an honourable work, and the Lord who went about doing good looketh with favour upon such filial care.
We will pray that our heavenly Father, who knoweth what things we have need of before we ask Him, will in His wise providence guide you to a diligent and conscientious workman, a man of honest hands and honest dealing, whose labour may be both skillful and financially reasonable. We will entreat the Lord to open the way for the necessary repairs to be concluded expeditiously and well, and that peace and order may be restored to your mother's residence.
Let us pray together. O Lord our God, Thou art the God of all providence and Thou suppliest the needs of Thy people. We bring before Thee this need for a faithful tradesperson to complete the work in this home.
