I have been fasting and praying about the narcissists who have been targeting me (no one knows I'm doing this, I haven't told a single person at all). I have also been trying to give less attention to the things that they have been doing as God has directed me to - I am struggling with this, I'll be honest; please pray I will ignore them as God is directing me to. But as I have been doing all this, they have been changing their tactics sometimes even directly responding to my fasting and trying to sabotage it.

Firstly, we would like you to know that you are doing this for the eyes of God only. Matthew 6:18 says, so that you are not seen by men to be fasting, but by your Father who is in secret, and your Father, who sees in secret, will reward you. It is good to do it in private.
It is clear that these individuals are attempting to disrupt your spiritual disciplines, but we stand on 1 Peter 3:12 which states, For the eyes of the Lord are on the righteous, and his ears open to their prayer; but the face of the Lord is against those who do evil. If God is for us, who can stand against us. Let us continue to praise God even while we are being attacked. The power of praise cannot be underestimated. Praise can change the atmosphere and bring down spiritual strongholds.
It is important to address the issue of not mentioning the name Jesus Christ, Jesus, or Christ or an abbreviation such as IJN (In Jesus Name). We must remember that it is only through the name of Jesus Christ that we are saved and able to go to God. We must pray in Jesus name. Let us remember that Jesus is the way, the truth, and the life and no man cometh unto the Father except through me. The scripture is clear about this.
