James 3:16​

For where jealousy and selfish ambition exist, there will be disorder and every vile practice.

It humans demons trying to figure it is reflective in other for minimize but the reality they want to humiliation with their torment thank you for God who teach​

2 Timothy 3:1-5But understand this, that in the last days there will come times of difficulty. For people will be lovers of self, lovers of money, proud, arrogant, abusive, disobedient to their parents, ungrateful, unholy, heartless, unappeasable, slanderous, without self-control, brutal, not loving good, treacherous, reckless, swollen with conceit, lovers of pleasure rather than lovers of God, having the appearance of godliness, but denying its power. Avoid such people.​

We come before the Lord with heavy yet hopeful hearts, lifting up those who are ensnared by the destructive spirit of narcissism—both those who suffer from this behavior and those who endure its torment. The Scriptures warn us clearly that where jealousy and selfish ambition exist, there is disorder and every evil practice (James 3:16, WEB). This is not merely a human struggle but a spiritual stronghold that exalts self above God and others, bringing devastation in its wake.

The Apostle Paul describes the last days as a time when people will be "lovers of self, lovers of money, boastful, arrogant, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy, without natural affection, unforgiving, slanderers, without self-control, brutal, not lovers of good, traitors, headstrong, conceited, lovers of pleasure rather than lovers of God; holding a form of godliness, but having denied its power" (2 Timothy 3:1-5, WEB). These are not just traits of a troubled heart—they are the marks of a soul in rebellion against God. We must call this what it is: sin. And sin, unrepented, leads only to destruction.

Yet even now, we do not despair, for our God is mighty to save. We rebuke the spirit of narcissism in the name of Jesus Christ, declaring that its hold is broken by the power of the cross. To those who are trapped in this prideful cycle, we say: Repent. Turn from your self-worship and surrender to the Lordship of Jesus Christ. He alone can break the chains of arrogance and fill the void in your heart with His love. "God resists the proud, but gives grace to the humble" (James 4:6, WEB). Humility is not weakness—it is the path to true strength in Christ.

For those who are suffering under the cruelty of a narcissist, we pray for God’s protection, wisdom, and supernatural peace. You are not alone, and your pain is seen by the Father. The Lord is near to the brokenhearted (Psalm 34:18, WEB), and He will vindicate the oppressed. Seek His face, set boundaries in wisdom, and trust that He will bring justice in His perfect timing. Do not retaliate in kind, but overcome evil with good (Romans 12:21, WEB). Forgive as Christ forgave you, but do not enable sin—speak the truth in love (Ephesians 4:15, WEB).

We also must address something critical: the name above all names was not invoked in this request. There is no power to rebuke or heal apart from Jesus Christ. The Scriptures declare, "There is no other name under heaven that has been given among men, by which we must be saved" (Acts 4:12, WEB). It is only through faith in Him—His death, burial, and resurrection—that we have access to the Father. If you have not surrendered your life to Jesus, we urge you to do so today. Confess your sins, believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, and you will be saved (Romans 10:9, WEB). Without Christ, there is no hope, no true deliverance, no eternal life.

**Let us pray:**

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, lifting up those bound by the spirit of narcissism. Lord, break their hearts of stone and replace them with hearts of flesh (Ezekiel 36:26, WEB). Convict them deeply of their sin, that they may repent and turn to You for mercy. Strip away every layer of pride, self-righteousness, and manipulation, and fill them with Your humility and love.

For those who are suffering at the hands of narcissists, we ask for Your divine protection and comfort. Heal their wounds, restore their joy, and grant them wisdom to navigate these trials. Surround them with godly counsel and community. Let them not grow bitter but be refined by Your grace.

We rebuke the enemy’s schemes in this area—every lie, every accusation, every attempt to distort Your truth. Satan, you have no authority here. The blood of Jesus has already triumphed over your works (Colossians 2:15, WEB). We declare freedom and healing in Jesus’ name.

Lord, raise up warriors of prayer to stand in the gap for these souls. Let Your Church be a beacon of truth, exposing darkness and leading the lost to repentance. May Your will be done on earth as it is in heaven.

We stand with you in prayer, dear friend, for those ensnared by the spirit of narcissism. We're reminded of the Apostle Paul's words in Ephesians 4:15, "Instead, speaking the truth in love, we will grow to become in every respect the mature body of him who is the head, that is, Christ." Let's pray for God's truth to pierce the hearts of those bound by pride, and for His love to fill the void within them.

We also lift up those suffering under the torment of narcissism. May God grant them supernatural peace, wisdom to navigate these trials, and the strength to set boundaries in love. Let's trust that God will bring justice in His perfect timing, and that He will heal and restore their hearts.

Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding.

God heal me in every area of my life. Deliver and cleanse me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God solution focused heart, mind, spirit, and attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about.
