Do not give anyone any reason to take my daughter from me, Jesus, bless the persons I meet and talk to so they believe me and keep me safe. We join with you in Jesus name and lift you and your precious daughter before the throne of grace today, thanking God that you have called upon the name of Jesus, for it is only by His name that we have access to the Father and it is by no other name that we are saved. As it is written, There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved Acts 4:12 and Jesus said I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me John 14:6. We rejoice that you have put your trust in Him and we stand together with you now.

We hear the burden of your heart, your deep love for your daughter, your desire to protect her and to remain together, your fear of the courts and of CPS and of the words and manipulations of your ex and others, and your longing to be a vessel for the Lord and to be guided only by Him. The Lord sees your tears and hears your cry and He is near to you. The righteous cry, and Yahweh hears, and delivers them out of all their troubles. Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit Psalm 34:17-18.

We pray together for you and your daughter.

Father in heaven, in the mighty name of Jesus we come before You for this dear mother and her daughter. Cover them today with Your presence, Your grace, Your peace and Your safety. Let every space they enter be guarded by You and let Your angels keep charge over them as You have promised, For he will put his angels in charge of you, to guard you in all your ways Psalm 91:11. We ask that You guide every step she takes, that she would trust in You with all her heart and not lean on her own understanding, and that You would direct her paths Proverbs 3:5-6. Give her wisdom beyond her own sight, clarity in every decision, strength for her education and daily work, and help her to be the loving, attentive, godly mother You have called her to be. Let her daughter feel deeply loved, secure, and cherished, and let her feel Your love surrounding her at all times. We pray that You would hold her heart and keep her joy, and draw her to Yourself for salvation, for Your word says that children are a heritage of Yahweh Psalm 127:3 and You desire that none should perish.

Lord, we ask for Your truth to shine in every situation that brings fear, in every conversation with CPS, in every document and every report. Let no lie stand, for lying lips are an abomination to Yahweh Proverbs 12:22 and nothing is hidden that will not be revealed Luke 8:17. We pray that You would give wisdom and discernment to those handling her daughter's case, and that You would establish truth and justice. Help this mother to walk in complete honesty and integrity before You and before the authorities You have ordained, answering with grace and truth, so that no weapon that is formed against her or her daughter shall prosper Isaiah 54:17. We pray that no slander, gossip, or false accusation would harm them, and that every tongue that rises against them would be shown to be empty. Turn what is meant for evil into blessing for them, for we know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose Romans 8:28.

Father, we also pray for her ex and his family and for all who have spoken against her. We ask that You would soften hearts, bring conviction where there is manipulation, and bring repentance and peace where there is strife. Help her to continue to forgive as You have forgiven her, and to bless those who have trespassed against her, keeping her own heart free from bitterness and fear. We rebuke the spirit of fear that would try to pollute her heart and mind and cause her to walk by fear, for God did not give us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control 2 Timothy 1:7. We speak Your peace over her, the peace that surpasses all understanding which will guard her heart and mind in Christ Jesus Philippians 4:7. Cast all your worries on him, because he cares for you 1 Peter 5:7 and we pray she will do so moment by moment.

We thank You for her desire for a future husband who is a man of faith. We affirm that desire as good and holy, for marriage is Your design as a lifelong covenant between a man and a woman, and we pray that if it is Your will, You would in Your perfect timing bring a godly Christian husband to her, a man who will love her and her daughter as Christ loves the church. Until then we pray You keep her in purity and in courtship that honors You, seeking first Your Kingdom and Your righteousness Matthew 6:33, waiting patiently and not rushing ahead of Your plan. Let her present relationships be marked by holiness, for You call us to flee fornication and to honor marriage.

Lord, establish her steps, for a man's steps are established by Yahweh Psalm 37:23. Let her not be put to shame in her studies or in her witness, but let her be a light for You in every communication today. Let Your will be done in her life and her daughter's life, and let them remain together under Your covering, felt in every part of their being. We declare over them that Yahweh is their refuge and fortress, their God in whom they trust Psalm 91:2, and that You Yourself are a Father to the fatherless and a defender of those who trust in You Psalm 68:5. Do not be afraid, for I am with you. Do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness Isaiah 41:10.

We ask all this in the covering blood of Jesus Christ, trusting not in our own strength but in Your unfailing love. Let Your light shine upon this mother and daughter so that their bond and Your goodness are evident to all. Lead them, keep them, and let them dwell in Your bubble of love and protection today and all the days You give them. In Jesus name we pray, Amen.

We hear how much you love your daughter and how heavy this week feels for you. Wanting her to feel safe, loved and secure in your home is a good and tender desire, and it makes sense that the involvement of CPS and the fear of your ex using words against you would leave you feeling on edge and watchful.

We want to stand with you in that place. When fear is high and so much feels uncertain, it can help to keep things steady and documented. Keeping a simple, factual record of conversations, dates and documents related to CPS, and asking a trusted calm person such as a pastor, counselor or legal aid advocate to review your responses before you send them can bring clarity and help protect you from misunderstanding. Keeping your daughter's days as predictable and warm as you can this week, with rest, meals and time together, also helps her feel your love even while you are under pressure.

We are praying for you both.

Jesus, we lift this mother and her daughter to You. Cover their home with Your peace, guide every conversation and document and let truth be clearly seen. Your cry has risen with many tears and much trembling for yourself and for your little one, and the Lord who is the Eternal God and our refuge hears the voice of His people when they seek Him. He is not far from you in this time of fear and trial, for it is written that He shall give His angels charge over you, to keep you in all your ways, and that underneath are the everlasting arms.

It is good that you ask to be kept from harm and to be guided in the right pathway, and to be a vessel of His grace to those you meet. Yet remember that this promise of angelic keeping belongs to those who walk in appointed ways, in the way of the Lord. Oh, beware of that spirit of willfulness which would go away from the home of obedience and act in opposition to the order of God's providence. First to understand the way of the Lord, then to run in it, and then to speak of it, this is well. Seek therefore not only safety, but holiness, that your steps may be ordered by Him, and that you may lean not upon your own understanding but upon His wisdom. When you abide under the shadow of that cloud, you are at home even in a strange and hostile place, for the presence of the Sun of Righteousness discovers sin and recovers the soul from its power.

You pray that lies and manipulation may be revealed and that no weapon formed against you may prosper, and that slander and gossip may not prevail. This is a right prayer, for there are refuges of lies in which men shelter themselves, but the hail shall sweep away the refuges of lies. A cold hard truth of God falls from Heaven and crashes through every false confidence. Great truths which men have forgotten and despised come rattling down with deadly aim. Ask the Lord then not only to expose the falsehood of others, but to keep your own heart from the way of lying, as the Psalmist prayed, Remove from me the way of lying. Let truth be your refuge, for no shelter will stand at the last except that which is built upon Christ, the only foundation. Pray that in the handling of your daughter's case, and in every document and every answer before those set in authority, truth may be made plain, and that what is false may not stand.

You have asked also that fear may not pollute your heart and that you may not walk by sight. God save you from all slavish fear which dishonors His truthfulness and power. There is a loving fear which every true child has toward its Father, a fear of grieving so tender a Parent, which makes it watch every footstep lest it deviate from obedience. May the Lord grant you much of this holy fear, and deliver you from that bondage which makes the soul melt for heaviness and drop as water from the eaves. He who bore sin, which is the sting of death, has taken away its terror for those who are accepted in the Beloved, and the sword of justice has no terrors for those who are members of His body. Trust not in your own feelings or prayers or good intentions as if they could save, for faith is but the cup and Christ is the fountain. The whole of your salvation lies in Jesus Christ and in Jesus Christ alone, whose sacrifice possesses boundless efficacy and falls short of no need. If you would be saved and have your daughter saved, look to Him only.

It is right to forgive those who have trespassed against you, and to ask that their hearts may be melted and their evil turned to blessing, for God will lift up the poor from the dunghill while He casts down the mighty from their seats. Yet know that your holiness, though it be sincere, will never fully shield you from calumny, for the envenomed tongue of slander spares not even the most strict walk. Your refuge therefore must be not in the good opinion of men, but in the Eternal God Himself. Commit your cause to Him who judges righteously, and leave vengeance and vindication in His hands.

For your child, pray above all that she may know the Lord and be kept in His love, that she may feel His presence in all her being and be preserved from every assault upon her joy and innocence. Labor to be the tender mother you desire to be, keeping her in focus and letting her feel your love as a reflection of the love wherewith Christ loves His own. And concerning your future, if it be the Lord's will to give you a husband, pray that He may provide a man of faith who will walk with you in the covenant of marriage as God ordained it from the beginning, one man and one woman in a lifelong union, wherein love and faithfulness dwell under His blessing. Seek not merely happiness or prosperity as the world counts it, but that you may both be found in Christ and live to His glory.

May the Lord grant you clarity and strength for your studies, and help you to learn with diligence and to make a good and honest impression in your new field, not for your own praise but that you may provide faithfully and walk worthily. May He guide your lips and your pen, that your words may be true and gracious, and that misunderstandings and unjust judgments may be removed in His time.

We pray for you now, that the Eternal God who is your refuge would cover you and your daughter under His wings, that He would keep you in all your appointed ways, that He would sweep away every refuge of lies and establish you upon the truth, that He would turn your fear into filial trust, that He would forgive your trespasses as you forgive, and that He would cause you to know that you are accepted in Christ and kept by His power. May His will be done in your life and in your daughter's life, and may His light shine upon you so that your bond in love and safety may be preserved by His strength, until that day when He shall make all things plain. Your prayer has been lifted up with care and we join you in bringing it before the Lord Jesus Christ, who alone is our salvation and our hope.

We pray with you for the presence and protection of Christ over you and your daughter today and in the days to come. May the Lord cover you with His peace, keep you from harm, and make His nearness known in your home and in every place you enter. We ask that He would guard your hearts and minds from fear, strengthen you to walk by faith and not by sight, and help you to be the loving and steady mother He has called you to be, so that your daughter may daily feel both your love and His.

We pray for truth to be revealed and for justice to be done in all matters concerning your family, your former husband and his family, and those involved in your daughter's case.
