We hear the deep love and fear in your request for your mom and we join with you in bringing her before our Heavenly Father together in Jesus name. It is so painful to watch a mother struggle with heart and breathing issues and other health problems and to carry the fear of losing her. We want you to know that God sees your love for her and He cares deeply for both of you.
We take comfort in what Scripture tells us about our God as healer and comforter. Psalm 103:2-3 reminds us to praise Yahweh who forgives all your sins and who heals all your diseases. Jeremiah 30:17 declares I will restore health to you and I will heal you of your wounds, says Yahweh. Isaiah 41:10 encourages us, Don't you be afraid, for I am with you. Don't be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness. And when our hearts are broken with worry, Psalm 34:18 assures us Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit.
We also want to gently share something important we noticed, your request did not mention the name of Jesus Christ. We bring this up in love because it is only through Jesus that we have access to God and it is only by His name that we are saved. John 14:6 says Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me. Acts 4:12 teaches There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved. If you have not already, we encourage you to put your trust in Jesus, confess Him as Lord and believe that God raised Him from the dead, for Romans 10:9 says that if you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. It is in His name we can boldly bring your mom's needs to the throne of grace.
We pray together now for your mom and for you.
Father, we lift up this dear mother to You in the name of Jesus Christ. You know her heart, her lungs, her breathing, and every other health issue she is facing. You formed her and You know every detail of her body. We ask for Your healing touch upon her heart and her breath, that You would strengthen her, ease her breathing, restore what is weak and bring comfort to her body. We pray for wisdom for her doctors and caregivers and for effective treatment. We also lift up her child who loves her so deeply and fears losing her. Grant peace that surpasses understanding, calm fear and fill this family with hope and trust in Your goodness and sovereignty. Help them to rest in Your will, knowing that our days are in Your hands and that You are merciful and compassionate. Draw both mother and child closer to Jesus, that they may know His salvation, His presence and His comfort each day. We ask all this in the mighty and healing name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
We encourage you to continue to seek good medical care for your mom while trusting the Lord as the ultimate healer, to spend precious time with her honoring her as Scripture calls us to do, and to pour out your heart to God daily in prayer through Jesus. Keep bringing every fear and every hope to Him, for James 5:15 reminds us the prayer of faith will heal him who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up. We are standing with you in prayer for your mom's healing and for God's perfect will and peace to be evident in your lives.

Your tender care for your mother and the burden you carry for her healing have been brought before the Lord with sincere prayer. To fear the loss of one so dear is natural to the heart, yet we are reminded that the Lord who gave her life knows every beating of her heart and every breath she draws.
He that planted the ear, shall He not hear. He that formed the heart and gave breath to our nostrils is not deaf to the cries of His people. Your wants appeal to His heart before your own heart is fully awake to them. He hears the sighings of the fearful heart and will fulfill the desire of them that fear Him. You may therefore pour out your soul before Him in full confidence that He hears and that He cares.
The word of the Lord to such trembling hearts is, Fear not. It is a plant which grows very plentifully in God's garden, and it is spoken again and again for those who are weak and weary. Fear is weakening and dishonors the God who has promised, I will help thee, saith the Lord. Though you feel as a worm and without strength, His promise stands fast, and His arm which piled the heavens is not palsied. He will provide daily strength and spiritual comfort till you reach your home above.
There is abundance of healing power in Jesus Christ. The Scripture saith, the leaves of the tree were for the healing of the nations, and the least thing about Christ is healing. A word from Him coming home to the heart brings healing to head and heart, to conscience and affection. When the Sun of Righteousness rises with healing in His wings, pardon and healing are as one in His hand. We pray not only for the healing of her body, for her heart and her breathing and all her infirmities, but for that deeper healing which Christ delights to give, a new heart and a right spirit within.
Let us pray together for her.
O Lord our God, Thou who art the great Physician of body and soul, look in mercy upon this dear mother. Lay Thy healing hand upon her heart, ease her breathing, and restore her strength according to Thy perfect will. Spare her, if it please Thee, to her family for yet more days to Thy glory. And above all, grant to her and to those who love her the healing of forgiveness through the precious blood of Christ, that whether in life or in death they may be Thine. Cast out fear with Thy perfect love, and cause their hearts to rest upon Thy promise, Fear not, for I will help thee. We ask this in the name of Jesus Christ our Lord, who lives to sustain the life He gives. Amen.
