Jesus, bless me and my child today with love, happiness, joy, grace, productivity, prosperity, love, peace, safety and You being present to guide and keep us from harm. We join you in lifting you and your precious daughter before the throne of grace today, and we thank you for calling so earnestly upon the name of Jesus, for it is only through Him that we have access to the Father and it is in His name that we are heard and saved. As it is written, John 14:6 Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me, and Acts 4:12 There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved. We praise God that you have centered every request on Him.

We hear the burden of your heart as a mother who loves her daughter deeply and who is walking through fear and uncertainty with your ex, with CPS, and with the possibility of court. The Lord sees your love for your child, and He honors the calling of motherhood. Psalm 127:3 Behold, children are a heritage of Yahweh. The fruit of the womb is his reward. We pray that you will be strengthened to be the mother He has called you to be, showing her daily the love with which He loves her, with patience, gentleness and steady presence while she is home with you this week.

We bring before the Lord your cry for protection and for truth to be revealed. We stand on His promise for you and your daughter, Isaiah 54:17 No weapon that is formed against you will prevail; and you will condemn every tongue that rises against you in judgment. This is the heritage of Yahweh's servants, and their righteousness is of me, says Yahweh. We ask Him to let every lie and manipulation be exposed and to hold back every tongue that would speak harm against you or your daughter. Psalm 91:1 He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty, and Psalm 91:4 He will cover you with his feathers. Under his wings you will take refuge. We pray that you both will dwell in that safe place today, in every room you enter and with every person you meet, and that the Lord will give you discernment to recognize who He has sent to bless you and who to guard your heart from.

We also hear your prayer to forgive those who have trespassed against you and to bless your enemies, and this aligns with the heart of Christ. We join you in asking Him to melt hard hearts, including the heart of your daughter's father, that he may see how his actions affect you and your child, and that hatred and strife would be turned to blessing. Romans 8:28 We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose. We pray that even what was meant for harm would be turned for your good and for your daughter's protection, and that no trial or unjust legal action would separate you when it is not His will.

Your desire for wisdom in how you speak and write to CPS, in how you handle documents, and in how you are judged by others is a godly desire. We pray the Lord will guide every answer you give, that you will walk in complete honesty and integrity before Him and before those in authority, for the Lord delights in truth. Proverbs 3:5 Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don't lean on your own understanding. Proverbs 3:6 In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight. James 1:5 But if any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him. We ask for that liberal wisdom for you, for clarity of mind, for words that are seasoned with grace and truth, and for favor with those handling your daughter's case that they would see clearly and act justly. We encourage you to cooperate humbly and transparently, to document truthfully, and to trust God rather than fear, for 1 Peter 5:7 casting all your worries on him, because he cares for you, and Philippians 4:6 In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. Philippians 4:7 And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus.

We rejoice in your prayer to be a vessel for His salvation and to let His light shine through you. We pray that everyone you meet today would see Christ in you. We also lift up your prayer for a future husband. We affirm your desire for a godly marriage, for marriage is holy before God as a lifelong covenant between a man and a woman. We pray that as you seek first His Kingdom, if it is His will for you to marry, He will bring a faithful man of God to you in His perfect timing, and that any courtship would be centered on Christ with the goal of a God honoring marriage. Matthew 6:33 But seek first God's Kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well. We encourage you to keep your heart guarded and pure before Him as you wait.

We pray for your education and work, that the Lord will give you motivation, understanding and strength to learn well, to make a good impression, and to not be put to shame, but to use this new field for His glory and for the provision of your family.

We pray together now, Father in heaven, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ and we lift up this dear mother and her daughter to You. Cover them with the blood of Jesus and let Your presence go with them into every space they enter today. Let Your peace rule their hearts and let no fear or confusion from evil tongues take root. Reveal truth and silence lies, hold back slander and gossip, and let every false statement fall while truth stands. Soften hearts that have been hardened, turn curses into blessings, and let no weapon formed against them prosper. Give this mother wisdom beyond her own understanding, guide her steps, her words and her decisions, bless the work of her hands in her studies, and let CPS and all authorities see with clear eyes and act with justice and mercy. Keep this mother and daughter together in Your will, let their bond be strengthened in Your love, let the little girl feel both her mother's love and Your perfect love surrounding her every moment, and draw her young heart to salvation in Jesus. Provide godly people to surround them, protect them from all evil, and let Your will be done in their lives. If it is Your will, in Your timing bring a godly husband and father who will lead this family in faith. We ask all this in the precious and powerful name of Jesus Christ our Lord, Amen.

We hear the deep love you have for your daughter and how heavy the fear feels right now with CPS, paperwork, and the worry about court and what others may say. Wanting to be a steady, safe presence for her while you are also trying to keep up with your education is a lot to carry at once, and it makes sense you are asking Jesus to stay close to you both.

We are praying with you for clear thinking and calm in these days at home together. When fear is loud it can be hard to know what is from God and what is just noise from others, so we often find it helps to stay anchored in small, consistent habits of love and honesty with your daughter and with those involved in her case.

A couple of simple steps that may help you feel more steady as you go forward:

Keep a simple written record of conversations with CPS and your ex, dates, what was asked and what you shared, and keep copies of any documents you submit. If you have not already, consider asking one trusted, level-headed person to walk with you, such as a pastor, counselor, or a legal aid resource in your area who understands family matters, so you do not have to sort every decision alone. And keep gentle daily rhythms for your daughter this week, rest, meals, and time together where she can feel your love in ordinary ways.

Jesus, we lift this mom and her daughter to You. Cover them with Your presence and peace today, guide every conversation and every paper, let truth be clear, and give this mother wisdom, strength, and calm as she cares for her daughter and studies. Your prayer comes as a burdened heart pouring itself out before the mercy seat, and it is well that you have done so, for we are taught not to seek to be without enemies but to take our case and spread it before God. You have done what faith bids you do, to cast yourself and your dear child upon Him who is able to keep you.

Hear the promise which belongs to all who trust in Christ alone for salvation, for there is no other name under heaven given among men whereby we must be saved. It is written, underneath are the everlasting arms. You shall end your journey well if you rest there. Not upon your own strength, nor upon the favor of men, nor upon any device of your own wisdom, but upon those arms which never fail. When the day is weary and the mind is active and on the alert, at home you may cast yourself down and feel that underneath you still are those arms. At last when death comes the promise shall still hold good, and you shall triumph and enter into the presence of God and bless His name because underneath you are the everlasting arms.

You ask that no weapon formed against you shall prosper, that lies and manipulation shall be revealed, that slander and gossip shall not harm you or your child, that the tongue which would speak evil shall be held. Remember what the prophet has said, judgment also will I lay to the line, and righteousness to the plummet, and the hail shall sweep away the refuge of lies, and the waters shall overflow the hiding place. God makes a deliberate trial of our confidences and compares our hopes with His truth. Therefore ask not only that false statements shall fall, but that your own heart and life shall stand the trial of that line and plummet. If the grace of God does not change our character, if it does not make us hate sin and strive after that which is right and just and good, then it is not the grace of God at all. The only proper treatment of sin is to cut it off and cast it from you. So let your prayer be also that you may be kept holy, truthful in all your dealings with those set to watch over your child, clear and upright in your answers and documents, that the truth may indeed be revealed and stand.

He is the God of your mercy. As the rich father lays up a portion for each child, so has God mapped out and allotted for each one of His people some choice and special mercy fitted for peculiar case. He is the Most High God, possessor of heaven and earth, and yet with equal truth He is the God of your mercy. The God of your mercy shall prevent you, that is, shall go before you. To get away from man and nestle beneath the wings of God is to exchange doubt for certainty and fear for confidence. Faith laughs at that which fear weeps over.

Learn also the posture of the weaned child of whom David speaks. The weaning child frets and worries and causes trouble to those round about it and most of all to itself, for its desires are strong upon it. But the weaned child is content, its desires lie still, its soul lies in the bosom of its mother like a child that has done with crying. So let your soul lie in the bosom of your Lord. You have asked that your heart and mind be not polluted by evil tongues so that you walk by fear and by your own sight. That is a wise petition. Leave your concerns with the God of love and sing sweetly in confidence in Him. Lean not upon your own understanding, but in all your ways acknowledge Him and He shall direct your paths. He will show you the right decisions and the right pathway, and give you strength to do what He has planned for you.

For your child, pray above all that she may be saved by coming simply to Jesus and depending upon Him. There is no safety like salvation in Christ, and no love like His love shed abroad in the heart. Pray that she may feel your love as a mother, as you have asked, and far more that she may feel His love all around her. Be to her the example of one who loves holiness, who forgives those who have trespassed against you and who seeks to be a vessel for the Lord, that others may see Christ in you. Christ has fought the world and overcome it, and His victory was won on behalf of all His people. Today we face a vanquished foe. Pursue your infirmities and fears and scatter them as dust before the whirlwind, for He watches over the great multitude committed to Him by the Father.

Concerning the hard matters of law and of those who have charge of your daughter's case, pray that righteousness may be done, that you may find favor to dwell in safety, that you may do your statutes and keep His judgments. Pray that those who judge may see clearly, and that you may be given wisdom and grace to make a good impression not by pretense but by truth, diligence in your studies, and quiet faithfulness in your new field of work. Let not false written statements stand, but let the truth be revealed, and be content to leave the issue with Him who judges righteously.

You have asked also concerning a future husband, that if it be His will a man of faith may make his way to you. If the Lord so wills, pray that He may bring to you a godly man that you may enter with him into that holy estate which God ordained from the beginning, the lifelong covenant of one man and one woman, wherein love is pure and the home is ordered under Christ. Seek not any other path, for sex and living together belong within that covenant alone, and apart from it they bring sorrow. Wait upon the Lord, and if it be His will He will provide in His time, and if not, He Himself will be your portion.

May the Lord keep you and your daughter together so long as it is for your good and His glory, and may He teach you to say with a submissive heart, Your will be done. Whether He keeps you from trial or leads you through it, underneath you are the everlasting arms. May He melt the hearts of those who have opposed you, turn their evil to blessing where it may be, and above all bring them and you to repentance and faith in His Son. May He cover you with His grace, guide your steps, bless the work of your hands, and let His light shine upon you so that your bond of love, nourished by His strength, may be seen for what it is.

We commend you to Him who rests in His love and rejoices over His people with singing when He is at work for their salvation.
