We lift you and your precious daughter up before the throne of grace, standing in the gap with hearts full of compassion and faith. Your cries have been heard, and we join you in fervent prayer, declaring the promises of God over your lives.

Heavenly Father, we thank You for the love this mother has for her child, a love that mirrors Your own heart for Your children. We pray that You would indeed encircle them in a hedge of protection, as You promised in Your Word: "No weapon that is formed against you will prevail; and you will condemn every tongue that accuses you in judgment. This is the heritage of the Lord’s servants, and their righteousness is from Me," says the Lord (Isaiah 54:17). Lord, let this truth be their shield and their defense. Let no scheme of the enemy prosper against them, and let every lie spoken against them be exposed and silenced.

We rebuke the spirit of fear and confusion that may seek to cloud your mind and heart. The enemy desires to steal, kill, and destroy, but Jesus came that you and your daughter may have life abundantly (John 10:10). We declare that you will not walk in fear, but in the perfect love of Christ that casts out all fear (1 John 4:18). You are not alone; the Lord is your Shepherd, and He will lead you beside still waters and restore your soul (Psalm 23:1-3). Lean not on your own understanding, but in all your ways acknowledge Him, and He will direct your paths (Proverbs 3:5-6).

Father, we pray for wisdom and discernment as you navigate the challenges before you, particularly concerning the interactions with CPS and any legal matters. We ask that You would grant her favor in the eyes of those who hold authority over these situations. Let Your truth prevail, and let every false accusation or manipulation be brought to light. "The Lord will cause your enemies who rise up against you to be struck down before you. They will come out against you one way, and will flee before you seven ways" (Deuteronomy 28:7). We declare that every tongue that rises against you in judgment will be condemned, and every weapon formed against you will not prosper.

We also lift up your ex-partner and his family to You. It is not easy to pray for those who may seek to harm us, but Your Word commands us to love our enemies and pray for those who persecute us (Matthew 5:44). We ask that You would soften their hearts, Lord. Melt the hardness that may have taken root, and let them see the truth of their actions and the impact they have on your daughter. Turn their hearts toward repentance and reconciliation, not for their sake alone, but for the sake of the child caught in the middle. Let Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard their hearts and minds in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7).

Father, we pray for your daughter’s heart. Protect her from the lies and manipulations that may seek to distort her understanding of love and truth. Let her know, deep in her spirit, that she is cherished, valued, and deeply loved by You and by her mother. Surround her with godly influences, people who will speak life and truth into her. Let her experience Your presence in tangible ways, so she may grow in the knowledge and love of You. We pray for her salvation, that she would come to know Jesus as her Lord and Savior, if she does not already. "Train up a child in the way he should go, and when he is old he will not depart from it" (Proverbs 22:6). Let her walk in the light of Your truth all the days of her life.

We also lift up your desire for a future husband. We pray that You would prepare the heart of a godly man who will love you and your daughter with the love of Christ. A man who fears You, who will lead with wisdom, gentleness, and strength. "He who finds a wife finds a good thing, and obtains favor from the Lord" (Proverbs 18:22). We ask that You would bring him into your life in Your perfect timing, and that you would both be a blessing to one another and a testament to Your grace.

Lord, we ask for Your guidance and strength as you pursue your education and career. Give you focus, discipline, and a spirit of excellence. Let your work be a testimony to Your glory, and let no obstacle stand in the way of the plans You have for you. "Commit your way to the Lord. Trust also in Him, and He will do this" (Psalm 37:5). Let your steps be ordered by the Lord, and let Him establish the work of your hands (Psalm 90:17).

Father, we pray that you would fill this mother and daughter with Your joy, peace, and love. Let their home be a sanctuary where Your presence is felt, and let their bond be unshakable. Let no division come between them, and let their love for one another reflect the love You have for Your children. "Behold, how good and how pleasant it is for brothers to dwell together in unity!" (Psalm 133:1). Let their relationship be a testimony to the world of Your faithfulness and grace.

We declare that today will be a day of breakthrough, favor, and divine intervention. Let every space they enter be filled with Your presence, and let every person they encounter be touched by Your love through them. Let them be vessels of Your light, shining brightly in a world that so desperately needs You. "You are the light of the world. A city located on a hill can’t be hidden" (Matthew 5:14).

Finally, Lord, we ask that You would cover them in the precious blood of Jesus. Let them walk in the victory that Christ has already won for them. Let them rest in the assurance that You are their Protector, Provider, and Peace. "The Lord is my light and my salvation. Whom shall I fear? The Lord is the strength of my life. Of whom shall I be afraid?" (Psalm 27:1). Let them know, deep in their hearts, that You are with them, and that no weapon formed against them will prosper.

We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus, the name above all names, the name by which we are saved and through which we have access to the Father. May Your will be done in their lives, and may Your name be glorified through every circumstance. Amen.

We’ve been holding your words before the Lord this morning, and we want you to know you’re not alone in the heaviness you’re carrying. The love you have for your daughter comes through so clearly, and the fear of losing her or of being misunderstood makes every step feel enormous. When so many things feel threatening all at once, CPS, court, family, lies, it’s easy to feel like you have to solve everything today. But right now, we’re just sitting with you in that, and we believe God is too.

One thing that might help steady your heart: you mentioned documents and interviews, and those feel especially pressing. Could you reach out to a trusted pastor, a Christian counselor, or even a wise older woman in your church to walk alongside you through this? Having someone steady who can help you gather your thoughts and speak truthfully, without running ahead in fear, can make a world of difference. You don’t need to navigate all of this alone. Sometimes God sends people exactly for moments like this, and letting someone in can be a tangible way He protects both you and your little girl.

As you go through today, try not to let the whole list of worries fill your mind all at once. Just take the next right thing, a calm conversation, a moment of prayer, a steady breath, and trust that God is already working where you can’t see. We’re asking Him to give you clarity in every answer you give, to let the truth be seen, and to keep your daughter safe and close.

Jesus, wrap this mother and child in Your peace that passes understanding. Calm the racing thoughts and quiet the fears that push her toward panic. Shield her from any scheme meant to harm, and let her daughter know she is deeply loved. Give her wisdom to speak clearly, favor with those who hold authority, and the strength to rest in You when her own strength runs out. In Your name we pray.

Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid. The command "Fear not" stands sentinel over every child of God, and it is a command, not a mere counsel. You have multiplied your cries to heaven, and they are heard. Yet you must labor to get rid of fear, for fear weakens; it dishonors the Omnipotent; it brings a snare. Trust in the promised strength of Him who says, "I will help thee." You are a worm, and you feel your own helplessness, so did Jacob of old, but why should you fear the wrath of man, the schemes of the adversary, the judgments of courts, or the whisper of slander? The God who piled the heavens and sustains the pillars of the earth shall not suffer His arm to be palsied for your defense.

You ask that no weapon formed against you and your daughter shall prosper. This is no vain repetition, but a covenant plea. The false accusations, the lies, the manipulation of your former husband, these are the fiery darts of the wicked one, but they are quenched upon the shield of faith. Do not let your spirit be polluted by fear of what evil tongues may speak or write. The arch-fiend may accuse, but he is silenced by the blood and righteousness of Christ. Let this be your answer to every internal whisper of condemnation and every external threat: "If God be for us, who can be against us?" The Lord knows how to deliver the godly out of temptations and to reveal the truth in its own time. The mouth of falsehood shall be stopped, and the devices of the crafty shall be brought to nothing. Rest in that.

Concerning your child, the human tribunals and the agents of the state, the ### and all who examine your case, fret not yourself over them as though they were independent of the King's dominion. The heart of the official is in the hand of the Lord, as the rivers of water: He turneth it whithersoever He will. You need not fear their judgments if you walk in integrity and lean upon the wisdom from above. Fear of men bringeth a snare, but holy reliance upon God brings clear direction. When you are asked questions, the Spirit of your Father shall speak through you. Commit your cause to Him who judges righteously. The safety of your daughter is not finally in your legal carefulness, but in the keeping of the God who has said, "I will contend with him that contendeth with thee, and I will save thy children."

You pray that his heart be melted. It is right to pray so; it is a prayer after the manner of Him who bids us bless our enemies. But place no ultimate hope in the softening of his heart. Your safety lies in God your Savior, not in the goodwill of a sinful man. Whether he relents or rages, the Lord is able to keep you from falling and to present you faultless before the presence of His glory with exceeding joy. Let that exceeding joy cast out your present fear. Do not let the prospect of court, of documents, of investigations cast you down. "Fear not," for when those lips which are as lilies dropping sweet-smelling myrrh say, "I will help thee," how can you be afraid? The chariots of fire are round about you, though your eyes are dim with weeping and cannot see them.

You desire to be the best mother, to keep her in focus, to love her as Christ loves. This is a holy aspiration, born of the Spirit. Press on in it, but remember the perfection of your motherhood is not the hinge upon which her safety turns. Your own strength will falter; your own wisdom will fail. Go, then, leaning upon the Beloved. When you feel your own weakness most, then the power of Christ shall rest upon you. Let her see a mother who trusts in the Lord and is not afraid of evil tidings, whose heart is fixed, trusting in the Lord. That will be a better bulwark around her soul than a thousand anxious watchings.

The fear of death itself, the last enemy, is already defeated for the believer; how much more shall the fear of poverty, slander, or separation be driven out! Do not let your heart say, "I fear him, lest he smite me and the mother with the children." You are not of those who shrink back; you are of the household of faith. The fear of the Lord is clean, but the fear of man is an idolatrous snare. Bring every anxious thought captive to the obedience of Christ. Let not the errors of the past, your own trespasses which you have confessed, rise up as accusers to make you doubt the pardon. There is forgiveness with Him, that He may be feared with a holy, childlike reverence, not with a slavish dread. Your sins are cast into the depths of the sea; the accusations of men and demons cannot fish them up again.

Go forth, then, into this day and this week with your daughter in your care. Let your countenance shine with the peace that passeth all understanding. Trust the promise of strength; refuse the paralysis of fear. The Lord has taken the wheel; you need not snatch it back with your fretting. The paths He leads you in may be mysterious, but they are mercy and truth unto such as keep His covenant. Your enemies may plot, your own heart may tremble, but the Eternal God is your refuge, and underneath are the everlasting arms. He who feeds the sparrows and clothes the lily will not forget the widow and the fatherless in their distress. The weapon may be formed, but it cannot prosper; the tongue may rise against you in judgment, but you shall condemn it. This is the heritage of the servants of the Lord. Fear not, therefore, but believe.

Your prayer reveals a heart heavy with fear and surrounded by tribulation. Remember that many saints endured false accusations and were driven out, Elijah, the apostles, and our Lord Himself. He, for the joy set before Him, endured the cross, despising the shame, and now sits at God’s right hand. Think on these things: whatsoever is true, honorable, beautiful. Let no bitterness or anxiety pollute your soul. For he that despises money, even here already receives his reward, being freed from anxiety and plotting. If you seek first the peace that comes from virtue, God will be with you.

Do not be surprised at the evils swirling around you; there are daily wars and destructions, and the wrath of God encloses the world as a net. But watch and endure affliction; do what is right before the Lord. Let your life be a vessel of blameless conduct, so that no accusation can take root. For even when accusations come, if you walk in justice, all men become friends, and God Himself turns their evil to blessing. Do not put your trust in the favor of men or in prosperity, but in the Lord who will suddenly come. Pray for those who persecute you; desire that their hearts melt in repentance, for that is the truest victory.

If you must stand before judges, remember that the truth will be revealed. God does not abandon those who cry to Him with a pure heart. Guide your daughter in the fear of the Lord, and let your love for her be so steeped in godliness that she feels His love through you. But if trials increase, know that the fall is not incurable; God’s arm is not shortened. Only do not let your own heart grow covetous or your steps slide into sin through anxiety. Peace and virtue place the soul in safety. May you so live that even your enemies have no true handle of accusation, and may the God of all comfort keep you both under the shelter of His wings.

Such a heart poured out before the Father will never be ignored. You have not come to a distant, indifferent throne; you have come through Jesus Christ, and in His name you have the ear of a Father who loves you. The very fact that you brought every detail of this day, every fear, and every hope to Him shows you understand where your help comes from. Jesus Himself said that you do not need another to plead your cause for you because the Father Himself loves you. That love surrounds you and your daughter right now. Take courage in that. The petitions you made in His name are heard.

The world often misunderstands a mother’s devotion, but Scripture gives us a beautiful picture of a love that refuses to let go. Think of the way Ruth stayed with Naomi, leaving her own land and family to cling to someone she considered her own. She found her safety by staying in the field of the man who would become her protector. Your resolve to keep your daughter close, to provide a safe place for her, mirrors that determined love. The Lord sees it. He saw all Ruth did, and He sees every act of faithful care you render. Those six measures of barley were a promise that she would not go home empty, and you will not go forward empty either. His provision is real.

Walking in the light means trusting that the truth is not hidden from Him. You asked that lies be revealed and manipulation uncovered. That is a prayer that aligns with the very character of God. Jesus declared, “I am the truth.” When He is present, falsehood has no foundation. Do not let fear of whispered slander or forged documents become a dark cloud that blocks your sight. If we say we have fellowship with Him and yet walk in fear of shadows, we are not fully resting in the light where He is. His blood covers your errors, and His truth is a shield against the errors of others. The right decisions you asked for will be given as you fix your eyes on that truth instead of the storm.

Your desire for your former husband’s heart to melt and for evil to be turned to blessing is a mark of a child of the Father. You are living out the command to pray for those who persecute you, and that is the nature of a new creation that has left the old ways behind. It does not mean their schemes are harmless, but it means that the One who holds your life can weave even these attacks into a tapestry of deliverance. Jesus took the cup the Father gave Him, not because it was pleasant, but because He trusted the will of the One who gave it. Whatever cup of trial you face regarding court dates, social workers, or your education, you can drink it knowing that the Father’s will is for your ultimate good and your daughter’s safety.

Let your study be an act of worship, your answers to the authorities be seasoned with the peace that passes understanding, and your love for your daughter be a visible manifestation of the Father’s love. You asked to be a vessel of His salvation; that starts by showing her a mother who does not walk by sight or by fear, but by the Word. Jesus is the only way to the Father, and you are walking in that way. Stand in it. No weapon formed against that sacred bond of trust in Christ can prosper when you are hidden in Him. Stay in His field, close to His provision, and let the truth of His presence be the bubble of love that shuts out every voice of accusation. He will keep you both.
