We come before the throne of grace with heavy hearts, lifting you and your precious daughter up to our Heavenly Father. Your cry for protection, guidance, and divine intervention has been heard, and we stand with you in agreement, believing that God is your refuge and fortress, your ever-present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1). We declare that no weapon formed against you or your daughter shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against you in judgment, you shall condemn (Isaiah 54:17).

Father God, we thank You for the love this mother has for her child, a love that mirrors Your own heart for Your children. We pray that You would surround them both with Your hedge of protection, that no evil would befall them, nor any plague come near their dwelling (Psalm 91:10). Lord, we ask that You would go before them and behind them, that You would lay Your hand upon them and keep them from all harm (Psalm 139:5). We rebuke every spirit of fear, anxiety, and confusion that seeks to torment them, and we command it to flee in the mighty name of Jesus. For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7).

We lift up your ex-partner and his family to You, Lord. We pray that You would melt their hearts, that they would see the truth and turn from any lies or manipulation. We ask that You would restrain their tongues from speaking evil against you or your daughter, and that any false accusations would be exposed and silenced (Proverbs 12:19). Father, we pray for reconciliation and healing in this broken relationship, not for the sake of human approval, but that Your name would be glorified, and Your will be done. We declare that every evil plan formed against you and your daughter will be turned around for your good, as You have promised in Your Word (Genesis 50:20).

We pray for wisdom and discernment as you navigate the challenges with Child Protective Services. Lord, we ask that You would guide her steps, that she would know what to say and what to do, that no false statements would stand against her, and that the truth would be revealed (Proverbs 3:5-6). We pray that the hearts of those involved in your daughter's case would be softened, that they would see the love and care you have for your child, and that no legal steps would be taken to separate you from her.

Father, we also lift up your education and future career to You. We ask that You would give her strength, motivation, and understanding as she pursues her studies. We pray that You would make her path straight, that she would not be put to shame, and that she would make a good impression in her new field of work (Proverbs 4:11-12). We rebuke every spirit of slander and gossip that seeks to hinder her progress, and we declare that her steps are ordered by You, Lord.

We pray for your future husband, that You would prepare his heart and make his way straight to you. We ask that You would bring a godly man into your life, a man after Your own heart, who will love and cherish both you and your daughter (Proverbs 18:22). We pray that this man would be a spiritual leader, a protector, and a provider, reflecting the love of Christ for His church (Ephesians 5:25-28).

Lord, we ask that You would help this mother to forgive those who have trespassed against her, just as You have forgiven her (Colossians 3:13). We pray that she would not allow bitterness or resentment to take root in her heart, but that she would walk in love, as Christ also loved us and gave Himself for us (Ephesians 5:2). We declare that her heart and mind are guarded by the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7).

Father, we pray for your daughter's salvation. We ask that You would draw her heart to You, that she would come to know You as her Lord and Savior, and that she would walk in the light of Your love all the days of her life (John 3:16). We pray that she would feel Your presence surrounding her, that she would be filled with Your joy and peace, and that no attack of the enemy would steal her joy or her faith (John 10:10).

We declare that you and your daughter are covered by the blood of Jesus, that no evil can touch you, and that every plan of the enemy is thwarted. We pray that you would walk in the authority and power that You have given us as believers, that you would resist the devil, and he would flee from you (James 4:7). We ask that You would fill this mother with Your Holy Spirit, that she would be a vessel for Your glory, bringing Your salvation to everyone she meets.

Lord, we ask that You would give her clarity and safety as she moves forward. We pray that she would lean on Your understanding and not her own, that she would trust in You with all her heart, and that You would direct her paths (Proverbs 3:5-6). We declare that every step she takes is blessed, and that the fruit of her actions is a blessing to her daughter.

Father, we thank You for Your faithfulness, for Your love, and for Your protection. We thank You that You are a God who sees, who hears, and who acts on behalf of Your children. We pray all these things in the mighty and precious name of Jesus, our Lord and Savior, Amen.

We encourage you to stand firm on the promises of God, to meditate on His Word day and night, and to surround yourself with godly counsel and support. Remember that you are not alone in this battle, for the Lord your God goes with you, to fight for you against your enemies, to save you (Deuteronomy 20:4). Keep your eyes fixed on Jesus, the author and perfecter of your faith (Hebrews 12:2), and trust that He who began a good work in you will carry it on to completion until the day of Christ Jesus (Philippians 1:6). May the Lord bless you and keep you; may the Lord make His face shine on you and be gracious to you; may the Lord turn His face toward you and give you peace (Numbers 6:24-26).

We hear how many heavy things you are carrying at once, the CPS case, your ex, court worries, and underneath it all, a mother’s fierce love for her daughter and a deep longing to just be safe and together. That is a lot for one heart to hold, and we do not take it lightly.

When so much swirls around us, it can help to anchor ourselves in what is real right now. You are with your daughter this week. You are showing up as her mother. That is not small, it is evidence of the love and stability God is already working through you, even in the chaos.

We noticed something in your prayer: you asked God to melt hearts, reveal truth, and turn evil to blessing. Those are honest, raw pleas. And while we trust God hears them, we also know that fear can make everything feel like an emergency all at once. One thing that has helped some mothers in similar storms is to simply start a quiet, factual log, a dated notebook where you briefly record the ordinary, faithful things you do each day to care for your daughter, and any communications that happen. Not to build a case in your own strength, but so that when anxious thoughts flood in, you have something concrete to look at and say, “This is true. I was there. I did that.” It can also help keep the details clear if professionals ask later. This is not about being perfect, it is about resting in what is actually happening, not just what you fear might happen.

We are praying with you now: Lord Jesus, this mother and her daughter are precious to You. Hold them close today. Let the truth stand visible and let every deception fall away. Guide the hands and minds of those handling their case, and give this mother clear thoughts and steady peace. Protect their time together this week, and be the firm ground beneath their feet when things feel shaky. In Your name, amen.

Your prayer is a cry from the depths, a mixture of genuine faith and evident fear. The fear is understandable, for the adversary prowls like a roaring lion, and your battle is not merely with flesh and blood. Yet consider this: sin in a child of God is peculiarly sinful because God has proven Himself a Husband unto His people. He set His special love upon you as a husband does upon his bride, finding you in the desert land and betrothing you to Himself in faithfulness. Therefore, let your first plea not be for protection from man, but for sanctification from sin. The greatest danger to your child is not the cunning of her earthly father, but any unrepented sin that might cause you to forfeit the comfort of the Divine protection. Be not at peace with any sin; test yourself, lest you have a false peace that permits a secret treaty with iniquity.

You ask that no weapon formed against you shall prosper, and the promise is sure to those whose trust is in the Lord alone. But what is the weapon that most threatens a mother and child? It is not the court summons or the slanderous tongue so much as the accusation Satan hurls against your conscience. If self-justification springs to your defense, you stand self-condemned. The blood and righteousness of Christ so effectually silences the accuser that, like a dog dreading its master’s whip, he lies down not daring to howl against a blood-washed child of God. So take your sins to the cross before you take your cause to the judge. How can you expect God to reveal the lies of others if you harbor a single falsehood in your own heart? Confess your trespasses, forgive those who have trespassed against you in the deep caverns of your soul, and then you may stand with holy boldness.

You plead that your daughter might feel your love and God’s love wrapped around her, as you put it, in a bubble. The child of God learns, by sufficient grace, to be as a weaned child, content, its desires lying still before the Father. Your mind will never be calm by trying to control every outcome or by demanding that all spaces be made safe. That is the fretting of the weaning child, not the composure of the weaned one. Be weaned from the excessive fear of man’s judgments. If you make the safety of your earthly situation your chief treasure, you teach your daughter that God’s goodness depends on circumstances. The woman who secludes herself in mourning over a lost husband, or a threatened custody, finds her grief eating like a canker. Your safety lies not in a bubble but in the God who is able to keep you from falling and to present you faultless with exceeding joy.

You mention a future husband, a man of faith. Let that desire be kept in its proper place. It is no sin to wish for the marriage covenant, but if your soul is not content as a weaned child upon God alone, no earthly husband will satisfy that hunger. The Lord Jesus is the true Husband of His people; He communes lovingly, provides fully, and protects fiercely. Do not let the absence of an earthly man cause you to walk by fear and your own sight. If a godly husband is in God’s will, the Lord can bring him at the right time. But until then, and even after, your personal holiness and the steadfast love you show your little one under Christ’s headship is your highest calling.

You cry out to be kept from the lies and manipulation of your child’s father. The tongue is set on fire of hell, and false professors and evil men can bring much misery. Yet it is a grand thing to feel that God’s Throne might sooner fail than that a saint can perish. The King of kings needs no human advocate to defend His elect. The very evil they intend may be turned to blessing, as Joseph’s brothers’ cruelty led to Egypt’s salvation. Walk in the light of truth yourself, speak the whole truth and nothing but the truth, and leave your vindication to the only wise God our Savior. If you are distracted by the fear of false accusations, you cannot fight the true battle in prayer. Sharpen your sword, soldier of the cross, but march to battle with your head bowed in adoration, not in frantic scanning for incoming arrows.

Finally, let your child see in you a holy child of God, marked by humility and simplicity. Christ is called a holy Child in heaven because the childlike character best reflects His guileless perfection. Do not let the fear of CPS or legal steps make you crafty or drive you to justify a false position. Answer their questions with the simple truth, trusting God with the documents and decisions. No State has a right to dictate religion, but a true gospel and a false one stand always before you. Build your house on nothing else but Christ. If your case falls before men while you cling to Him, you have lost nothing; if you win before men but offend Him to do it, you have lost everything. Bring salvation to everyone you meet today by the fragrance of a life resting so utterly on Jesus that no weapon formed can pierce the peace that surpasses understanding.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

You multiply your words and fill your prayer with earthly cares, as if God were a servant to command. You plead for safety, for prosperity, for a bubble of love, yet you scarcely pause to ask for the one thing needful: the salvation of your soul and your daughter’s in truth and holiness. You ask Jesus to stay with you, but He has promised, “Lo, I am with you always.” Why do you not believe Him? You ask that no weapon be formed against you, yet the weapons of the enemy are often the very trials that drive you to cling to the cross. The truth after godliness is not that every danger be removed, but that in every danger His grace is sufficient.

You fear the lies of others, you fear the courts, you fear separation from your child. But what does the Lord teach us? That the truth itself will make you free, not the cleverness of your words or the favorable report of men. Hold fast to the truth in righteousness, not in unrighteousness, for many hold the truth yet deform it with a life of fear and grasping. You ask that lies be revealed and manipulation turned to blessing; this is a good prayer, but see that your own heart is first purified from the pollution of evil tongues and the fear that walks by sight. For affliction is not always the parent of grief; it can become an occasion of gladness when you learn to trust wholly in God’s ordering.

You cry out for a husband of faith to come soon. Seek first the kingdom and His righteousness; if such a man is God’s will, He will provide in due season. But do not let that longing distract you from the spouse you already have if you are bound, or from the high calling of serving the common good with the talents entrusted to you. For nothing is so pleasing to God as to live for the common advantage, not merely for your own nest’s safety. The honor that comes from making progress in faith, from proving true the hope that is in you that too is twofold: first, your own sanctification, and next, that your daughter sees in you a mother who fears the Lord more than any earthly power.

Cease striving and know that He is God. Let not your heart be divided by so many clamoring requests. Simplify your prayer: “Lord, have mercy on me and my child; make us partakers of Your truth and holiness; and whether we live or die, we are Yours.” The bubble you seek is but a fragile shell; the shelter of the Most High is eternal. The seals and the watches of men only serve to make the truth more conspicuous. So go in peace, do what is right before ### and before God, speak the truth in love, and leave the outcome to Him. Your talent now is to be a vessel of salvation to your daughter, showing her your own trust, not your own anxiety, so that she too may know the truth that is after godliness, and be free indeed.
