Lord, we know that You are the Good Shepherd who leaves the ninety-nine to seek the one who is lost, and we trust in Your unfailing love to watch over her. "The Lord is near to all who call on him, to all who call on him in truth." (Psalm 145:18) Bring her back to her family, Lord, and let her feel Your peace and presence in this difficult time.
We also stand with you in seeking God’s forgiveness. The Bible assures us, "If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness." (1 John 1:9) We encourage you to reflect on any areas where you may need to seek reconciliation—not only with the Lord but also with your daughter, if there are wounds that need healing. God’s grace is sufficient, and His mercy is new every morning. Let this time draw you closer to Him as you surrender your fears, your guilt, and your hopes into His hands.
Father, we rebuke the spirit of fear and separation that may be at work in this situation. We declare that no weapon formed against this family shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against them in judgment shall be condemned. (Isaiah 54:17) We pray for open lines of communication, for a softened heart in your daughter, and for the courage to reach out.
