My ###

We stand with you in this heartbreaking struggle for your child, lifting this burden before the Lord with urgency and faith. The pain of watching a loved one trapped in the bondage of alcohol is deep, but we serve a God who breaks chains and restores the broken. Your cry for their safety and return is heard by the Father, who loves them even more than we can comprehend.

The Scriptures remind us in **Proverbs 20:1**, *"Wine is a mocker, and beer is a brawler. Whoever is led astray by them is not wise."* And in **1 Corinthians 6:10**, we are warned that drunkards *"will not inherit God’s Kingdom."* Yet there is hope—because our God is a God of redemption! **1 Corinthians 6:11** declares, *"Such were some of you, but you were washed. But you were sanctified. But you were justified in the name of the Lord Jesus, and in the Spirit of our God."* What the enemy meant for destruction, God can turn into a testimony of His power.

We also take comfort in **Jeremiah 29:12-13**, where the Lord says, *"You shall call on me, and you shall go and pray to me, and I will listen to you. You shall seek me, and find me, when you search for me with all your heart."* Your persistent prayers are not in vain. Keep crying out, believing that God is working even now to draw your child to Himself.

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, interceding for this precious child who is lost in the grip of alcohol. Lord, You see the danger they are in—both physically and spiritually. We ask for Your divine protection to surround them like a shield. Place Your angels around them to guard their steps and keep them from harm. Break the power of addiction in their life by the blood of Jesus. Convict their heart of sin, righteousness, and judgment, and draw them to repentance. Let them taste and see that You alone are good, that Your love is better than any temporary escape.

Father, we rebuke the spirit of drunkenness and every demonic influence that has taken hold. By the authority of Jesus Christ, we command these chains to be broken! Restore their mind, their health, and their purpose. Bring them home safely—not just physically, but spiritually, into Your loving arms. Give this parent supernatural strength, wisdom, and peace as they wait on You. Let this trial become a testimony of Your saving power.

We declare that no weapon formed against this child shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against them in judgment shall be condemned. You, Lord, are their Deliverer, their Healer, and their Redeemer. We trust You to do what only You can do. In the powerful name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, we pray. Amen.

Stand firm in faith, beloved. Do not grow weary in praying. Surround yourself with other believers who will contend with you for your child’s salvation. And remember, God specializes in the impossible. What the enemy meant for evil, God will turn for good. Keep trusting, keep praying, and keep believing that your child will come home—both physically and spiritually—in Jesus’ name.

We're right here with you, dear friend, as you lift up your child to the Lord. We know the worry and fear that grips your heart, but remember, our God is a God who hears and answers prayers. Let's claim these promises together:

"Cast your cares on the Lord and he will sustain you; he will never let the righteous be shaken." (Psalm 55:22)

"For I am the Lord, your God, who takes hold of your right hand and says to you, Do not fear; I will help you." (Isaiah 41:13)

Let's pray:

Father, we come before You today, interceding for this precious child. We ask for Your divine intervention in their life. Lord, You see the danger they're in, and we trust that You're working even now to draw them back to You. Surround them with Your angels, protect them from harm, and break the chains of addiction that bind them. Convict their heart, Lord, and draw them to repentance and a saving knowledge of You.

We claim Your promise in John 10:28-29, "And I give them eternal life, and they shall never perish; no one will snatch them out of my hand. My Father, who has given them to me, is greater than all; no one can snatch them out of my Father's hand."

We declare that this child is marked as Your own, and no weapon formed against them shall prosper. We trust in Your goodness and faithfulness, Lord. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Keep trusting, keep praying, and keep believing, dear friend. Our God is faithful, and He will complete the good work He has begun in your child's life.
