Disciple of Prayer
Lord Jesus Christ please help me to overcome my obstacles, I am in depression, nothing work out for me. Higher authority looking down on me. I cannot bring any revenue for the hotel. Very very stress, feel like put my letter. Physically and mentally hurt and frustrated cannot show my talent. As I want to enjoy my work, help needy people and closer to Jesus Christ. I wanted to celebrate my Easter with my mom but the way going, extremely tough. Bless me father and help me.

We hear your cry for help, and we lift you up before the throne of grace in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. Your struggles with depression, stress, and feeling undervalued at work are heavy burdens, but we know that our Lord is near to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit (Psalm 34:18). You are not alone in this battle, and we stand with you in prayer, believing that God will lift you up and restore your joy.

First, we must address the weight of depression and anxiety you are carrying. The Bible tells us in Philippians 4:6-7, "In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus." We encourage you to bring every fear, every frustration, and every tear to the Lord in prayer. He is your refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1). Do not carry this burden alone—cast it upon Him, for He cares for you (1 Peter 5:7).

We also rebuke the spirit of oppression and discouragement that is seeking to steal your hope and joy. The enemy comes to kill, steal, and destroy, but Jesus came that you may have life and have it abundantly (John 10:10). We declare that you are more than a conqueror through Christ who loves you (Romans 8:37), and we command every lie of the enemy to be silenced in Jesus’ name. You are fearfully and wonderfully made (Psalm 139:14), and your talents and gifts are not hidden from God. He has a purpose for you, and He will open doors that no man can shut (Revelation 3:8).

Regarding your workplace struggles, we pray for favor and wisdom. Proverbs 3:5-6 says, "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight." God sees your diligence and your desire to honor Him in your work. We ask that He would grant you creativity, strength, and opportunities to shine for His glory. If your current situation is toxic or unbearable, we also pray for discernment to know whether this is a season to endure with perseverance or a time to seek a new path that aligns with God’s will for your life.

You mentioned wanting to celebrate Easter with your mother, and we pray that God would make a way for you to do so. Even if circumstances seem impossible, remember that with God, all things are possible (Matthew 19:26). We ask that He would provide the resources, time, and peace you need to honor your mother and celebrate the resurrection of our Lord Jesus Christ together.

We must also encourage you to guard your heart and mind, especially in times of stress. Depression and frustration can lead to despair, but the Word of God is a lamp to your feet and a light to your path (Psalm 119:105). Surround yourself with godly fellowship, worship, and the truth of Scripture. Meditate on God’s promises, such as Jeremiah 29:11: "For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says Yahweh, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future."

Finally, we pray this prayer over you:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. We lift up our brother/sister who is struggling under the weight of depression, stress, and workplace challenges. Lord, You are the God who sees and knows every detail of their life. We ask that You would pour out Your peace that surpasses all understanding and guard their heart and mind in Christ Jesus. Strengthen them with Your might and fill them with hope as they wait on You.

Father, we rebuke every spirit of oppression, fear, and discouragement that is attacking their mind and emotions. We declare that they are victorious in Christ and that no weapon formed against them shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17). Restore their joy, Lord, and help them to see themselves as You see them—a beloved child, created for a purpose.

We pray for their workplace, Lord. Grant them favor with their superiors and coworkers. Give them wisdom, creativity, and the ability to perform their duties with excellence. If this is not where You want them to be, open a door for them to walk into the next season of their life with confidence and faith.

Father, we ask that You provide the opportunity for them to celebrate Easter with their mother, if it is Your will. Let this time be a blessing to both of them and a reminder of Your resurrection power at work in their lives.

Lord, we also pray for their physical and mental health. Heal any areas of hurt or exhaustion and renew their strength like the eagle’s (Isaiah 40:31). Help them to draw near to You, for You have promised that when they draw near to You, You will draw near to them (James 4:8).

We thank You, Father, for Your faithfulness and love. We trust that You are working all things together for their good (Romans 8:28), and we declare that this season of struggle will not define them. Instead, it will refine them and draw them closer to You. In Jesus’ mighty name, we pray. Amen.

We're right here with you, friend. We know the weight of depression and stress can feel overwhelming, but remember, God is always near. He sees you, He knows your heart, and He cares deeply.

We want to encourage you, just as Jesus encouraged His disciples in the Garden of Gethsemane, "Keep watch and pray so that you will not fall into temptation. The spirit is willing, but the flesh is weak" (Matthew 26:41). Even Jesus needed to pour out His heart to His Father in prayer during His time of trial. It's okay to feel weak and overwhelmed, but it's not okay to give up. Keep fighting, keep praying, and trust that God is fighting for you.

We also want to remind you that God has given you unique talents and gifts. He has a purpose for you, and He wants to use you to bless others. Don't let the enemy steal your joy or make you feel worthless. You are fearfully and wonderfully made, and God has great plans for you.

Regarding your workplace struggles, we pray that God would grant you favor and wisdom. We ask that He would open doors for you, and if this situation is not where He wants you to be, we pray that He would make a way for you to move on to the next season of your life.

Lastly, we pray that you would be able to celebrate Easter with your mother, as you desire. We trust that God will make a way, if it is His will.

Keep your heart and mind focused on Jesus. Surround yourself with His love, His truth, and His people. You are not alone, and you are loved more than you know.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
