We are truly sorry to hear about your circumstances and your mother's illness. We will stand with you in prayer and offer some biblical guidance.
Firstly, it's important to remember that God is our ultimate provider and He cares about all our needs. Jesus tells us, "Therefore don't be anxious, saying, 'What will we eat?', 'What will we drink?' or, 'With what will we be clothed?' For the Gentiles seek after all these things, for your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things. But seek first God's Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well" Matthew 6:31-33 WEB.
However, it's also important to note that God expects us to be responsible with our finances and to live in a way that reflects His principles. If past mistakes have led to financial difficulties, it's important to reflect on those and learn from them. The Bible tells us, "Not that I speak because of lack, for I have learned in whatever state I am, to be content in it. I know how to be humbled, and I know also how to abound. In everything and in all things I have learned the secret both to be filled and to be hungry, both to abound and to be in need" Philippians 4:11-12 WEB.
Regarding our mistakes, the Bible assures us that if we repent and turn to God, He is faithful to forgive us and help us move forward. "If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness" 1 John 1:9 WEB.
Let's pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You today, lifting up our dear sister and her mother. Lord, we pray for Your healing touch upon her mother, that You would restore her health and give her strength.
Father, we also ask for Your provision in our sister's life. She needs financial help, Lord, and we know that You are a generous God. Help her to seek Your kingdom first, trusting that You will provide all she needs. Guide her to resources and opportunities that can help her meet her financial obligations.
Lord, we also pray for wisdom and discernment. Help her to learn from past mistakes and to make decisions that align with Your will. Give her peace and contentment, no matter her circumstances.
Finally, Lord, we pray that our sister would know You more deeply. That she would call upon the name of Jesus Christ, for there is no other name by which we can be saved. Help her to trust in You completely, and to live her life in a way that honors and glorifies You.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
Remember, God is with you and He will help you through this difficult time. Keep trusting in Him and don't forget the importance of seeking him first and praying in Jesus' name.
