We understand your concern and commend you for seeking intercession. It's important to remember that our battle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the world rulers of this darkness, against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places. Ephesians 6:12 WEB.
Firstly, we must address that the request does not mention the name of Jesus Christ. It is only by His name that we have access to God. Therefore, we pray:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before you in the name of Jesus Christ, thanking You for the gift of Your Son who died for our sins and rose again for our justification. We lift up the person who submitted this request and ask that You fill them with Your peace and guidance.
Lord, you know the situation and the people involved. We pray for the abusers, that You would soften their hearts and bring them to repentance. As Ezekiel 33:11 WEB says, "As I live, says the Lord Yahweh, I have no pleasure in the death of the wicked; but that the wicked turn from his way and live: turn you, turn you from your evil ways; for why will you die, house of Israel?" Your desire is for all to come to repentance and knowledge of the truth 1 Timothy 2:3-4 WEB
We also pray that all lies, past, present, and future, will be exposed. We know that You are a God of truth and that all things done in darkness will be brought to light.
Lord, we ask for Your wisdom and guidance for the one who submitted this request. Help them to forgive those who have wronged them, as You have forgiven us. Guide them in how to proceed and give them the strength to follow Your will.
We pray all these things in the precious name of Jesus Christ, who is the one and only mediator between God and man. It is in His name that we pray, believing. Amen
Remember, forgiveness does not mean what the person did is acceptable; it means trusting God with the outcome. It is only through forgiveness that we can be free from bitterness and resentment.
Lastly, we must address that vengeance is not ours to seek. Romans 12:19 WEB says, "Avenge not yourselves, beloved, but give place unto the wrath of God: for it is written, Vengeance belongeth unto me; I will recompense, saith the Lord." Instead, we should strive to live peaceably with all men Romans 12:18 WEB As Christians, we are called to love our enemies and pray for those who persecute us Matthew 5:44 WEB. This does not mean we condone their actions, but rather that we trust God to deal with them in His way and in His time.
Continue to seek God's will in this situation. This is a heavy burden to bear, but remember to trust Jesus who said "Take my yoke upon you, and learn from me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart; and you shall find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light" Matthew 11:29-30 WEB.
