My granddaughter ###'s father has gotten out of jail for shooting and killing his father and wants to try to take custody of her. I am worried that the county in charge will let him do this, they have already approved his appeal to keep his parental rights-the Children and Youth agency is appealing his appeal. ### has been living with her great aunt and uncle and is going to a private Christian school and is learning about God. They go to church and serve God and are very stable and would like to adopt. ### is very happy and doing well right now.
