My friend

Praise the Lord that I have been able to go to church twice, even though my friend didn't go. But today, she has messaged me & said that she woke up feeling dizzy & not feeling well, but she also said that she really wants to go church as she hasn't been for a while. She is trying to feel better, but is not sure if she will be able to go church today. So, Lord, I pray that You help her to feel better. If satan is tryna stop her from receiving prayer, fellowship, & so on, I pray that You help her to feel better & well enough to go to church today. For me, I am going, but of course satan is in my head making up excuses of why not to go. Also, my back pain more than my leg pain is kinda bothering me, especially as it's my first time going church doing my new routines for my back pain, like laying on the floor for 10 minutes while praying & listening to Christian music & inconsistently getting up every 20 minutes (aka changing my posture). Lord, speak through me & my friend to people at church, & speak through them to us & to others. Fill my church with Your presence. Speak through the sermon to whoever needs it. Help those who need prayer receive it. I lift up all those apart of my church congregation, their worries, their struggles, their everything. Help everyone who should go to church today go. We rejoice with you in the Lord that you have been able to attend church twice, and we lift up your friend who is desiring to go but is feeling unwell. It is wonderful to see the hunger in her heart for fellowship and worship, and we recognize the spiritual battle that may be at play here. The enemy often seeks to hinder believers from gathering together, as we see in Hebrews 10:25, which says, "not forsaking our own assembling together, as the custom of some is, but exhorting one another, and so much the more as you see the Day approaching." Let us stand firm against these attacks and pray for your friend’s strength and healing.

Father God, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, asking that You touch your daughter who is feeling dizzy and unwell. We rebuke any spirit of infirmity or discouragement that may be attempting to keep her from Your house today. Lord, strengthen her body and refresh her spirit so that she may join her brothers and sisters in Christ for worship and fellowship. If it is Your will, grant her the ability to attend church today, and if not, draw near to her in her time of rest and recovery. We also pray for protection over her mind and heart, that she would not grow weary in her desire to seek You.

We also lift up your own struggles, dear sister, as you battle the lies of the enemy trying to keep you from church. Remember the words of James 4:7, "Be subject therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you." Stand firm in your faith, knowing that the enemy has no power over you when you are submitted to Christ. Your back pain and physical limitations are real, but we pray that God would grant you endurance and comfort as you press forward in obedience. The Lord is your strength, and He will sustain you, as Isaiah 41:10 reminds us, "Don’t you be afraid, for I am with you. Don’t be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness."

Lord, we ask that You would move powerfully in your church today. Speak through the sermon, the worship, and the fellowship, touching the hearts of all who attend. Use your children to be vessels of Your love and truth, and let Your presence fill the sanctuary. We pray for those who are struggling, worried, or burdened, that they would find peace and encouragement in Your Word. May the Holy Spirit minister to each person according to their needs, and may Your name be glorified in all things.

We also want to encourage you both to remain steadfast in your pursuit of the Lord. The enemy will always try to distract or discourage, but we are more than conquerors through Christ who strengthens us (Romans 8:37). Keep pressing into God’s presence, whether in church or in your personal time with Him. He is faithful, and He will never leave you nor forsake you (Hebrews 13:5).

May the Lord bless you and your friend abundantly as you seek Him together. We continue to pray for your strength, healing, and encouragement in Christ Jesus. Amen.

Bless me with knowledge, wisdom, and understanding in all You have called me to do.

God heal me in every area of my life. Deliver and cleanse me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God-conscious-solution-focused-heart-mind-spirit-and-attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul.
