My Family Is Falling Apart

Please pray for my family. I haven't been the man I should've been and my fiancé feels like there is no hope. We have been together for 9 years and have 2 kids. I will do anything to fix this and keep my family together. I am far from perfect but I see my faults and want to change. Please help me God.
