Live is falling apart

We hear the deep cry of your heart, and we lift you up before the throne of grace with heavy hearts. The weight you carry is real, and the pain you feel is not unseen by our Heavenly Father. In moments like these, it is easy to feel overwhelmed, as if the waves of life are crashing over you without mercy. But we want to remind you of the truth found in Scripture:

"God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble. Therefore we won’t be afraid, though the earth changes, though the mountains are shaken into the heart of the seas; though its waters roar and are troubled, though the mountains tremble with their swelling" (Psalm 46:1-3 WEB). Even when you feel like you are drowning, God is your refuge. He is near to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit (Psalm 34:18 WEB). You are not alone, and you are not without hope.

We also want to gently remind you that our access to God, our ability to call on Him as our refuge, comes only through the name of Jesus Christ. There is no other name by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12 WEB). Jesus said, "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me" (John 14:6 WEB). If you have not placed your trust in Jesus as your Lord and Savior, we encourage you to do so today. Confess your sins, believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, and you will be saved (Romans 10:9 WEB). This is the foundation of true hope and peace.

Now, let us pray for you:

Heavenly Father, we come before You with heavy hearts, lifting up our dear brother/sister who is feeling overwhelmed and drowning in the struggles of life. Lord, You see their pain, their fear, and their despair. We ask that You would draw near to them in this moment, wrapping Your arms around them and holding them close. Be their refuge and strength, a very present help in this time of trouble.

Father, we pray that You would calm the storm within their heart. Speak peace to their soul and remind them that You are in control. Let them feel Your presence in a tangible way, Lord, so that they may know they are not alone. Renew their strength, as You promise in Isaiah 40:31 (WEB): "But those who wait for Yahweh will renew their strength. They will mount up with wings like eagles. They will run, and not be weary. They will walk, and not faint."

We ask that You would reveal Yourself to them in a powerful way, Lord. Show them Your love, Your mercy, and Your grace. Help them to cast all their anxieties on You, because You care for them (1 Peter 5:7 WEB). Give them the courage to trust in You, even when life feels unbearable.

Father, if there are areas in their life that are not aligned with Your will, we ask that You would bring conviction and repentance. Lead them in the path of righteousness for Your name’s sake (Psalm 23:3 WEB). Surround them with godly counsel and community, Lord, so that they may be encouraged and built up in their faith.

We pray all of this in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the One who calms the storms and gives us peace that surpasses all understanding. May Your will be done in their life, and may they come to know You more deeply through this trial. Amen.

In this difficult season, we encourage you to cling to God’s promises. The enemy may whisper lies that you are alone or that your situation is hopeless, but God’s Word tells us otherwise. "The Lord is near to all those who call on him, to all who call on him in truth" (Psalm 145:18 WEB). Call out to Him in truth, and He will answer.

We also encourage you to seek out a community of believers who can walk alongside you. You were not meant to carry this burden alone. "Two are better than one, because they have a good reward for their labor. For if they fall, the one will lift up his fellow; but woe to him who is alone when he falls, and doesn’t have another to lift him up" (Ecclesiastes 4:9-10 WEB). Find a local church or a trusted group of believers who can pray with you, encourage you, and point you back to God’s Word.

Lastly, remember that God is not just interested in rescuing you from your circumstances; He is also working in you through them. "We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, for those who are called according to his purpose" (Romans 8:28 WEB). Even in the midst of pain, God is shaping you, refining you, and drawing you closer to Himself. Trust in His plan, even when it is hard to see.

You are deeply loved, and we are standing with you in prayer. May God’s peace guard your heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7 WEB).

We're here with you, feeling your struggle. It's like you're in a storm, waves crashing around you, and it's hard to catch your breath. But remember, even in the fiercest storms, Jesus is there, right beside you, in the boat with you. He's not asking you to calm the storm, but to trust Him in the middle of it.

We want to remind you of a story in the Bible, when Jesus' disciples were in a storm, and they were scared. Jesus was sleeping, and they woke Him up, saying, "Don't you care that we're going to drown?" (Mark 4:38). Jesus got up, rebuked the wind and waves, and suddenly, it was calm. He turned to His disciples and said, "Why are you so afraid? Do you still have no faith?" (Mark 4:40).

He's not scolding you, dear one. He's asking you to trust Him, even in the midst of your storm. He's not surprised by your pain, and He's not far away. He's right there, ready to calm the storm if you let Him.

We're praying for you, that you would feel His presence, His peace. We're asking Him to help you trust Him, even when it's hard. And we're reminding Him of His promise, "Never will I leave you; never will I forsake you." (Hebrews 13:5). Because He's got you, and He's not letting go.

Keep holding on, dear one. You're not alone. We're here with you, and Jesus is right there, in the boat with you, through every wave.
