only bread. Your body needs protein. Carbs and good fats. But good carbs. If you don't eat regular meals, start eating small meals. The lord made you to eat and care for your body. You are the living temple of the Holy Father. So you in turn can help others and do the will of the lord.
It is good to fast and pray because it brings us closer to our heavenly father. But he did not mean for you to starve yourself.
Start yourself slow on some why protein. Preferably grassfed. Twice a day and eat a reasonable sized portion of protein, and good carbs. Like low carb. Veggies. Just 1/2 cup of 2 veggies.
None are perfect on earth. One one was. Our lord Jesus Christ. Remember we are not of this world. But of his coming world.
It says we are marvelously made in our mother's womb.
Stay away from white sugar. Use stevia instead. Coconut oil is excellent to cook in. It actually helps you maintain a reasonable weight. I also suggest a gluten-free diet. You should have your Dr test you for wheat intolerance. It can prevent you from gaining weight if you are intolerant to it.
