Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before you in the name of Jesus, lifting up our brother ### to you. We thank you for his willingness to obey his company's instructions and submit his resignation papers. We pray that you would guide him in his search for a new job.
Your Word reminds us in Psalm 37:23 that the steps of a good man are ordered by the Lord. We ask that you would order ###'s steps and lead him to the right job opportunity. Open doors for him that no one can shut, and provide him with favor and wisdom as he goes through the application and interview process.
We also pray for your provision during this transition period. You are our Jehovah Jireh, our provider, and we trust that you will meet all of ###'s financial needs. Help him to remain steadfast in faith and not grow weary or discouraged.
Lord, we know that you have a perfect plan for ###'s life. We ask that you would align his desires with your will and grant him peace and assurance in knowing that you are in control. Strengthen his faith and remind him of your faithfulness in the past.
We also pray for ###'s emotional well-being during this time. May he find comfort and encouragement in your presence. Surround him with supportive friends and family who can uplift and encourage him.
Lastly, we pray that through this job search process, ### would grow closer to you. May he seek your guidance and rely on your strength. Help him to trust in your timing and to remain patient as he waits for the right opportunity.
