We have read your request and we join with you in prayer concerning the two burdens you carry, the broken leg and the concern about HIV, and your desire to act in film.
We want to lift these needs before our Heavenly Father, for He is the One who heals and restores. We are reminded that He is the Lord who heals us as it is written, I am Yahweh who heals you, Exodus 15:26, and He heals the broken in heart, and binds up their wounds, Psalm 147:3. We also cling to the promise, But I will restore health to you and I will heal you of your wounds, says Yahweh, Jeremiah 30:17. We pray that you will seek proper medical care for your leg and for any health concerns, because God often works through the wisdom and skill He gives to physicians, and we pray for complete healing in His will.
We also hear that you feel trapped and that others are jealous of your acting. We understand how painful it is to feel opposed or envied by others. The Scripture warns us that jealousy hurts the one who holds it, for it says, A tranquil heart is the life of the flesh, but envy rots the bones, Proverbs 14:30, and For where jealousy and selfish ambition are, there is confusion and every evil deed, James 3:16. We encourage you not to repay jealousy with fear or bitterness, but to entrust yourself to God and to forgive those who may have wronged you, keeping your heart at peace before Him. We pray that God will protect you from any trap and guide your steps, for The fear of man proves to be a snare, but whoever puts his trust in Yahweh is kept safe, Proverbs 29:25.
Concerning your desire to act in film, we pray that you will seek God's purpose for the gifts He has given you. Whatever we do, we are called to do it for His glory and in a way that honors Him, and we pray He will open the right doors and close the wrong ones according to His perfect will for your life.

We have heard your burden concerning your broken leg and the fear of disease which you feel has been laid upon you, and the jealousy of others as you desire to act in film, and we bring it before the Lord with you.
There is a Great Physician who healeth the broken in heart and bindeth up their wounds. We very speedily care for bodily diseases for they are painful and urge us to seek a physician, and you do well to seek the help of a trusted surgeon and physician for your leg, while at the same time you look to Christ who alone can give a real healing from His own hand. The Scripture saith, the leaves of the tree were for the healing of the nations, and the least thing about Christ is healing. His fruit is sweet and nourishing, but even His leaves, the little things as it were about Him, are full of healing virtue. Pardon and healing are placed in happy conjunction. When Jesus healed the sick He said, Son, be of good cheer, thy sins are forgiven thee, and in Him pardon and healing are one. The torn leaves of that sacred volume bring healing to the soul, for they lead us to repose on the mercy of God which is sufficient for the chief of sinners. Therefore we would have you seek first not only the mending of the bone, but the healing of the soul, for all individuals in every nation need healing within.
You speak also of jealousy and of being trapped by the spite of others. The Word tells us that jealousy is cruel as the grave. Whenever love absorbs the heart, jealousy will guard the object of affection. There is a jealousy of man which worketh harm, and there is a holy jealousy which belongeth unto God, for He is a jealous God and guardeth His people as His own. Persecution, even when it takes the form of slander and cruel mockings and venomous spite, has been blessed by God to keep up the separation between the church and the world and to drive the Christian nearer to his God. How many prayers have been offered up as the result of such enmity that would never have been offered else. If you are suffering the unkindness of others, let it drive you to prayer and to seek the Lord more earnestly.
You mention your brother who is gifted and esteemed in the world, and your own desire to act in film. We rejoice that God giveth gifts to men, but we would remind you that there is a higher calling than any calling of this world. The Scripture speaketh of a holy calling and a heavenly calling and a high calling of God in Christ Jesus. If you are truly called of God, it is a call from heaven and a call to heaven, and it lifts up the heart and sets it upon heavenly things, upon eternity and holiness. Like Zaccheus, who was thought the last to be saved, yet Christ looked upon him and said, make haste and come down, so the Lord calleth men effectually by His Holy Spirit. If thou hast a desire to come, if thou art forcing thy way through the crowd to get to Christ, then it is because Christ is calling thee. We pray that you may hear His voice calling you by name, as a shepherd calleth his own sheep, and that you may rise up and follow Him.

We hear that you are carrying two heavy burdens, a broken leg and fear concerning HIV, and that you feel others are jealous of you because of your work in acting and have tried to trap you. We are sorry for this suffering and we bring these needs to God who sees and cares for you.
We pray for your body, that God would bring healing to your leg and give wisdom and skill to the doctors and medical workers who care for you. If you are concerned about HIV, we encourage you to seek proper medical testing and treatment quickly, and we pray for your health, for protection, and for peace while you wait. God is able to heal and to sustain, and He is near to those who call on Him in truth.
We also pray about the jealousy you feel from others. Jealousy has troubled people in every age and it can turn hearts upside down, but Scripture teaches us not to be troubled or shaken when we face opposition, and to keep our eyes on Christ. We pray that God would guard you from harm, calm your heart, and help you to walk with integrity and forgiveness toward those who oppose you.

Your pain and your requests have been heard. You have shared about a broken leg and the heavy burden of illness that you feel has been put upon you, about jealousy from others, and about your desire to act again. You also spoke of your brother and his success in the world. I have prayed for you.
I want you to know that God hears and He speaks a word to the fearful heart. After a long silence, the first word God spoke to His people was fear not. His last word before that silence had been a word of judgment, but His next word was one of hope and mercy. That hope is fulfilled in Jesus. The prophet Malachi promised that for those who honor the Lord, the sun of righteousness would rise with healing in its wings. Another prophet described Him as the dayspring, like the sunrise at dawn, the new day breaking forth. That promise is Jesus Himself. He is the rising light who brings a new day and true healing.
When we pray for healing, God reveals Himself as the Lord who heals. He becomes to us what we need in that moment. The Scriptures show that Jesus was anointed by the Spirit to heal the brokenhearted, to open blind eyes, and to set people free. When crowds pressed around Him, some came only to hear His teaching and many came only to be healed, and He laid His hands on each one who was brought to Him and healed them. His power to heal is not a fanciful story. It is real, and it flows from who He is.
For that reason I want to encourage you to seek not only healing but the Healer Himself. It is possible to want relief and miss the One who gives it. God wants to do more than mend a leg or touch a body. He wants to give you a new heart and make you whole within. That wholeness comes only through faith in Jesus Christ alone, who died and rose again to save us. If you come to Him for mercy, He will not only meet your physical need as He wills, but He will fill the empty place in your life with His presence so you are not left worse than before.
So I pray for you now. Father, in the name of Jesus I bring this dear one before You. You see the broken leg and the pain and the limits it has placed on daily life. You see the fear concerning illness and the belief that others have caused harm out of jealousy. Lord, You are the Lord who heals. I ask that You would bring healing to this body according to Your perfect will, that You would give wisdom to doctors and strength for recovery, and that You would lift this burden of fear. Let Your light rise like the dawn over this life and bring peace where there has been fear. Guard this heart from bitterness toward others and from the weight of jealousy, and help him to forgive as You have forgiven. If it is Your will for him to act, guide that desire and show him how to use any gift for what is good and pure and pleasing to You. Above all, draw him close to Jesus, that he would know Him not only as the one who can heal, but as Savior and Lord. And I pray also for his brother, that worldly riches and brilliance would not be mistaken for true treasure, and that both brothers would find the riches that do not fade.

I ask that You would bring healing to this body according to Your perfect will, that You would give wisdom to doctors and strength for recovery, and that You would lift this burden of fear. Let Your light rise like the dawn over this life and bring peace where there has been fear. Guard this heart from bitterness toward others and from the weight of jealousy, and help him to forgive as You have forgiven. If it is Your will for him to act, guide that desire and show him how to use any gift for what is good and pure and pleasing to You. Above all, draw him close to Jesus, that he would know Him not only as the one who can heal, but as Savior and Lord. And I pray also for his brother, that worldly riches and brilliance would not be mistaken for true treasure, and that both brothers would find the riches that do not fade.
Keep seeking the Lord daily in prayer and in His Word. Trust Him with your body, your future, and your calling, and rest in the new day He brings.
