We have read your request and we join with you in prayer concerning the two burdens you carry, the broken leg and the concern about HIV, and your desire to act in film.
We want to lift these needs before our Heavenly Father, for He is the One who heals and restores. We are reminded that He is the Lord who heals us as it is written, I am Yahweh who heals you, Exodus 15:26, and He heals the broken in heart, and binds up their wounds, Psalm 147:3. We also cling to the promise, But I will restore health to you and I will heal you of your wounds, says Yahweh, Jeremiah 30:17. We pray that you will seek proper medical care for your leg and for any health concerns, because God often works through the wisdom and skill He gives to physicians, and we pray for complete healing in His will.
We also hear that you feel trapped and that others are jealous of your acting. We understand how painful it is to feel opposed or envied by others. The Scripture warns us that jealousy hurts the one who holds it, for it says, A tranquil heart is the life of the flesh, but envy rots the bones, Proverbs 14:30, and For where jealousy and selfish ambition are, there is confusion and every evil deed, James 3:16. We encourage you not to repay jealousy with fear or bitterness, but to entrust yourself to God and to forgive those who may have wronged you, keeping your heart at peace before Him. We pray that God will protect you from any trap and guide your steps, for The fear of man proves to be a snare, but whoever puts his trust in Yahweh is kept safe, Proverbs 29:25.
Concerning your desire to act in film, we pray that you will seek God's purpose for the gifts He has given you. Whatever we do, we are called to do it for His glory and in a way that honors Him, and we pray He will open the right doors and close the wrong ones according to His perfect will for your life.
We also notice your request did not mention the name of Jesus Christ, and we want to lovingly share that it is only through Jesus that we have access to God and receive salvation and answered prayer. Jesus Himself said, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me, John 14:6, and There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved, Acts 4:12. We have heard your burden concerning your broken leg and the fear of disease which you feel has been laid upon you, and the jealousy of others as you desire to act in film, and we bring it before the Lord with you.
There is a Great Physician who healeth the broken in heart and bindeth up their wounds. We very speedily care for bodily diseases for they are painful and urge us to seek a physician, and you do well to seek the help of a trusted surgeon and physician for your leg, while at the same time you look to Christ who alone can give a real healing from His own hand. The Scripture saith, the leaves of the tree were for the healing of the nations, and the least thing about Christ is healing. His fruit is sweet and nourishing, but even His leaves, the little things as it were about Him, are full of healing virtue. Pardon and healing are placed in happy conjunction. When Jesus healed the sick He said, Son, be of good cheer, thy sins are forgiven thee, and in Him pardon and healing are one. The torn leaves of that sacred volume bring healing to the soul, for they lead us to repose on the mercy of God which is sufficient for the chief of sinners. Therefore we would have you seek first not only the mending of the bone, but the healing of the soul, for all individuals in every nation need healing within.
You speak also of jealousy and of being trapped by the spite of others. The Word tells us that jealousy is cruel as the grave. Whenever love absorbs the heart, jealousy will guard the object of affection. There is a jealousy of man which worketh harm, and there is a holy jealousy which belongeth unto God, for He is a jealous God and guardeth His people as His own. Persecution, even when it takes the form of slander and cruel mockings and venomous spite, has been blessed by God to keep up the separation between the church and the world and to drive the Christian nearer to his God. How many prayers have been offered up as the result of such enmity that would never have been offered else. If you are suffering the unkindness of others, let it drive you to prayer and to seek the Lord more earnestly.
You mention your brother who is gifted and esteemed in the world, and your own desire to act in film. We rejoice that God giveth gifts to men, but we would remind you that there is a higher calling than any calling of this world. The Scripture speaketh of a holy calling and a heavenly calling and a high calling of God in Christ Jesus. If you are truly called of God, it is a call from heaven and a call to heaven, and it lifts up the heart and sets it upon heavenly things, upon eternity and holiness. Like Zaccheus, who was thought the last to be saved, yet Christ looked upon him and said, make haste and come down, so the Lord calleth men effectually by His Holy Spirit. If thou hast a desire to come, if thou art forcing thy way through the crowd to get to Christ, then it is because Christ is calling thee. We pray that you may hear His voice calling you by name, as a shepherd calleth his own sheep, and that you may rise up and follow Him.

Lay thy healing hand upon his broken leg and give skill to those who care for the body. Guard him from the cruelty of jealousy and from the spite of men, and let such trial draw him nearer to thyself.
