Beloved of All
We join you in bringing these requests before the Lord and thank you for sharing them with us.
We pray for the one who is traveling, that God would grant him safety on the road, a joyful and encouraging time with his family, and a safe return home. May the Lord keep him in every step and bring him back in peace.
We also lift up the request for salvation. We pray that God in His mercy would draw that heart to Himself, open eyes to see the need for Christ, and grant repentance and faith in Jesus alone, for there is no other name by which we are saved. We ask that the Lord would work through His Word, through faithful witness, and through His Spirit to bring new life.
And we pray for you in your sickness. We ask the Great Physician to touch your body, to ease your cough, to restore your strength and health, and to give you grace and endurance to get through this next week well. When we are weak, God is able to heal and to sustain, and even when healing comes slowly, He uses our patient endurance to strengthen us. May He grant you rest, recovery, and peace as you trust Him day by day.
We will continue to remember you all in prayer, asking God to show His mercy, His keeping power, and His saving grace according to His perfect will. May the Lord bless you and keep you and give you confidence in His care. Amen.
