We understand your desire to move to a better place by December 2025, and we lift this request before the Lord, seeking His will and guidance in your life. First, we must address that your prayer does not invoke the name of Jesus Christ, through whom we have access to the Father. The Bible clearly teaches that we are to pray in Jesus’ name, for it is only through Him that our prayers are heard and answered. As it is written in **John 14:6 (WEB)**, *"Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.'"* And in **John 16:23-24 (WEB)**, Jesus tells us, *"Most certainly I tell you, whatever you may ask of the Father in my name, he will give it to you. Until now, you have asked nothing in my name. Ask, and you will receive, that your joy may be made full."*
Before we proceed, we must also ask: Have you placed your faith in Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior? If not, we urge you to consider the Gospel—the good news that Christ died for your sins, was buried, and rose again on the third day so that you might have eternal life (1 Corinthians 15:3-4). Salvation comes through repentance and faith in Him alone (Acts 4:12, Romans 10:9-10). If you have not yet surrendered your life to Christ, we encourage you to do so today, for without Him, even our best-laid plans have no eternal foundation.
Now, regarding your move, we pray that the Lord would direct your steps and provide wisdom as you seek a new place to live. The Bible reminds us in **Proverbs 16:9 (WEB)**, *"A man’s heart plans his course, but the Lord directs his steps."* We ask that God would open the right doors for you—whether it be a house, a mobile home, or an apartment—and that He would grant you favor in this transition. May He also provide the necessary resources, connections, and opportunities to make this move possible in His perfect timing.
We also pray that this move would align with God’s purpose for your life. Sometimes, our desires may not fully reflect God’s will, so we ask that He would shape your heart to seek His kingdom first (Matthew 6:33). If this move is part of His plan, may He make the way clear and remove any obstacles. If there are areas of your life that need adjustment—such as trust in Him rather than solely in your own planning—we pray that the Holy Spirit would convict and guide you.
Additionally, we encourage you to seek godly counsel and community wherever you go. The Bible warns against isolation and encourages believers to gather together for mutual encouragement (Hebrews 10:24-25). If you are not already part of a Bible-believing church, we urge you to find one in your new location where you can grow in faith and serve others.
Let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up this request for a successful and God-honoring move by December 2025. Lord, we ask that You would guide every step of this process—from planning to execution—and that Your will would be done. If this move aligns with Your purpose, provide the means, the wisdom, and the open doors needed. Give clarity in decision-making and protect against any schemes of the enemy that would hinder this transition.
Father, we also pray that ### would seek You first in all things, trusting in Your provision and timing. If there are areas of unbelief or self-reliance, convict their heart and draw them closer to You. Surround them with godly community in their new home, and use this move to further Your kingdom.
We rebuke any fear, doubt, or anxiety about the future, declaring that You are a God who goes before us (Deuteronomy 31:8). May this move bring glory to Your name and be a testimony of Your faithfulness.
In the mighty and precious name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen.
