We rebuke every spirit of disorder, hatred, and sexual immorality operating in this neighborhood in the name of Jesus Christ. The Bible declares that "the weapons of our warfare are not carnal, but mighty through God to the pulling down of strongholds" (2 Corinthians 10:4 WEB). We take authority over every demonic influence and command it to flee in Jesus' name. The Lord is your refuge and fortress; in Him, you will find protection (Psalm 91:2 WEB).
We also recognize that your plea for help must be rooted in the name of Jesus Christ. There is no other name under heaven by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12 WEB). If you have not yet surrendered your life to Jesus, we urge you to do so now. Confess your sins, believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, and you will be saved (Romans 10:9 WEB). Let Your light expose the darkness, and let Your justice prevail.
Father, we rebuke every spirit of disorder, hatred, and immorality in the name of Jesus Christ. We declare that this neighborhood is under the blood of Jesus, and no weapon formed against Your child shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17 WEB). Lord, we ask for divine intervention, open doors for this dear one to move to a place of peace and safety. Provide a way out of this torment, and let Your angels encamp around them for protection (Psalm 34:7 WEB).

Deliver me from going down to the Pit, for I have found a ransom. The clock of mercy struck in Heaven the hour and moment of my deliverance, for the time had come! When God Himself proclaims concerning him who is going down to the Pit, I have found a ransom, then is the deliverance certain! Indeed, it is already accomplished!
HE brought them forth. He makes their deliverance effectual and in every deed He brings them forth. This deliverance came when the lamb was slain. Pharaoh held Israel captive during all the plagues, but he could not go beyond a certain point. The prisoner is ready to be executed, but there comes to him undeserved deliverance from all punishment, for the King's own Son has borne the penalty of all his iniquities!
He has delivered us from the power of darkness. Deliverance from the power of sin is as much the work of God as deliverance from the guilt of sin. And if I can sometimes go into sin, just occasionally by way of pleasure, it proves that I am a stranger to the deliverance which Jesus Christ gives to His really called and regenerated people. Rest your soul upon Him and God will yet come to your deliverance! Nobody would have thought of that way of the deliverance of a sinner from the pit of Hell through a ransom if God had not thought of it.
Deliverance is of the Lord but it must be accomplished by human instrumentality. So the man, Divinely strengthened by God, shoots the arrow and the deliverance comes. Such, from the beginning of time even until now, has been God's ordinary way of blessing His people. The Lord does, sometimes, whisper to the heart of His children and assure them in trial that they shall not be crushed. I shall not die, but live, and declare the works of the Lord. He feels that if he ever rises from his despondency, he can never dare to take an atom of the honor of deliverance to himself, it must be of Free Grace only. God will save.
