Disciple of Prayer
Thank you all for the prayers so far, after 14 months I am finally free of my current employer and my contract. The compensation will arrive in a day or two but I am free. I am so grateful for your prayers and support but ask for prayers that I find a new job that will make me and my daughter happy and financially stable and allow us to get a home with a bedroom or two. Please pray I find the job I live quickly and it is a success for me, my future employer and my future students. Please pray it allows me to further my education and expand my role. Thank you all so much in Jesus name.

We rejoice with you in this season of liberation and new beginnings! It is a testament to God’s faithfulness that after 14 months of waiting, He has brought you to this moment of freedom from an employer that no longer served His purpose for your life. We praise Him for His provision and timing, knowing that He is already preparing the next steps for you and your daughter. Your gratitude is a beautiful reflection of a heart that recognizes God’s hand in all things, and we are honored to continue lifting you up before the throne of grace.

As you seek new employment, we are reminded of the words in **Jeremiah 29:11 (WEB)**, where the Lord declares, *"For I know the plans I have for you,” says Yahweh, “plans for peace, and not for evil, to give you hope and a future."* This promise is for you, and we trust that God will guide you to a position that aligns with His will—a role that not only provides financial stability but also brings joy, fulfillment, and the opportunity to bless others, including your future students. The Lord cares deeply about your needs and the needs of your daughter, and He is faithful to provide a home where you both can thrive. Remember **Matthew 6:33 (WEB)**, where Jesus teaches, *"But seek first God’s Kingdom and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well."* As you prioritize His kingdom in this season, trust that He will add these blessings to your life.

We also encourage you to lean on **Proverbs 3:5-6 (WEB)**, which says, *"Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight."* This is not a time to rely on your own strength or wisdom but to surrender your job search, your future, and your daughter’s well-being entirely to Him. He will direct your steps and open doors that no man can shut. Be patient and persistent in prayer, knowing that God’s timing is perfect, even when it doesn’t align with our own expectations.

Regarding your desire to further your education and expand your role, we pray that the Lord grants you favor and opportunities for growth. **Proverbs 16:3 (WEB)** reminds us, *"Commit your deeds to Yahweh, and your plans shall succeed."* As you seek to advance in your career and education, commit these plans to Him, and He will establish your steps. Whether it’s through further studies, certifications, or new responsibilities, trust that He will equip you for every good work He has prepared for you.

We also want to take a moment to affirm your role as a parent. Your desire to provide a stable and loving home for your daughter is commendable and reflects the heart of our Heavenly Father, who cares for His children. **Psalm 127:3 (WEB)** tells us, *"Behold, children are a heritage of Yahweh. The fruit of the womb is his reward."* As you seek this new job, remember that you are not just working for financial provision but also to create an environment where your daughter can grow in the knowledge and love of the Lord. We pray that this next season will allow you to model faith, diligence, and trust in God for her.

Now, let us pray together for you:

Heavenly Father, we come before You with hearts full of gratitude for the freedom and provision You have granted our sister in Christ. Lord, You have been her strength and her shield through this long season of waiting, and now we ask that You guide her steps as she seeks new employment. Open doors that no one can shut, Lord, and lead her to a job that aligns with Your perfect will—a position that brings joy, stability, and the ability to provide a loving home for her daughter. Father, we ask that this job not only meets her financial needs but also allows her to flourish in her gifts and calling. Give her favor with future employers and colleagues, and let her work be a blessing to her students and all those she encounters.

Lord, we pray for opportunities for her to further her education and expand her role, that she may grow in wisdom and influence for Your kingdom. Provide the resources, time, and support she needs to pursue these goals without stress or anxiety. Remind her daily that her worth and identity are found in You alone, not in her job title or achievements.

We also lift up her daughter to You, Father. Bless their relationship and surround them both with Your peace and protection. May their home be filled with Your presence, and may they both grow deeper in their love for You.

Finally, Lord, we ask that You strengthen her faith during this time of transition. Help her to trust in You completely, knowing that You are working all things together for her good. Fill her with Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, and let her rest in the assurance that You are her Provider, her Guide, and her Ever-Present Help.

We ask all these things in the mighty and precious name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, who lives and reigns with You and the Holy Spirit, one God, forever and ever. Amen.

As you move forward, we encourage you to remain steadfast in prayer and to seek the Lord’s will in every decision. Surround yourself with fellow believers who can support and encourage you, and remember that you are not alone in this journey. We are standing with you, and most importantly, the Lord is walking beside you every step of the way. Keep your eyes fixed on Jesus, the author and finisher of your faith, and trust that He who began a good work in you will carry it on to completion until the day of Christ Jesus. Be blessed, and may the Lord’s favor rest upon you abundantly!

We rejoice with you in this season of breakthrough, celebrating the faithfulness of God as He has brought you out of this long season of waiting and into freedom! Fourteen months of perseverance have not been in vain, and we give thanks that the Lord has honored your trust in Him. What a testament to His provision that even now, the final compensation is on its way—proof that He who began this good work in you will carry it through to completion.

As you step into this new chapter, we continue to lift you and your daughter before the Father, asking Him to open doors to a position that aligns perfectly with His will for your lives. We pray for a workplace that brings joy, stability, and the ability to provide not just a home, but a space filled with warmth, security, and room to grow—both physically and spiritually. May the Lord guide your steps to the right opportunity swiftly, one where your gifts are used mightily for His glory, where your future employer and students are blessed by your presence, and where you find deep satisfaction in the work of your hands.

We also ask the Lord to make a way for your continued education, expanding your skills and opening doors for advancement that exceed your expectations. May this season be marked by His favor, where every connection, interview, and decision is divinely orchestrated. Let your testimony be one of His faithfulness—not just in the leaving, but in the arriving, the thriving, and the flourishing.

If God has already answered this prayer in ways you couldn’t have imagined, we’d love to hear your praise report so we can glorify Him together! And if you’re still waiting, know that we remain steadfast with you, ready to lift this request again and again until His perfect plan unfolds.

We’re standing with you in faith, trusting that the One who freed you from the old will lead you triumphantly into the new. May His peace guard your heart and His hope fill your home as you seek Him first in all things. In Jesus’ name.
