Move training money

Hi am really needing to move and . money while I am waiting I need o have self control discipline focus consistency with prayer life and the word of God, and with training I need to find a way to get my bodyweight down to my desired weight and would like to increase my strength at wsm level

We hear your heart in this season of waiting and transition and we join you in bringing these needs before the Lord together in Jesus name. You are asking for provision to move, for financial supply while you wait, for self control, discipline, focus and consistency in your prayer life and in the Word of God, and for help with training to bring your bodyweight down and to increase your strength to a very high level.

We want to encourage you first about that waiting season and the desire for discipline. God honors diligence and steadiness. The scriptures tell us The plans of the diligent surely lead to profit Proverbs 21:5 and Commit your deeds to Yahweh, and your plans shall succeed Proverbs 16:3. Waiting is not wasted when we seek Him first, for Jesus said But seek first Gods Kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well Matthew 6:33. While you wait for the move and for financial provision, we are reminded My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus Philippians 4:19. We encourage you to steward well what you have now, to work faithfully, to budget and to pray for wisdom, for If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him James 1:5. The Lord also directs our steps, A mans steps are established by Yahweh Psalm 37:23, so we can trust Him to open the right door for where and when to move in His perfect timing, and Those who wait for Yahweh will renew their strength Isaiah 40:31.

You specifically asked for self control, discipline, focus and consistency with prayer and the Word. This is pleasing to God and it is also a work of His Spirit in us. Self control is a fruit of the Spirit Galatians 5:22-23 and For God didnt give us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self control 2 Timothy 1:7. Yet discipline also requires our cooperation, as Paul said I beat my body and bring it into submission 1 Corinthians 9:27 and Bodily exercise has some value, but godliness has value in all things 1 Timothy 4:8. We encourage you to set a simple, sustainable rhythm, to rise at a consistent time to pray, to meditate on the Word day and night Joshua 1:8, to keep short accounts with God, and to remember that No discipline seems pleasant at the time, but painful, yet afterward it yields the peaceful fruit of righteousness Hebrews 12:11. We gently correct and rebuke any pattern of starting and stopping or relying only on feelings, for the flesh is weak but the Spirit makes us steadfast when we abide daily.

Concerning your body and training, we affirm that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit 1 Corinthians 6:19-20 and we are to present our bodies a living sacrifice, holy and acceptable to God Romans 12:1. Caring for health, lowering bodyweight to a healthy level, and stewarding strength can glorify God, but we also urge you to guard your heart against making strength itself an idol or a source of pride. True strength comes from the Lord, as it is written God arms me with strength Psalm 18:32 and He gives power to the weak, and to him who has no might he increases strength Isaiah 40:29. We pray you will pursue training with wisdom, with proper nutrition and rest, with honesty and without harmful extremes, and that your goal of great strength would be held with humility and for Gods glory rather than for self exaltation.

We noticed your request did not mention the name of Jesus Christ and we want to lovingly share that it is only through Jesus that we have access to the Father and receive salvation. Jesus said I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me John 14:6 and There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved Acts 4:12. If you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved Romans 10:9. We encourage you to place your full trust in Him not only for provision and discipline but for eternal life, and to bring every prayer in His name.

We pray together for you now.

Father in heaven, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ Your Son. We thank You that You see this need to move and the financial pressure in this waiting season. We ask You to provide according to Your riches, to grant wisdom for every decision, to open the right place at the right time and to give peace while waiting. We ask You to pour out Your Spirit of power, love and self control upon our dear one, to establish a faithful and consistent life of prayer and hunger for Your Word. Help us to be disciplined in body and spirit, to be diligent and focused, to redeem the time well. We ask You to guide this training, to grant health, to bring bodyweight to a healthy and desired level in a way that honors You, and to increase strength with safety and humility, that all strength would be used to serve You and others. Keep our hearts from pride and keep our eyes on Christ. We pray for renewed hope, for encouragement, and for faith to seek first Your Kingdom. We ask all this in the mighty name of Jesus, Amen.

We hear how heavy this waiting feels while you are needing to move and needing provision, and how much you want to stay steady in that in-between time.

Wanting more self-control, focus and consistency in prayer and the Word, and also in your training, makes sense to hold together. Both kinds of growth tend to come more like training for a long race than like trying harder for a few days. Small, regular practice over time does more than big bursts that wear you out, and it also leaves room for grace on the days you miss.

One thing that helps many people is to keep the rhythms small and repeatable while you wait. You might choose a set time and place for just 10 or 15 minutes in the Word and prayer, at the same time each day, and a simple way to mark it done so you can see faithfulness building. Pairing that with a consistent, sustainable plan for training, and noting consistency rather than perfection, can keep both areas from feeling like an all-or-nothing test.

We are asking God to meet the practical needs for your move and finances, and to form quiet strength in you as you keep showing up day by day.

Father, we lift our brother to You and ask for Your provision for this move and for daily needs, and for wisdom for each next decision. Give him steadiness and focus to meet with You in prayer and in Your Word, and discipline and health as he trains. Keep his heart encouraged in the waiting and guide his steps. In Jesus' name, amen.

It is a wise and good thing that you have asked for, for you seek not only outward provision but inward grace, and that is ever the better portion. To desire self control, discipline, focus and consistency in prayer and in the Word is to desire that which God Himself delights to give, for blessed is the man whom the Lord disciplines and teaches out of His law.

You speak of waiting for a move and for money to be supplied. Waiting is itself a part of the Lord's discipline, and it is not wasted time. Trials give new life to prayer, and often the Lord keeps us waiting that we may learn to watch unto prayer and to keep sentry there. Do not let the delay destroy the power of your prayer by self conceit or by leaning upon your own wisdom. Rather imitate a humble and argumentative prayer, spread your case before the Most High, plead His promises, and say with David, Remember the word unto Your servant, upon which You have caused me to hope. And then, having prayed, watch for the Lord's hand to guide you, saying to self will and to the busy proud spirit within, Down, down, and yield yourself entirely up to the discipline of the Lord. Our self will usually lies at the root of our greatest griefs. Give way, and you have won. Yield to God and the bitterness goes out of the grief when you consent to be grieved if God will have it so. He will answer, though not always in the way you expect, yet always in the way that is best.

You also ask for grace to be consistent in prayer and in the Word. This is the very discipline of Christ's army, and every soldier of Jesus Christ comes under it. Count the cost and take up the duty daily. Never give up prayer, stand sentry there and let no man laugh you out of it. Pray that the Lord would quicken you in His way, for that prayer is the index of life and only those in whom the Spirit dwells can truly pray it. Keep your own vineyard. While you pray for others and labor for others, do not neglect private prayer and private feeding upon Scripture with a view to your own edification and growth in grace. Fix a season, keep it, and ask the Lord to make you eager in prayer as a man is eager in his daily business, to be quickened in private prayer, in public prayer, in family devotion, and in reading the Scriptures.

Concerning your body and your training, remember that bodily discipline has its place when it is held in subjection to Christ. The body is the Lord's and to be kept as His temple, not as an idol. Self control and discipline are fruit of the Spirit before they are habits of the flesh. Therefore seek strength not for vainglory but that you may be a better servant, bearing more of His gracious image and doing His will with vigor. Be temperate, be consistent, be watchful over appetite and sloth, for the most watchful Christian knows the danger of self neglect and self indulgence alike. Labor faithfully, use the means with prudence, and trust the Lord with the outcome, whether the weight be reduced or strength increased. What you do, do heartily as unto the Lord.

Let us pray for you.

O Lord God, who teaches Your children and disciplines those whom You love, look upon Your servant in this season of waiting. Provide what is needed for this move according to Your wisdom and riches in Christ, and give daily bread as You see fit. Grant self control, discipline, focus and consistency, and quicken Your servant in Your way. Establish a steadfast habit of prayer and of abiding in Your Word. Subdue self will, grant a humble spirit, and make prayer to be fervent and prevalent. Give wisdom and temperance in training, govern the body for Your glory, and grant health and strength to be used in Your service. Keep this dear soul from discouragement, and cause waiting itself to become fruitful. In the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, who ever lives to intercede for us, Amen.
