Sunday Monday Tuesday Wednesday Thursday Friday late night training only time I can train as nobody in the gym and have more use of equipment with out waiting, a couple of years to complete lifting goals.. First, let us address the foundation of all our needs, our relationship with God through Jesus Christ. If you have not yet surrendered your life to Him, we urge you to consider this first and foremost. Jesus said, "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me" (John 14:6). It is only through Him that we find true peace, purpose, and provision. If you have not confessed your sins, believed in His death and resurrection for your salvation, and invited Him to be Lord of your life, we encourage you to do so today. The Bible tells us, "If you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved" (Romans 10:9). This is the first and most important step in aligning your life with God’s will.

Now, let us pray for your situation:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, lifting up this brother and his wife. Lord, we thank You for his discipline and dedication to the goals You’ve placed in his heart. We ask that You would bless his training, strengthen his body, and give him wisdom in how to care for it as Your temple (1 Corinthians 6:19-20). Father, we also bring his financial needs before You. You are Jehovah Jireh, our Provider, and we trust that You will open doors for him to pay off his debts and gain the resources needed to move overseas. Your Word says, "My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus" (Philippians 4:19). We claim this promise over his life.

Lord, we ask that You would guide their steps as they seek to move overseas. Give them clarity in their decisions, peace in the process, and favor with those who can help them. We pray that their marriage would be strengthened through this season, rooted in love, respect, and mutual submission as You designed (Ephesians 5:22-33). Help them to keep You at the center of their relationship and their plans.

Father, we also ask that You would protect his heart from anxiety or impatience. Remind him that Your timing is perfect and that You work all things together for the good of those who love You (Romans 8:28). Give him contentment in the present while he waits for Your provision. We rebuke any spirit of lack or fear in Jesus’ name and declare that abundance and opportunity are coming his way.

Lastly, Lord, we pray for his wife. Strengthen her, encourage her, and give her peace as they navigate this season together. May their marriage be a testimony of Your love and faithfulness to those around them.

We trust You, Lord, to move mightily in this situation. In Jesus’ name we pray, Amen.

Now, let us offer some biblical encouragement and guidance. The desire to improve yourself physically is not wrong, but we must ensure it does not become an idol or distract us from our higher calling in Christ. The Apostle Paul reminds us, "For while bodily training is of some value, godliness is of value in every way, as it holds promise for the present life and also for the life to come" (1 Timothy 4:8). Keep your training in perspective, and do not let it consume you to the point of neglecting your spiritual growth, your marriage, or your responsibilities.

Regarding finances, we encourage you to seek God’s wisdom in stewardship. Proverbs 22:7 warns, "The rich rule over the poor, and the borrower is servant to the lender." While debt is not a sin, it can become a burden that distracts from God’s purposes. Pray for opportunities to increase your income, but also ask God to help you manage what you have wisely. Consider seeking counsel from trusted, godly mentors or financial advisors who can help you create a plan to pay off debts and save for your future.

As for moving overseas, we advise you to seek the Lord’s will above all else. Proverbs 3:5-6 says, "Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make straight your paths." Moving to another country is a significant step, and it should be bathed in prayer and confirmed by peace in your spirit. Ensure that this move aligns with God’s plans for your marriage, your calling, and your witness for Christ.

Lastly, we want to encourage you to involve your wife fully in these plans. Marriage is a partnership, and decisions like this should be made together, with mutual respect and prayer. Ephesians 5:25 reminds husbands, "Husbands, love your wives, just as Christ also loved the church, and gave himself up for her." Your wife’s feelings, concerns, and dreams matter just as much as yours. Seek unity in your marriage as you pursue this goal.

Continue to seek the Lord in all things, and trust that He will direct your steps. We are standing with you in prayer, believing that God will provide and open the right doors at the right time.

That kind of grind has its own loneliness, and we just want you to know you’re not carrying it unseen.

Getting a clear handle on the debt could take a real weight off your shoulders and free up energy for everything else. A nonprofit credit counseling service can often sit down with you (many have free consultations) and help you map out a repayment plan that fits your income. Having that plan on paper, even if it’s slow, can replace the fog with actual steps forward.

For the move, maybe a practical next move is to sit down with your wife and sketch out a rough timeline and honest budget. Look at visas, job prospects where you’d want to train, and what the cost of living really looks like. Your request speaks much of training the body and providing for earthly needs, but what of the training of the soul? You speak of late nights in an empty gym, of goals to be achieved in a couple of years, of debts and a move overseas, yet I must ask, has your heart set itself upon that which perishes with the using, or upon the prize of the high calling of God in Christ Jesus? The life which Christ bestows is not a fleeting strength or a bank balance that moth and rust corrupt; it is a gift immortal, an incorruptible seed. That term “gift” shuts out all idea of debt: if it be of grace, then it is no more of reward, but bestowed upon the unworthy. And that gift, once given, Christ will not withdraw. The purpose of God secures the final perseverance of His saints; they shall never perish. Have you this life? Is your name in the marriage covenant with the Lamb?

Consider that earthly marriage, precious as it is, points to a union more enduring. When Christ takes a people to Himself, He gives them all He has, His righteousness, His peace, His inheritance. And if the wife be in debt, her debts become His. You cry out for a large sum to clear your obligations and to move abroad. Have you brought your sin-debts to the heavenly Husband? For that debt, infinitely heavier, He has fully paid. The marriage of the soul to Christ is cemented by mutual love, and He is joined to His own by inseparable bonds; He has never given a bill of divorce. This is the true “overseas” journey, to depart from the city of destruction and dwell in the land of promise, leaning upon the Beloved. But see that you do not presume: the perseverance of the saints is perseverance in holiness. “They shall not depart from me,” saith the Lord, and that security works in the heart a turning from idols, not a clutching of worldly ambitions as though they were the main chance.

Let your training, therefore, be first in godliness. The late night hours given so diligently to the gym, could not a portion be hallowed for prayer and the searching of the Scriptures? The body profits little in the long reckoning; bodily exercise profiteth little, but godliness is profitable unto all things. I marvel that a soul would so fix its gaze upon lifting goals measured in plates and pounds, while the weight of glory, eternal and exceeding, remains unconsidered. Faith alone brings us to the goal of assured rest. Other causes may carry us a little distance, but only faith will bring you to the haven of peace. I bid you, therefore, come as that Syrophenician woman came, with a desperate, parental love, or with any true sense of need, and lay hold of Christ. He will not cast you out, and He who begins a good work in you will perform it until the day of Christ.

Be not anxious for money or removal; your heavenly Father knoweth what ye have need of. But seek ye first His kingdom and righteousness, and all these things shall be added. The true provision is not a bulging purse, but the unsearchable riches of Christ. If you are betrothed to Him today, you are joined by bonds that death itself cannot sever. The Lamb who proved His love by His wounds and blood celebrates a marriage with His people that no creditor’s claim or foreign shore can annul. Lay, then, your debts and your designs at the foot of the cross. Trust in the effectual redemption He has worked out for you, and let your daily training be a pressing on toward the mark, to know Him and the power of His resurrection. For what shall it profit a man if he gain the whole world and lose his own soul?

Late night training is not in itself a sin, but let the night teach you the shortness of this life. You list Sunday through Friday and speak of money, debts, and a move overseas. I hear in your words a man who is planning many things for the body. But the soul is the principal thing, and the present life is called night because it is passing away. If you must train when the gym is empty, do not let the quiet hour become an hour of darkness. Let it be a time of self-control, not vainglory, and do not let Sunday be taken from the Lord's assembly.

You seek a large amount of money to pay debts and move. Take care. The love of money has drowned many men in deeper debts of the soul. The servant in the Gospel was forgiven a huge debt, yet he went out and seized his fellow servant by the throat. If God gives you relief, receive it as mercy and show mercy. But do not ask God to make your plan succeed simply because it is your plan. Ask for daily bread, for honesty in paying what you owe, and for freedom from covetousness. A couple of years for lifting goals is a short time, but the day that is at hand is eternal. Lay up treasure there.

Living with your wife is no hindrance to prayer, if the marriage is guarded in honor. Love her and do not act the despot. If you move overseas, do not move away from the church, from prayer, or from the care of her soul. The bond of marriage stands firm when the husband loves and the wife yields. If the training and the moving serve that bond and your growth in godliness, they may be lawful. If they feed only ambition of the body, they are already too expensive.

I will not ask God merely to give you a large sum of money and an easy road to your lifting goals. I will ask Him to give you a clear eye, a contented heart, wisdom about staying or going, and provision enough for what truly serves your salvation and your wife's good. Pray without ceasing, and let your first request be that God would come and make His abode with you. That is a greater gain than any gym or any foreign country.

You are carrying heavy burdens at once: training that only seems possible late at night, debts pressing in, and a move overseas to be with your wife. That is a lot to hold.

There is a principle in the law that is easy to miss. When God made provision for a leper's cleansing, he left room for himself to work. Leprosy was incurable by human means, yet the law included a day of cleansing, a provision for grace to operate. That should keep us from putting God in a box. Your debts and your training goals may look impossible from where you stand, but God can open a door no one else can.

But the leper still had to come and show himself to the priest. He still had to follow what God had appointed. So bring your desires to God and ask him to search them. Is the large amount you want a true need or a way to feel safe? God made provision for the hungry to eat and be satisfied, not to hoard or turn the provision into a business. Ask him for daily bread, for wisdom about what you owe, and for a clear path about moving. Let him define enough.

The deepest debt you carry is not financial. It is sin, and God has made only one provision for it: Jesus Christ. When Jesus forgave the paralyzed man, the greatest relief was not the healing of his body but the lifting of his guilt. Whatever has been plaguing your conscience, bring it to him. There is no other atonement for sin.

Your marriage is a serious covenant, and wanting to live with your wife is a good and weighty desire. But remember that Jesus said in the resurrection they neither marry nor are given in marriage. That means your marriage, your training, and your plans are real but not ultimate. Let eternity set the frame for how you pursue everything else.

Work hard, train late if you need to, and be faithful with what you have. But do not let money or relocation become your peace. Seek Jesus as the only provision for your sins, and trust him to work in ways you cannot arrange.
