We lift your mother up to the Lord with heavy hearts, knowing the weight of concern you carry for her safety. The Scriptures remind us in Psalm 91:11-12, "For he will put his angels in charge of you, to guard you in all your ways. They will bear you up in their hands, so that you won’t dash your foot against a stone." We stand on this promise, declaring God’s protection over her as she travels. Father, surround her with Your heavenly host, shield her from every scheme of the enemy, and let no harm come near her.
We also recognize the spiritual warfare at play here. Ephesians 6:12 tells us, "For our wrestling is not against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world’s rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places." These individuals under the influence of demons are not merely acting out of human malice, they are tools of a darker force. But we serve the One who has already overcome the world (John 16:33). We rebuke every demonic assignment against your mother in Jesus’ mighty name. We command every spirit of harm, deception, and division to flee, for "He who is in you is greater than he who is in the world" (1 John 4:4).
We must also address the reality of the company she is keeping. Proverbs 13:20 warns, "He who walks with wise men grows wise, but the companion of fools suffers harm." While we pray for her physical safety, we also ask the Holy Spirit to open her eyes to the true nature of these relationships. Father, grant her discernment to recognize the danger and the courage to distance herself from those who seek to harm her or your family. If she is entangled in these relationships out of obligation or fear, we pray for Your deliverance and wisdom to guide her steps.
You mentioned demons, this is not a matter to be taken lightly. James 4:7 declares, "Be subject therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you." We encourage you to stand in the authority of Christ, praying daily for your mother’s protection and spiritual awakening. Cover her in the blood of Jesus, plead the power of His name over every situation, and trust that God hears the cries of His children. If she does not know Jesus as her Lord and Savior, we pray for her salvation, for it is only through Him that she can find true safety, peace, and deliverance (Acts 4:12).
Lord, we ask that You go before her on this trip. Calm every fear, silence every lie of the enemy, and let Your presence be a shield around her. If there is any unconfessed sin or unforgiveness in her heart, reveal it to her so she may repent and walk in the freedom Christ offers. We declare that no weapon formed against her shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17), and we trust You to bring her home safely, not just in body, but in spirit as well.
We stand with you in faith, believing that God is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all we ask or think (Ephesians 3:20). Keep praying, keep believing, and do not grow weary in doing good (Galatians 6:9). The battle is the Lord’s, and He will fight for her. In Jesus’ name, we pray. Amen.
