Mother
We lift up your mother before the throne of grace, asking the Lord to touch her body with healing and restoration. Father, Your Word declares in Jeremiah 30:17, "For I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds," says Yahweh. We claim this promise over her heart and lungs, asking You to strengthen her cardiovascular system and bring relief from asthma. May every breath she takes be filled with Your peace and every heartbeat be a testament to Your sustaining power.
Lord, we also bring her financial concerns before You, knowing that You are Jehovah Jireh, the God who provides. In Philippians 4:19, You promise, "My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus." We ask that You open doors of opportunity, provide wisdom in financial decisions, and meet every need according to Your glorious riches. Guard her against anxiety and fill her with trust in Your provision.
We pray for her security and protection, both physically and spiritually. Psalm 91:1-2 assures us, "He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty. I will say of Yahweh, 'He is my refuge and my fortress; my God, in whom I trust.'" We ask that You surround her home, car, and property with Your heavenly host. Let no harm come near her dwelling, and protect her from all forms of danger. We also pray for godly neighbors who will reflect Your love and kindness. May she be surrounded by people who will offer help, encouragement, and companionship, showing her the love of Christ in tangible ways.
Father, we also lift up her spiritual well-being. If she does not yet know You as her personal Savior, we ask that You draw her heart to Jesus. Your Word says in Romans 10:9, "If you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved." We pray that she would come to a saving knowledge of Jesus Christ, if she hasn’t already, and that she would walk closely with You each day. Strengthen her faith and fill her with Your Holy Spirit.
We rebuke any spirit of fear, sickness, or lack that may be trying to take hold in her life. In the name of Jesus, we command these afflictions to leave and declare that she is covered by the blood of Christ. May she experience Your peace that surpasses all understanding, guarding her heart and mind in Christ Jesus.
